It was such a seamless experience for a short-term feeling home like stay. Val is such a gentle lady and really care for you as a special family member. You can find a home-made small piece of chocolate on your bed, enjoy the warmth of a cozy outdoor hot tub. See the photo. Feel like home is what they are trying hard every day to make you that footprint in every details that you will see in this rental property. I named it a value-for-every-penny experience that was hardly to hard from anywhere in the world, but a place to feel like home managed by 2 generous & warm-hearted women. I don’t want to write too much because probably I could not book them next time. LOL

Most impressive thing is cleanliness. Good view. Free coffee at the lobby every day. It’s close to a mall where a good court locates that provides various food at good price. Shops offer good deals.

The lady who checked us in did not seem to know what she was doing and her supervisor seemed done with her incompetence. The room was fine - as expected. The hot tub area was a little strange, including that it is in the basement. The kids enjoyed free slushies and all enjoyed breakfast.

Check in was fast and room was big and nice and clean. The pool was super nice and kid friendly ! Super nice and helpful staff

It's my 1st time in Winnipeg and my 1st time staying in a casino hotel. Although it's a casino hotel, it is pretty decent, and its price is fairly reasonable. There was a few minimal noise here and there, but it is generally peaceful, cozy, and neat.

Worst service I’ve ever received in a hotel. Dropped a suit for dry cleaning on a Tuesday afternoon and front desk never once respected their promise to follow up and confirm it would be ready for my departure. Worse, after the second day, no one seemed aware of what had happened to my dry cleaning. Ended up changing my plans and moving meetings to hope for my garments to make it in time on my day of departure. Luckily it made it, but I ended up paying for a late return of my rental car. I received no apology from anyone at the hotel.

Location is only 2 minute drive to airport , really convenient for a short stay. The place is generally clean but quite noisy due to not a good sound proof of noise made by other hotel users.

The only reason cleanliness is rated a 3 is because our room had a smell to it (not bad, it could just be the cleaning products), other than that it was clean. It’s located on the outskirts of winnipeg which is lovely for driving out of town. The service was awesome, everyone from workers to people staying was friendly, it is a very welcome and warm environment. We ended up with a top floor room and was able to move onto the ‘motel’ style rooms, which was very appreciated. The breakfast that comes with the hotel really exceeded our expectations, REAL eggs, the crispiest best hash browns, and the toast was bacon was good too. They had an interesting cinnamon bun french toast that i’d definitely try next time. They have a pantry/ little convenience store in the lobby, and I’d say the prices are reasonable, definitely would expect them to be more. On the downside the beds are on the stiffer side, but the pillows are of good quality. this wouldn’t be my first choice to come back to in winnipeg but for the price and good meal included, it’s top #5.

Understand they are providing free stay for homeless people at the moment, but this should be clearly communicated in the description. We had a shock at the lobby when there are full of homeless people at the counter, one with many scars on his face was making troubles and cops with gun walked in. Imagine how we felt?!? There were security guards each floor at lift area but we still had a weird feeling. Luckily It was only a short stay for early morning flight. Free shuttle to airport is plus and only 5 mins to airport.

Hotel in general fine, breakfast not included. mismatch in what we were charged for drinks at the front desk $4 for a small bottle of water which is a rip off. TV in the hotel room did not work sound but no picture. bed was very comfortable though, liked the dove soaps
