"The rooms and facilities were immaculate and the buffet breakfast has all you could possibly want and all super fresh. The staff were super helpful and made arrangements to move a fellow roomie who wasn’t in a good mental or physical space with no hesitation. Would definitely come back here again.
Also, I realised after my stay that I was due a 15% discount because I had an EURail pass so make sure you use that if you have one and are booking"

"Room looks nice and clean. One intersting feature is the sliding door connecting the toilet and shower room, when one is closed the other is left open. Included basic amenities like towels and cups. Breakfast is normal. Location is good, just 5 minute bus ride from the train station. Staff is very friendly and offers kind assistance."

"You need to take tram to Bern centre which the tram comes frequently and took around 10mins only. The room is spacious and quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There's no supermarket or convenient store around the hotel."

"I truly appreciate the staff at this hotel.
• Upon arrival, the male staff welcomed me with a cheerful tone that immediately made me feel friendly and comfortable in Bern.
• After check-out, the female staff kindly allowed me to store my baggage so I could enjoy a full day exploring the city. She also let me rest in the lobby while waiting for my train, without any hesitation.
• Later, the same male staff noticed I had been waiting for a long time and thoughtfully suggested I visit a nearby shopping center. His advice was very helpful—it gave me a relaxing place to wait close to the train station, without the stress of rushing or walking too far to the platform."

"This hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you"

很愉快的住宿經歷，房間整潔周圍安靜，雖然是老房子設施簡約，細節維護到很好，床品非常柔軟舒適，衞生間很乾凈，附近有電車可以直接到老城區景點。 老闆非常熱情，拿着地圖幫我們介紹了最合適的遊覽路線，節省了我們的時間。 早餐傳統的歐式，現烤的牛角麪包酥脆配咖啡很好吃，有很有趣的彩色雞蛋，餐廳的女士也很細心。 建議check in晚的提前聯繫, 歐洲的工作時間不是24小時。 最後一天的早飯記錯時間，去時早餐開始收餐，還是讓我們拿了麪包在路上吃。 答應了給老闆寫評價，希望他看得懂中文。

The location is good for rail connections and tram into the city. The nearby area is mostly quiet with only a few shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable. The breakfast food choice was good, the restocking of food and tableware was at times slow, needs more staff checking regularly and refilling empty stations efficiently, especially the cheeses, hams, condiment pots, breads, tea mugs, and glasses. The reception staff member at checkout was unsure if we had paid for the room or not at check-in. We believed we had paid for the room but needed to pay for breakfast. We were given a bill for 1 night plus 4 days breakfast. Which is incorrect no matter if we had paid or not for the room at check-in. Confusing and doesn't leave you feeling confident about your bill.

처음 방문한 베른, 맥스에비에이션은 한적한 주택가에 위치하여 조용하고 안전한 느낌이었구요. 룸은 컬러 컨셉으로 구분되어 주방공유, 냉장고 공유 가능하구요. 음식을 해먹을 수있어서 가족여행객에게 최고의 편안함을 주는 곳이었어요. 우리는 그린컨셉의 방. 무료로 놓아준 사과와 캔디, 차 모두 고급스럽고 맛있었어요.우아한 저택의 큰방에서 공주처럼 보냈어요.

大城市的三星級酒店。標準房不大，中規中矩，裝修審美……不過還算舒適，房間裏沒有異味。早餐尚可，比山裡的三星酒店要好，不過在瑞士，嗯，對中國人來説，就湊合吧。搭公共交通2站路可以過橋到市中心的鐘樓，還算方便。提前跟酒店確認郵件可以預訂付費停車位，大概16瑞郎一天。（記不清了）
服務態度很好。

アメニティはハンドソープのみ(ボディソープ、シャンプーとしても使えるとは書いてあり)ので、自分で持ち込む必要があります。
トラム3Aのほうが駅からホテルまで近いです。
バス10もトラム3Aも駅では少し離れた乗り場なので注意が必要です。
前日くらいにベルンの市内無料チケットのメールが送られて来ました。
アプリをダウンロードします。とても良かったです。
冷蔵庫もケトルもコーヒーも何もないので注意です。
歩いて5分くらいのところにコープがあります。

Great Location with a nice comfortable bed and bedding. They provided free pastries and fruits which is a thoughtful touch. However the staff weren’t very clear with what the paid breakfast was included. You need to pay 22 CHF for a boiled egg (not freshly boiled), a small yogurt and a bad cheese stick. Definitely not worth to have the breakfast there.
