"The hotel was located in the middle of the hill, just like many of the hotels in Grindelwald. There was free bus in the area so it was easy getting up and down. Yet, the bus service stops at around 6 or 7pm, and you will have to walk up the hill from the train station for about 20 minutes. Also, potentially because it was in the middle of the mountain or it was winter, it felt very dry in the middle of the night. It would be nice if there can be a humidifier in the room.
However, the view of the room is absolutely worth it. You can look at mountains like Eigerblick just from your room and the breakfast buffet, and it is extremely breathtaking.
The breakfast buffet included was decent, with fruits, bread, cereal, some hot food and drinks. In particular the eggs were very nicely done.
The bathroom looks a bit old-fashioned and narrow, with slightly insufficient lighting, but overall it was clean and good.
The service was generally good. We were greeted with great smiles and friendliness by the reception and staff at the breakfast buffet.
Overall it was an amazing stay and I would recommend it:)"

"Really helpful staff, she responded to my urgent request for late check-in within 15 minutes, very efficient. The hostel had a really really really nice view of the Eiger, but honestly felt a bit far from the train station (have to catch a bus that runs every 30 minutes or something). It’s convenient with the bus but should be noted the last bus on weekdays is very early like at around 18:00, arriving any time after that requires walking up a SUPER STEEP hill."

"Extraordinary experience! The room has a large balcony with a stunning view of snow mountains. Bed is clean and soft. Some chocolates and coffee are included. Basic amenities like towels, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer and slippers are included! Location is particularly awesome, exactly next to Grindelwald station. You literally step in the hotel right after you get off from your train. Breakfast is typical but well-served. Staff are very nice and provide clear guidance."

"We are staying in Grindelwald for a couple of days and we spent one night in this hotel.
The location is a bit far away from the train station and it’s exhausting to carry heavy luggage over the slopes between station and hotel.
The price is reasonable and the balcony view of Eiger is stunning. The hotel looks quite old where no ventilation system can be found in washroom. Wi-Fi signal is poor and we were unable to connect it in the room.
We appreciate the breakfast as the food quality is good but seems the number of staff is limited. They are required to work in the reception for check in/out enquiries and at the same time busy rushing to the breakfast area to clean up the tables and food."

"Location is good, just 1 min walk to the station from hotel, and coop supermarket nearby, many restaurants around. Just don’t expect any services and aware there will be few steps front of hotel and if you need to store luggage before/after check in. Also, no expectation for the breakfast, that some simple one."

"We stayed at Eiger Lodge Chic as a couple, and honestly, the location alone won us over — it’s incredibly convenient, just a short walk next to the terminal. That made getting around a breeze and gave us more time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Some of the facilities were under renovation during our stay, but it really didn’t disrupt our experience. The place still felt calm, clean, and thoughtfully managed — you can tell they’re upgrading with the future in mind.
Breakfast was simple, but everything served was fresh, tasty, and more than enough to start the day right before heading out. Sometimes it’s the straightforward things done well that make a stay feel grounded and comforting.
Overall, a lovely, easy, and practical base for exploring the Jungfrau region. We’d happily return."

好在近Pfingstegg 和 First 纜車站，而少女峰就要either 搭bus 121,123或train to Grindelwald Terminal station，轉Eiger Cable car，一係就照去Grindelwald station，坐Train去Kleine Scheidegg
雖然住最高4/F，但房間冇冷氣，d蟲入哂房🫨
但風景係靚既，房又大，最衰冇雪櫃，只能夠在房煮下麵
早餐本身以為好少野食，但有得單獨order hot drink and egg，都幾好食
雖然見酒店餐廳dinner好似好多人贊，但太貴了，最平係4-course menu個d fine din，都要過CHF100"

"Great location just 3 mins walk from the train station (Grindelwald Bahnhof) and bus station. Nice and panoramic view from the window. Breakfast was great! The hotel is close to the city, shops, Coop and many other stores. Everything is just in the walking distance and don’t have to walk up the hill. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

Absolutely stunning mountain view from the balcony of our suite. So breathtaking yet so serene. About 10 min walk down hill brings us to lively village of Grindelwald with all its shops n restaurants n cafes n supermarket. Cannot ask for a better location. Having said that, without a car, it can be quite challenging to take our luggages uphill to the hotel.
Breakfast is another highlight of our stay. Fantastic selection of cheeses n eggs n bread n yogurt n everything. Delicious.
Our suite is clean n comfortable n spacious. WiFi is stable.
The only “negative” I have for our 4-night stay is that the glasses/mugs we used in our room were occasionally not cleaned for us after each day. It is a bit strange.
All in all, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to other travelers.

직원분도 친절하고 아침식사가 7시에서 9시인데 자느라 못먹으니 9시에 전화와서 물어봐주기 까지 했습니다 좀더 기다려준다고 먹으러 오라고 해서 갔는데 계란 오믈렛이 떨어졌는데 달라고도 안했는데 직접 한접시 해서 가져다주는 서비스까지 감동이었습니다
이런 호텔이 3성급에 이 가격이라는게 믿어지지 않을정도였습니다

GGästanvändare各方面都挺好的我們住了兩晚，酒店就在first山的半山腰Bort這個纜車🚡上下點，其中有個遊樂項目Trottibike的起點就在這裏終點在山腳，我們要在first玩所以定了這個酒店，酒店不大總共10多個房間，房間沒有空調，夏天上半夜有點熱，下半夜就沒問題，冬天有制暖器。如果入住這裏大家一定記得提前在下午五點前check in，因為我們要在山下的小鎮格林德瓦坐纜車上來的，纜車最後一班大概在下午5點-6點，除非是自駕車，不然晚上上來酒店很麻煩。大家如果喜歡安靜且希望窗户直接可以看first景色的話這裏就挺好的，酒店下面吃自助早餐的位置也很好對着雪山，房間價格還行，下山做纜車衹有一站，從Bort到山下十多分鐘。對了酒店旁邊還有個適合小孩玩的小樂園。
