Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

酒店位置非常好，我們一早兩小時步行遊覽盧塞恩，陽台推窗就是教堂的尖頂。小小的，像是家庭旅店，鑰匙是留在前台桌子上的信封裏，沒有工作人員提供其它諮詢服務。房間沒有空調，半夜熱醒才發現有個台式風扇。總體來説性價比不高，沒睡好

Hye guys, Malaysian review here 🇲🇾 (hones review okess!!! ) (pictures also mine!!!) So I stayed dekat ibis Hotel Lucerne for 12 days 11 nights with my family and honestly I can say tempat ni sangat strategic. Bas jalan sikit je depan hotel, nak balik pun boleh naik bas, and train station pun dekat. Kami usually naik bas 2 stops terus sampai Luzern Bahnhof, memang senang gila nak bergerak. Location hotel ni betul-betul area tengah Tasik Luzern, and the view… cantik gila 😭✨ Kalau tak berkabus musim winter tu, MasyaAllah memang breathtaking. Boleh nampak gunung-ganang surrounding, and yes you can literally see the Alps, plus yang paling gah kat bandar tu mestilah Mount Pilatus 🏔️ Cuma satu je pasal Lucerne, halal food options memang tak banyak. Tapi no worries sebab my family memang selalu ke Zurich, Bern, and other places untuk makan, so still okay 👍 Hotel service memang top tier for our stay. Diorang bagi free train & bus tickets yang cover Zone 10 (Lucerne city only). Kami guna mostly dalam sehari je sebab most of our itinerary dah cover whole Switzerland, but still sangat helpful. Room pun luas gila, tak kecik langsung macam yang orang selalu expect dari ibis hehe 🤍 Overall memang recommended kalau stay lama kat Lucerne with family ✨🇨🇭

The location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises.

The staff at Hotel Baslertor were awesome. Toby, Lars and the lady were so friendly and helpful, We felt so welcomed and like the room we stayed in. There are seating areas in the hotel and we were able to relax in between our outings. It was convenient to hop on a bus to get to the main train station and we are able to walk to many places. If housekeeping could keep the room even cleaner it would be perfect.

Not near city centre. However, hotel provided free ticket for public transport there. Overall, a very pleasant experience during my stay there.

Excellent accommodation, smooth check in and out process, good location. Excellent service from host that helped courier an item I left behind to me. Amazing stay here, highly recommended!

I en reservoar har 23-euros uppgradering till ett rum med balkong som kan möta floden. Säng: Ren hygien, vitt med en lockande känsla ser bra ut att älska att täta och mycket bekväma, hårda sängar har stöd, är den typ vi älskar. Badrummet: relativt stort, badrummet är torrt och torrt. Background: Tillbaka till rummet på balkongen på natten, mycket bekvämt och avslappnat. Reception: Servicepersonalen är vänliga och kan samordna sig efter våra krav. Allmänt sett är det mycket tillfredsställande!

Det är en bra plats nära Cambridge, vid floden, att bo lite svårt, att gå genom en mörk låda, och gå till ett hotell som heter Krone, faktiskt har en indikation på dörren, att rita en enkel väg, men som en skattkarta, är det inte så lätt att märka. Det finns en låda i dörren, en liten, och en blick. Jag höll på att stiga upp i lådan. Dekorationen av rummet är inte helt säker på vilken stil det verkar vara lite förvånad, det finns ett stort spegel på toppen av sängen, och det är välsignat att resa Nedan är det stället att äta, med vinden, lyssna på bilens röst, lustigt, kan du också gå till restaurangen vid floden för att hitta mat. Very nice stay in the absolute best location. Only complaint was that room hadn’t been cleaned at all prior to our self check in. Assumed that cleaners were running late but when we returned at 6pm the room still had dirty sheets on the bed and wet towels on the floor in the bathroom etc However the problem was very quickly resolved by calling the owner.
