"The hotel (i.e. the building with a Swiss flag in my photo) has an excellent location, which is close to Luzern train station, the pier and a main bus stop. Ground floor is their restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast with a fantastic view of Chapel Bridge. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. The room is cozy and clean. It is not big but I can still open my large suitcase. With its central location and service quality, I think it is absolutely a good value of money."

"Hye guys, Malaysian review here 🇲🇾 (hones review okess!!! ) (pictures also mine!!!) So I stayed dekat ibis Hotel Lucerne for 12 days 11 nights with my family and honestly I can say tempat ni sangat strategic. Bas jalan sikit je depan hotel, nak balik pun boleh naik bas, and train station pun dekat. Kami usually naik bas 2 stops terus sampai Luzern Bahnhof, memang senang gila nak bergerak. Location hotel ni betul-betul area tengah Tasik Luzern, and the view… cantik gila 😭✨ Kalau tak berkabus musim winter tu, MasyaAllah memang breathtaking. Boleh nampak gunung-ganang surrounding, and yes you can literally see the Alps, plus yang paling gah kat bandar tu mestilah Mount Pilatus 🏔️ Cuma satu je pasal Lucerne, halal food options memang tak banyak. Tapi no worries sebab my family memang selalu ke Zurich, Bern, and other places untuk makan, so still okay 👍 Hotel service memang top tier for our stay. Diorang bagi free train & bus tickets yang cover Zone 10 (Lucerne city only). Kami guna mostly dalam sehari je sebab most of our itinerary dah cover whole Switzerland, but still sangat helpful. Room pun luas gila, tak kecik langsung macam yang orang selalu expect dari ibis hehe 🤍 Overall memang recommended kalau stay lama kat Lucerne with family ✨🇨🇭"

"Excellent location. Close to Chapel Bridge, Altstadt & the tram-stop to the Main Train Station is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. Room is amazing. Bed is comfy & warm. Stayed on a higher floor where there's a balcony 😍 Breakfast was the basics, nothing fancy...but spread was good enough to kickstart your day. I'm grateful breakfast came with room. I'll definitely return for a stay when I visit Lucerne again! Highly recommended!👍👍👍"

"We arrived to the hotel at 12, but all locker are fully occupied (i remember only around 10 lockers) and I have to carried the luggage and wait for check in nearby the river (lucky not too far) and there is no air-con in the room but hotel do provide a fan for us but still too hot to sleep with. But the location is very good and hotel provide a free transportation ticket (never used cause we walked)"

"Room is clean. Love their breakfast, especially the truffle scrambled eggs. The bed is comfortable. If you want some hot water, you have to borrow a kettle from reception."

"Room is clean. However do expect a basin in the front of your bed and 2 fans as there are no air conditioner. Always keep your luggages with you and don’t leave it unattended. The hotel has only a security camera in the entrance area, there are no other cameras placed in the hotel. Just be extra vigilant!"

"The location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises."

"Very nice stay in the absolute best location. Only complaint was that room hadn’t been cleaned at all prior to our self check in. Assumed that cleaners were running late but when we returned at 6pm the room still had dirty sheets on the bed and wet towels on the floor in the bathroom etc However the problem was very quickly resolved by calling the owner."

"這個酒店如果夏天要來住，千萬不要來！我們住的這兩天盧塞恩的氣温都是很熱的，晚上房間沒有空調，衹有這一個機器，開着是有一點涼，但是巨響，完全不能休息，轟轟的像機器開動一樣。酒店是在湖邊，打開窗户就有很多小飛蟲飛進來，室內拉開窗簾還會有蜘蛛，甚至蟑螂，非常可怕。另外這個酒店是沒有服務員的，比如洗手盆堵了或者別的什麼事衹能自己解決，即使打留下的電話也並不是常有人接。室內房間設施還可以，很新，空間也大，還有歡迎飲料。但是隔音也很差。總的來説，下次不會再來了。"
