"Хороший городской отель в Баотине. Удобно расположен. До автовокзала 5 минут на такси или полчаса пешком. Также в пределах 20-25 прогулки центральная площадь. До парка Цисяьнлин около 20 минут на такси. В номере чисто, сантехника работает. Очень удобная кровать. Из неё просто не хочется вылезать. На балконе есть дверь с сеткой, можно спать с открытым балконом не боясь нашествия насекомых. Завтрак скромноват, но голодным не останетесь есть что выбрать."

"180+的房間在半山腰上，房間緊挨景區，擺渡車隨叫隨到，特別方便。房間是高低層吊腳樓，居然是景區苗族吊腳樓展示區。
房間非常大，很乾凈，1月入住，沒看到其他評價裏提到的有蟲子。 衹有衞生間淋浴設施顯得老舊一點，但很乾凈，無傷大雅，對得起房價。
貌似每間都有大露台，可以看到景區和滿山綠植。
晚上很安靜，清晨能聽到鳥叫。但不適合睡懶覺，因為能聽到景區的迎賓曲（非常熱鬧）。
酒店附贈入住期間的門票和旅拍的免費苗族黎族服裝，飾品需要另付錢租。
早餐品種很少，熱呼呼的吃得飽，還是那句，對得起房價哈哈。
工作人員都很友好，有問題及時幫忙處理協調，續房遇到了小問題，工作人員幫忙解決了，再次表達感謝（另外提醒大家，旺季要提前訂房，退房當天續住好難！）
最後誇誇景區，挺好玩兒的，以為是打着民族特色的土嗨樂園，沒想到是真的很認真、很高質量地在展示黎族非遺文化的地方，黎族長者展示非遺手工、黎族工作人員表演黎族舞蹈、還有好多互動體驗…除此之外還有15+遊樂項目，票價不貴。（景區裏物價也不高，旅遊節的一股清流👍）"

酒店設施：非常不錯的温泉度假康養酒店，環境靜謐，鳥語花香~而且是寵物友好酒店，可以免費攜帶寵物和服務型寵物；普通的房間都是別墅，一樓有前後兩個院子，二樓有陽台，私密性很好，房間有冰箱，放個飲料啤酒非常方便～有兩個大衣櫃，足夠一家人的衣服掛在裏面，並且配有熨斗～很多房間躺在床上都能看到七仙領～
衞生狀況：房間內乾淨整潔，每個房1-2名工作員每天上午打掃，用品一客一換；酒店內公共區域的温泉泡池是和前台預約後工作人員打掃清潔現場放水的~
服務：非常非常好，體驗了海南不下五家五星和七仙嶺這裏幾家温泉酒店，還是中南温泉酒店服務最最好，如果不是有事提前離島，打算住到年初七的～所有工作人員非常耐心、友好，對攜帶有寵物的客房服務時動作輕柔、説話輕聲細語，生怕驚擾到毛孩子，會誇獎毛孩子，情緒價值給得超足!我家超級膽小的貓咪好喜歡這裏，兩天就不害怕客房服務人員了，退房時它都不想走～每一位工作人員服務都非常到位，非常有分寸感！特別是前台李經理對顧客的疑惑、需求迴應非常及時，解答清楚乾淨，彬彬有禮，真的非常專業，絲毫不遜色於任何一家五星酒店的經理～
舉個很簡單的例子：因為行程排的比較多，經常出現上午在一個酒店退房，下午到另一家酒店辦理入住的情況，但很多時候前一家酒店的登記訊息還沒有取消完成，截至目前，包括三亞假日皇冠，喜來登，亞特，國賓館，海口國賓館，七仙嶺的君瀾等等在內的酒店，衹有這一家酒店的經理主動打電話聯繫對方酒店解除登記訊息，其它都是讓入住人自己去打電話解決……
周邊：出門右轉有公交車站，如果自駕會更方便～有兩家高爾夫球場，酒店入住的客人很多都是去打高爾夫的，上達高爾夫會專門有車和球童來酒店內接送，服務也非常好～"

"貴酒店工作人員，我非常感激，19號入住，早上20號退房，由於本人自己的疏忽，把自己的包丟在房間的抽屜裏了，裏面1萬多元現金，錢包和證件，到下午2點左右才發現，打電話到酒店，前台小姐馬上聯繫客房服務員，幫忙找，確認包包還在，我們再開車返回酒店路上要3個小時，到那邊前台吃飯去了，就一個阿姨等着我們去取包，讓我們清點裏麪的物品對不對。由於時間來不及，我們就沒有等到前台小姐了，在此我深表感激！謝謝！"
