Really beautiful hotel room. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top.  My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel.

Located near Baotou East station. It’s in 东河区 which is an older part of the city, not in the city centre. It’s okay for me because I headed out of the city on most days and only went to 金街 which was nearby. Hotel was clean but had the smell of cigarette smoke.

這次和對象來包頭，選了東臨儷舍酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！房間是全屋智能，語音控制燈光和窗簾，氛圍感超棒。夢百合零壓床真的太舒服了，一覺睡到天亮，完全沒有疲憊感。衞生細節做得特別到位，連角落都乾乾淨淨的。前台小姐姐服務也很貼心，主動幫我們升級了房型，還送了小零食。地理位置也很方便，離火車站很近，出行超省心。下次來包頭還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給情侶們！

My family stayed there for six nights, and this hotel is conveniently located near key attractions. The Puyue hotel is centrally situated in Baotou’s Qingshan District, with short taxi rides to attractions in the Kundulun and Donghe districts. For those seeking a brief respite from the heat, easy access to the Baotou Olympic Ice and Snow Center for fun-filled indoor ski/snowboard activities (one of my favorites). The hotel offers fresh milk daily in rooms and leaves complementary fruit along with crackers after cleaning, adding thoughtful touches of convenience and care. This is an ideal choice for travelers looking for comfort, proximity to attractions, pleasant experience, and wonderful service from all staff members.

This place far exceeded my expectations! I booked a regular room with a queen bed for me and my little one and was upgraded to a yurt with 2 queen beds for free! I LOVED the yurt experience. There is a stargazing window which was amazing. The place was clean (but it is a wet shower meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower). I think most yurts and even hotel rooms have these types of bathrooms in inner mongolia. The girl at the front desk provided extra of everything when asked. She helped me booked activities (we watched a horse and a wedding performance, and we also did horseback riding). They have 2 cute lambs on the properties. The restaurant is in a separate large yurt - I found the food to be a bit pricey. Breakfast was included in our price and it had a variety of local food we got to try. They were also so flexible with when we wanted to eat it which was very kind because I had a little one with me. Everything else was honestly wonderful. We got to borrow their Mongolian costumes and wore it to one of the performances. People kept asking me where I got the costume was. There’s a swing on the property where you can sit to stargaze at night. The inside of the yurt is pretty chilly at night because it’s cold at night outside but with the thick duvet, it felt sooo comfortable. During the day it’s quite warm. The bonfire performance that’s included in the price is actually located 10 mins away and ended at 9pm so don’t go later than 8:30pm if you want to watch it. Overall, this was an incredible experience and we would definitely come back to stay here again!

An excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The location is outstanding, being on top of the large Wanda Plaza which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. The popular night market is right outside, and the botanic gardens and other beautiful parks are a short walk away. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the app, and was very spacious with high-level facilities including smart shower and smart toilet. The smart shower in particular was great. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, very efficient, and helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

度假村設施齊全，整體環境又大又豪華，草原的遊玩活動都有，騎馬滑草卡丁車，蒙古包房間具有民族特色，衞生打掃的特別乾淨，床單被罩整潔舒適，像家裡的感覺一樣，接待人員服務熱情，每個人都贈送娃哈哈礦泉水，大門入門口賣特產的大哥大姐很有禮貌，有瓜子仁，藍莓，亞麻籽，種類特別多，我們買了很多，價錢合理，非常好吃。草原上絕對是看日出觀日落的最佳選擇！出片，出大片！

設施： 淡季人少，老闆給升級了最好的房間，位置隨便挑。 內部兩張大床房，隨便躺。特點是頂部開了個圓床，晚上可以看夜景，上午太陽光會照進來，很漂亮。可惜我們那天陰天。 衞生： 衞生間挺大，有浴巾，其他的洗漱是一次性的；沒有乾濕分離；洗漱的時候放東西不太方便。不過蒙古包基本都這樣，介意的慎拍，他家設施算是比較好的。蚊蟲基本沒看見。 環境： 房屋很新，門鎖沒問題，窗户不能開，有空調電褥子，不過四人間衹有兩瓶礦泉水，有缺需要和老闆説。地方很偏，沒有買東西的地方，真有需求，需要開車到附近鎮子上採購。如果不在這邊吃飯的，最好提前備好麪包水等類似野營的吃食。 服務： 人少體驗感很好，小寶寶穿蒙古族衣服很喜歡，穿了一下午。 射箭也玩的很開心，小朋友皮膚嫩，第二天虎口都起水泡了，玩的很盡興。射箭是野外場的，是那種最原始的弓，想什麼反曲弓，專業射箭場的就算了，管理好預期。 餐飲： 店裡有家餐廳，物價小貴，兩大一小晚餐花了360，半分羊排，土豆燉牛肉，涼拌沙葱。口味中規中矩，每個人喜好不一樣，有興趣的自己嚐嚐。 廚師是個當地的大媽，普通話説的比較困難，但是人很質樸，非常好的一個人。早餐沒有豆漿油條，是小米粥鹹菜雞蛋，量管夠，油餅好吃，吃起來像麻花一樣（不是天津麻花，南方早餐的那種麻花）。我們兩個大人幹掉一整盤小米粥。 綜述： 這裏很偏，地廣人稀，草原風景很漂亮，可以看到成羣的牛馬羊。但同樣的，設施環境不比大城市，所以來這邊的要做好心裏預期管理。如果看中生活質量的，可以在呼和浩特住宿，白天開車過來，時間也夠。如果想親近草原的，住蒙古包也是很不一樣的體驗。 我沒住過這邊別家度假村，不好對比，但來之前在攜程看過，整體住下來基本和預期相當，算是很不錯的哈。

Staying at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort was one of the most heartwarming and memorable parts of my journey in Inner Mongolia. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and perfect for the grassland atmosphere. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every service – from check-in to meals and daily activities. The resort provided everything I needed for a comfortable and immersive experience. But what made this place stand out most was the hospitality of the host. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home – and that’s something you don’t find everywhere. If you're looking for a genuine local experience, with both comfort and connection, I highly recommend this resort. 5/5 for service, accommodation, food, and especially the amazing host.

Our experience was truly memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with horse wine and traditional music, which set the tone for the trip. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, offering us a variety of activities right away. Shortly after arrival, we went horseback riding through the beautiful fields. Following that, we visited a nearby area with an array of activities like tea tasting, dressing up in traditional Mongolian clothing, archery, and viewing livestock. There was also an option to watch a horse riding show, but we decided to skip it as we were a bit tired. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though it was cold outside, the heating kept the space warm, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of activities. It added a charming touch to the overall experience. In the evening, there was a large yurt on the premises where we enjoyed an authentic Mongolian dinner accompanied by a captivating live show. The night ended with fireworks, a bonfire, and more entertainment, making it a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place if you want a well-organized and immersive experience. Even though we don’t speak Chinese, communication was never an issue, and we always felt welcomed. A big thank you to the team for taking such great care of us!
