Location was good. Walking distance to 这有山The Hill,红旗街，many eateries & shopping malls nearby. Hotel cleanliness is good. Reception staffs are helpful and polite. Breakfast was fine too. Room size is perfect for 2+2. However, room felt humid during our winter stay as they are not allowed to on aircond. Need to open the door for air circulation.

Pros: - Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun - Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - Room size was big despite having a small window space - Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries) - About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54 Cons: - Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area - Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep - To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets Overall (Summary) - Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

Our review will be prejudiced because we took the romantic suite with the round bed, but really the entire stay was a treat. There was a round jacuzzi tub in the room as well as a shower in the bathroom. The round bed was large enough it was more a king sized bed with rounded corners - right over the corner of the street so we could see the lights for the New Years celebration.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須給這家酒店一個大大的好評！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就被温馨雅緻的環境和貼心的服務所打動。前台工作人員陳俊態度熱情、辦理入住高效快捷，還主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊出行訊息，讓人感覺特別舒服。 房間整體乾淨整潔，裝修簡約大氣，採光和通風都很好。床品柔軟舒適，枕頭高度適中，躺上去一夜好眠，完全沒有噪音干擾。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全，熱水穩定，淋浴體驗很棒。細節處更是用心，桌面一塵不染，地面乾淨無雜物，連床品褶皺都處理得平整利落，看得出保潔人員非常認真負責。 酒店設施完善，公共區域安靜整潔，電梯運行平穩。早餐種類豐富、新鮮可口，中西式都有，食材品質在線，服務人員補充及時，用餐體驗很愉悦。地理位置也很方便，出行便利，周邊配套齊全，無論是出差還是旅行都很合適。 最讓人滿意的是服務態度，從入住到退房全程都很貼心，有需求響應迅速，讓人感受到被重視。整體性價比很高，環境、衞生、服務、位置都無可挑剔，是一次非常舒心的住宿體驗。下次來還會選擇這裏，也真心推薦給大家！

Rooms are very spacious - better than average. During our stay unfortunately our room had an over bearing and awful smell of cigarette smoke left by previous occupants. The lingering odour of cigarette smoke is clearly embedded in the room’s furniture. I would suggest the hotel deodorize the furniture and place an air freshener in the room to at least disguise or ideally remove the odour. Another negative was the faulty tv system. At first we thought it was isolated to our room, but unfortunately the occupants from the neighbouring room had the same problem. Hopefully they can fix this.

Nice location walkable to metro station and restaurants.  Odd setup with the lobby and elevators shared with the office tower leading to long wait times for elevators during peak business hours. Staff could be friendlier. My room also had a smoky smell even though I asked for a non smoking room. This is typical in northeast China and is a big annoyance for non smokers

We had a remarkable  stay at Tianfu Yunqi Longjia International Airport hotel whom the staffs served us professionally. We experienced excellent service and hospitality during our stay at your hotel. For the moment we arrived, the meticulous staff demonstrated their warmth, professionalism and genuine care to ensure every moment and detail of our visit was comfortable  and memorable. For instance, the receptionist spoke politely and acted promptly to our call upon arrival late evening. The prudent shuttle bus driver came to fetch us less than 5 minutes. The room is conducive and quiet though very near the airport. The dining was delightful good food and a variety of quality options. With all these qualities, here I commend the entire team for their outstanding services and not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to return for the next trip in near future.
