"We come from Malaysia, stayed for 2 nights, thumbs up to our guide 小宇 for her exellent service and knowledge when we joined the 9.9 trip to Chengde resort. Hotel is modern and clean, staffs are very helpful. Location is good as it is near to shopping mall and some restaurant.

一進大堂就覺得乾淨明亮，裝修簡約又有質感，前台工作人員態度温柔，辦理入住速度很快，全程耐心解答問題，讓人一進門就覺得很安心。
房間比圖片裏還要舒服，空間寬敞，採光很好，床品柔軟乾淨，躺上去一夜好眠，完全沒有噪音打擾。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全，熱水穩定，淋浴體驗超棒。細節做得特別到位，燈光亮度合適，插座位置方便，Wi‑Fi速度快又穩定，辦公、追劇都不耽誤。
衞生方面真的挑不出毛病，地面、桌面、角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有異味也沒有灰塵，讓人住得特別放心。酒店環境安靜，隔音效果好，就算在樓層走動也不會被打擾，很適合休息放鬆。

"家人出遊，一共五人，預訂一個大床房一個三人間。新開的酒店，房間很大，很乾凈，床品舒適，淋浴水量夠大。樓下有充電樁，停車方便，對自駕遊客友好，自助早餐中規中矩，能吃飽。唯一吐槽的是我住的這間下水道有些不暢，退房時跟前台報修了，估計應該很快修好吧。"

It is located on the west side of the Summer Resort in the center of Chengde. It is a 2-minute walk from the main entrance of the Summer Resort. It has a superior geographical location. The walking circle around the hotel covers the large fast food restaurant "Express Kitchen", Erxianju Night Market, Jinlong Shopping Plaza, Royal Guandi Temple and Chengde Central Hospital, and a bus stop is set in front of it. It takes 15 minutes to directly reach the World Cultural Heritage "U Ba Temples" building complex, and 25 minutes to reach the high-speed rail station, which is convenient to transport. The hotel is equipped with a buffet breakfast, free 24-hour laundry, Wi-Fi, coffee, and a specialty snack shop and local specialty shops. Staying at this hotel is an ideal choice for travel, shopping, shopping and experiencing Chengde Royal Garden culture and humanistic style.

HHuangkeyi去大灘無數次了，個人有點小潔癖，所以每次去，都會找當地性價比高，環境好，衞生方面很好的酒店住。這次去，查看酒店發現了這家新開的，看起來不錯，抱着嘗試的態度，訂了兩個晚上。
到了以後發現，確實比以前住過的酒店，環境好，衞生也很好！安靜又乾淨，整體設計也很用心。
接待我們的小姐姐，人很熱情體貼，讓人幫忙把行李箱拿到房間，還給了我們一份小禮物。當天下雨，天氣有點冷，跟我們説：綠豆湯，你們今天先不喝了，一直放冰箱裏，太涼。我給你們拿了兩瓶飲料，送你們的。真的很體貼！幾天下來，我們有什麼需求，小姐姐都能及時幫我們解決。點贊！
酒店是在當地村裡，房間外有陽台，一眼望過去，周邊的景色也很美！我們選的房間，朝南，早上起來，坐在陽台外，在微風下曬着陽光，秋高氣爽，真的太愜意不過了！！！喜歡😍ps：9月初草原早晚有點涼，早晚在陽台待着，需要穿件薄衣服。
而且，酒店距離周邊的景點，不遠，位置都比較適中，去哪兒都很方便。
關於吃飯：酒店就有餐廳。羊排分量真的很足，兩個人吃，會有剩餘。價格實惠量又大！我們這幾天吃飯，都在酒店餐廳裏吃。吃不完，阿姨還能幫我們保存起來，放冰箱裏，下次過來吃，還能幫忙熱一下。哈哈哈，主打一個經濟實惠又不浪費😄
體驗感不錯，下次再去大灘玩，還會再來！！

GGästanvändare臨近了國慶才定的房，900一晚住5人。
酒店的位置不錯，就在大灘鎮上，去各個景點（百里天路、雲中草原、大劉八岔、羊腸河濕地）都在20分鐘以內，到閃電湖35分鐘，到草原天路沽源起點40分鐘左右。
酒店的基礎設施很好，是木屋結構，房間有暖氣，床品和枕頭也很舒適，熱水很充足，可以洗去一身疲憊。
酒店有餐廳，包容全國各地口味。特製的烤羊腿、烤雞味道都很不錯。味道太重廚師還會重新做，國慶人很多服務還很好。
酒店對面就是馬場，下午可以放夕陽放馬，酒店還養了小馬駒給房客的孩子騎着玩。客廳還可以做手工孩子很喜歡。國慶期間晚上還有篝火晚會很熱鬧。晚上酒店門口還賣煙花放的很開心。
如果有機會，還會再來這裏，總體住的體驗不錯。

GGästanvändareThe lobby was fancy and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, even though they didn't speak any English Check-in as a foreign was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was typical Chinese hotel breakfast food, just normal, but lacking in fresh fruit. It's close enough to the Mountain Scenic area to walk. I have two complaints, though. I had a windowless room, and it smelled awful inside, and the ventilation fan didn't help get rid of the smell. Also, the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so it left a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. It was uncomfortable taking a shower while trying to hold the door shut as much as possible, too. The room was clean, when I checked in, though, and cleaned daily. I could hear some noise from guests in other rooms, like loud talking and toilets flushing. It would definitely be better if I had gotten a room with windows, to help get that smell out. It's easy to walk along the river from this hotel's location, though.

餐飲：早餐有基本的粥牛奶主食小菜等，味道還可以；餐廳烤羊腿好吃，就是太難等了；酒店裡有家咖啡廳，美式很好喝，咖啡廳的風景也超讚。
其他：酒店裡有個巖石馬場，專業教騎馬的，可以騎馬體驗；酒店門口也有牧民經營的騎馬體驗。

GGary Ong Wei KiatAbsolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round!
Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing.
They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice.
One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so!
Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us.
Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes).
All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon!

GGästanvändareI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

OOtautahianI chose this hotel because it is a ten-minute walk from Chengde station (and a twenty-minute drive from Chengdenan station). There are small shops nearby and some malls across the river. You can walk to the summer mountain resort in about 35 minutes.
My room was clean and quiet, and the reception staff were polite.
