"The lobby was fancy and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, even though they didn't speak any English Check-in as a foreign was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was typical Chinese hotel breakfast food, just normal, but lacking in fresh fruit. It's close enough to the Mountain Scenic area to walk. I have two complaints, though. I had a windowless room, and it smelled awful inside, and the ventilation fan didn't help get rid of the smell. Also, the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so it left a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. It was uncomfortable taking a shower while trying to hold the door shut as much as possible, too. The room was clean, when I checked in, though, and cleaned daily. I could hear some noise from guests in other rooms, like loud talking and toilets flushing. It would definitely be better if I had gotten a room with windows, to help get that smell out. It's easy to walk along the river from this hotel's location, though."

"家人出遊，一共五人，預訂一個大床房一個三人間。新開的酒店，房間很大，很乾凈，床品舒適，淋浴水量夠大。樓下有充電樁，停車方便，對自駕遊客友好，自助早餐中規中矩，能吃飽。唯一吐槽的是我住的這間下水道有些不暢，退房時跟前台報修了，估計應該很快修好吧。"

The hotel is in an excellent location with many shops and restaurants nearby. And the bed is very comfortable! The room is big and the breakfast is delicious. And the best is the staff. I don’t speak Chinese, and they did a very nice job talking to me through translation apps.

去大灘無數次了，個人有點小潔癖，所以每次去，都會找當地性價比高，環境好，衞生方面很好的酒店住。這次去，查看酒店發現了這家新開的，看起來不錯，抱着嘗試的態度，訂了兩個晚上。
到了以後發現，確實比以前住過的酒店，環境好，衞生也很好！安靜又乾淨，整體設計也很用心。
接待我們的小姐姐，人很熱情體貼，讓人幫忙把行李箱拿到房間，還給了我們一份小禮物。當天下雨，天氣有點冷，跟我們説：綠豆湯，你們今天先不喝了，一直放冰箱裏，太涼。我給你們拿了兩瓶飲料，送你們的。真的很體貼！幾天下來，我們有什麼需求，小姐姐都能及時幫我們解決。點贊！
酒店是在當地村裡，房間外有陽台，一眼望過去，周邊的景色也很美！我們選的房間，朝南，早上起來，坐在陽台外，在微風下曬着陽光，秋高氣爽，真的太愜意不過了！！！喜歡😍ps：9月初草原早晚有點涼，早晚在陽台待着，需要穿件薄衣服。
而且，酒店距離周邊的景點，不遠，位置都比較適中，去哪兒都很方便。
關於吃飯：酒店就有餐廳。羊排分量真的很足，兩個人吃，會有剩餘。價格實惠量又大！我們這幾天吃飯，都在酒店餐廳裏吃。吃不完，阿姨還能幫我們保存起來，放冰箱裏，下次過來吃，還能幫忙熱一下。哈哈哈，主打一個經濟實惠又不浪費😄
體驗感不錯，下次再去大灘玩，還會再來！！

平時不常評價也不由的來推薦一下，在這裏感覺很放鬆舒服，不同年齡段都能在這裏找到樂趣～
帳篷房，設施超出預期的好，有智能馬桶，獨立浴室，床品也很舒服，也有提供瓶裝水和熱水壺～5.1出行晚上山裡有點冷，有空調可以制熱，還有電熱毯，晚上睡覺不會冷～體驗到了野趣，設施也很便利，服務熱情的恰到好處，住的很舒服，處處感受到了老闆的用心和態度，從用品到餐食質量品質，還有設計理念，超讚～
是一個“避世”的好去處，旁邊有鹿、黑豬、家禽可以看，爬一座小山到觀景台吹風，躺椅上曬着太陽看鴨子細水，看泡泡撞碎在陽光裏，還有一衹愛撒嬌的大狗狗，咖啡廳下棋看書，太適合躺平發呆啦～星空下伴着潺潺水聲入夢，安靜愜意～早上下了一陣小雨又是另一番景緻，早餐雖然簡單但是味道很好，尤其是自己醃製的小鹹菜～喜歡這裏，還會再來噠～

地理位置：離大灘鎮中心和馬鎮車程大約20分鐘，離百里天路南口車程大約10分鐘，對面就是雲中草原零距離。比鎮中心安靜太多了，那裡吵得讓人鬧心。但晚上還是有零星的煙花聲音。
酒店環境：院子設計挺好看的，依山而建錯落有致，房間裝修和設施都比較簡單，但也很清爽。
服務：旺季滿房，服務響應有點慢，但都很熱情。每天晚上9點還有篝火晚會。
餐飲：早餐有基本的粥牛奶主食小菜等，味道還可以；餐廳烤羊腿好吃，就是太難等了；酒店裡有家咖啡廳，美式很好喝，咖啡廳的風景也超讚。
其他：酒店裡有個巖石馬場，專業教騎馬的，可以騎馬體驗；酒店門口也有牧民經營的騎馬體驗。

The hotel is more suitable for customers who are driving as it is located a few km away from the city center (the Bishushanzhuang area), and without decent shops/restaurants nearby.
For customers who rely on public transportation, it's better to stay in the city center area.
Their breakfast starts at 730am which is not so convenient to customers who wake up early and would like to make full use of the day

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

We had a pleasant stay. Communication in English was smooth, which we appreciated as non-Chinese speakers. Our cabin was clean and rustically furnished and had a cosy atmosphere. The staff was helpful and even provided us with a fridge for the room upon request. They also assisted us with booking the activities we were interested in, like horse riding in the grasslands.

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round!
Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing.
They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice.
One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so!
Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us.
Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes).
All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon!
