"Hotel location is very convenient to go, its actually in the complex of huoyu lane (后裕里) , with lots of restaurants as option, and also is few minute walking distance to 后裕街. Room is a bit small than expected we stayed there one night, but on the night we stayed, outside temperature was about 9c, we switched on aircon in cold mode of lowest 16c, but the whole night the room was so warm and we woke up and panel shows the room is 33c, we need to open the windows and curtain to sleep, yet there is a club next to hotel and was noisy at night..."

"為去高椅嶺景區，決定在郴州市區住一晚，通過對比和看評價，選定評分很高的歡漫酒店。每年都有幾個月時間在自駕旅行，還是第一次入住歡漫連鎖酒店。在辦入住時，前台美女既熱情又專業地詢問了我們的喜好和要求，不僅為我們升級了房型，還安排了合適的樓層。辦好手續後，又將酒店的特色服務一一介紹，更是將房間設備使用功能用微信推給我們，服務可謂無微不至。進入房間後，發現房內有異味，即時告知前台，前台馬上給換了房間，解決問題毫不拖延。酒店的設施很新，衞生整潔，智能化程度很高，洗澡水尤其好，洗手間乾濕分離做到了”滴水不漏”。早餐品種還算豐富，能滿足我們需求。酒店有地下停車′場，對自駕的朋友來講是福音。酒店的總體入住體驗超好，以後再選選酒店無疑會將歡漫列為首選。"

衞生：很好
服務：很好，六點辦入住，小姐姐年輕漂亮，態度很好。免費幫忙升級了酒店。贊贊贊。
一向不評價的我，這次心記着要好評啊，就是帶娃出門的寶媽拍照片太少了。
酒店樓下各種商店，吃的多，逛的也多，蘇寧易購，步步高廣場，小吃街………打的10塊就到裕後街，特別方便！"

衞生：主理人很靠譜，打掃衞生後自己都會上樓檢查，檢查完畢後讓管家帶上樓，詳細講解了入户門解鎖等，連入户的樂高和球桿看起來都是鋥光瓦亮。
環境：環境在一個小區內，入閘門後右轉十幾米左拐，停車也很好停，我們是一台7座商務，停車完全沒壓力，一下車樓下的空氣也是非常清新😎
服務：這個真的沒得説，我是凌晨五六點抵達樓下，天都還沒亮打了電話老闆立馬下來引導停車，小孩子車上剛醒下來鬧脾氣也一起安撫，第二天去的東江湖也幫忙也買票，得了實在優惠，早餐在小區外路口的粉店，郴州粉真的好吃，讓我印象深刻，總之是一趟非常滿意的旅程，感謝老闆給我們全家帶來了這麼好的旅遊體驗，非常感激，會再來的，而且會推薦身邊朋友一起來！🥰

GGästanvändareI had a fantastic stay at Hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a 5-minute walk to view point attractions. My room was clean and comfortable with curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the front desk who helped with restaurant recommendations. Overall, great value for the price and I would definitely stay here again

SShiyi ChenThe location is highly recommended for a night stay to visit Dongjiang Lake! It is 5mins walk to the tickets purchase/admission centre. Clean toilet, good shower pressure, comfortable beds. Most interesting experience is the room smart control Xiao Du. Can check it out if you have the opportunity!

GGästanvändareHad a pleasant stay here. Love the TV projector where you can watch some dramas. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Staff is also very friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance to xiaodongjiang entrance, very convenient especially if going there early in the morning at 6am. Only downside is that other customers can smoke at the common areas of the hotel.

GGästanvändareI hid in the homestay, took a big breath of oxygen, and unloaded all my fatigue. For this window, I am willing to praise this homestay a thousand times. Who understands? The moment I wake up and open the curtains, the blue sky, green leaves, and white clouds are so healing! I feel like my whole body is healed just by daydreaming and letting go without doing anything. The point is! What's going on here? The local specialties are delicious, but it's a bit too comprehensive! After dinner, you can play Mahjong and sing songs. This little life is so comfortable that I really want to stay here forever.

AAnonym användareIt was a very nice stay! It’s located on the lake and you can see the blue water from outside the window. The breakfast was very yummy and it was also complimentary. They also had dinner with a lot of different selection options I got the fishie. It’s located in some type of mini town it has like a foodish market outside and a boat takeout place on the lake. The room itself was good you had a tub and a shower also the AC machine thing had both ac and heat with was nice.

GGästanvändareStaff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. We did not speak mandarin but the front desk was patient and accommodating to all our enquiries. Special mention for Li Fan at the front desk as she went the extra mile to guide and provide an excellent service at multiple occasions.
Chef Yang Yan Fei at the hotel restaurant was so generous and welcoming. On knowing that we are vegetarian, she made us great vegetarian meal and ensured we were fed well. Food was very tasty and the kitchen looked clean.
We opted for a parent-child room which was very spacious with a Lego wall (very useful to keep the kids engage in free time). Toilet was clean and new. Overall all the room renovations were excellent for the price point.
The hotel is 5 min walk from the high speed rail station, compared to other hotels at downtown Chenzhou this one had better proximity to wanhua caves (17mins by didi) and yangtianhu grassland (70mins by didi). (Dongjiang lake was about 50mins from the location).

The staff were lovely and upgraded our room for free and gave us an extra breakfast card. The breakfast was amazing with so many options (fruit, vegetables, juice, eggs etc). I would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting especially if you are wanting to visit Yangtianhu Grassland as the bus stop is about 8-10 minute walk away.

水水晶河The staff are nice, but sometimes they are not attentive enough. For example, they gave me the wrong room, the room card was not functioning the next day, and the power would suddenly cut off. The above problems had been solved for me, but it would be better if they were more attentive.
By the way, the translation of the signage was wrong and it was too funny
