"Great hotel! Liked it so much we came back and booked the same hotel on our way out of Deqin. The welcome fruit/snacks are a nice gesture, free washing laundry service (no drying), they stored our bags for us for a few days while we went hiking, and the staff were always super friendly!"

"Glad to booked this hotel. Service is good - they turn on the heater before we checked in. Rooms feel warm when we enter.
The room is nice and breakfast is good too. On the platform it says no breakfast included but when we reach there they gave us 2 breakfast vouchers to have breakfast in the hotel next door. A bit too cloudy to see a really nice golden mountain view during sunrise. However we still manage to get a little bit of it."

"The hotel was comfortable enough for a one-night stopover before heading to Yubeng. The shower had good water pressure, and the humidifier was a nice touch given how dry it can get there.
However, there are a few things that could be improved. The heating system is oddly controlled only by the owner’s phone. When we arrived, the room was freezing because the heating wasn’t on. After going out and coming back, we assumed it was central heating, but it wasn’t. I had to ask the owner to turn it on. He set it to 40°C, which sounded excessive, but it took a while to warm up. Unfortunately, it got too hot during the night, and since we had no way to adjust it ourselves (and the owner hadn’t added us on WeChat), we couldn’t change the temperature.
Also, be aware that there’s a massive crane right in front of the hotel, so you’ll still need to go to the main viewpoint for a clear view — though it’s very crowded."

In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Deqin hotel provides parking on site. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling as a couple.
"The room was decent, and the view might be nice on a clear day. But if you come during the rainy season, everything is just a blur of white—definitely not worth the price. Not sure if there are any restaurants nearby, but you can order food through *******. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with some of the dishes and bowls cracked or chipped. For such an expensive room, shouldn’t they be using new tableware?"

"This was such a lovely hotel! The wooden carving was so beautiful and the rooms were lovely and cosy. We initially booked one of the rooms in the main lobby area and they were fantastic. The shower was hot and dependable and there was a nice view out the window. The price point is also great, as it definitely feels like one of Yubengs higher and hotels in a great location, but without a huge price tag. There are many cool restaurants surrounding the hotel, and in my opinion, lower Yubeng is the better village to stay at, especially if you are trekking in from ninong. For our final night we upgraded to the mountain view suite. Yes, you can see the mountain better but the room is actually worse than the downstairs rooms, as well as being more expensive. I think the downstairs rooms are far superior. The boss was also nice and helpful, as well as going out of her way to lend us hiking gear. Great hotel."

The hotel is located at the most beautiful fog top observation deck in Meili Snow Mountain, which not only can enjoy the panoramic view of the thirteen peaks of Prince in Meili Snow Mountain, but also overlooks Biluo Snow Mountain, Baima Snow Mountain and Lancang River Valley. There are many types of rooms in the hotel, all of which are equipped with floor heating and anti-high reaction oxygen concentrators, which can be inhaled by nasal tube, and you can see the whole picture of Meili Snow Mountain when you open the curtains. There is a courtyard dam outside, drinking and singing around the fireplace, and there is an Indian super large tent, eating afternoon tea, lying on the lawn, waiting for the sunrise and sunset. We also have a free sightseeing bus service to take you to the foggy top village------- a tree on the net red ------- the foggy top thirteen white pagoda observation deck.
"If you are looking for one of the most affordable ways to wake up to the breathtaking sight of the Meili Snow Mountain, look no further than FANSU at WUNONGDING. Our stay here was nothing short of incredible.
The primary reason for our visit was the sacred Meili Snow mountain, and the view absolutely delivered. Waking up to that majestic panorama right outside our window was a highlight of our entire trip. For the value, it's an unbeatable location.
The hospitality here is what truly sets FANSU apart. The staff are super helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel not just like guests, but like family. They created a homey and comfortable atmosphere that made it hard to leave.
A special memory was made on our last evening when the staff taught us how to sing the beautiful ******* song ”FLY” by ANU. It was a spontaneous, joyful moment that we will cherish forever. A super big thank you to them for that!
Regarding the food: we found the meals to be absolutely yummy and comforting. While we've seen some comments about the dinner being expensive, we found it perfectly reasonable for our usual dining expenditure, and more importantly, the quality and taste justified it. The breakfast was also lovely and set us up perfectly well for the day.
We left with full hearts, amazing photos, and great memories. If you want an authentic, warm, and unforgettable experience facing the Meili Snow Mountain, we cannot recommend FANSU highly enough.

"Strongly recommend this guesthouse.
Car park: Super easy to park your car as they have a spacious car park space across the street.
Cleanness: Room is very new and clean. They prepared disposable towel and bathtub cover as well. Super considerate.
Service: very friendly and thoughtful staff.
Common area is spacious and thoughtfully designed too.
Last but not least, their heating and water pressure is super good which is very important at such cold and high altitude location."

Fantastic, fabulous, and fascinating! This homestay in Benzilan is pure magic!
The location is serene, the accommodation spotless, and the people—simply outstanding. The hosts treat you like family, always smiling and going the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. Honestly, leaving this place is the hardest part! It’s hands down my best stay in Yunnan.
If you’re heading to Deqin for Meili Snow Mountain, this is a must-stay. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended, this was the hotel my mom enjoyed the most during our entire Yunnan trip :))
The view from the 5th floor view point is simply stunning - we were lucky enough to catch the golden mountain at sunrise! 🙏🏻
From our room we could see the snow capped peaks directly! My mom and I spent a great time relaxing, sipping tea and soaking in the breathtaking scenery.
The staffs are incredible kind and thoughtful and they even provided free ******* traditional costumes for guests :))
Breakfast is included and you can also order dinner/lunch at very reasonable prices. The food was delicious- both my mom and I loved it.
Truly an unforgettable stay!

I stayed in this wonderful hotel for one night with my friends and It was an amazing experience, the hosts were kind and very available, they also offre us a very good Chinese style breakfast, our bedroom had a nice view of the mountains and it was warm and confortable. I really reccomment it for all the travellers who want to visit Feilai temple and see Meili Snow Mountain. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

This hotel has the best location in Upper Yubeng, as it is only a short walk away from the main village while the rest of the hotels in the village are built very closely together. The view from the room is amazing too, just as advertised, though the weather was not good while we came the view of the mountains and Lower Yubeng was still beautiful. Room comes with smart toilet, heated floors and heated blankets. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the area and very quick to respond to queries on WeChat, which we appreciated. There is a stove heater in the middle of the hotel where you can have a cup of ginger tea and watch the hotel cats walk about. We also ordered dinner at their in-house restaurant and we enjoyed the food too. The hotel also has a cafe with good coffee and a viewing deck both on the roof which we could see Baima mountain very clearly during the time we were there. Would recommend everyone to choose this hotel when coming to Upper Yubeng.

Hotel is located in Upper Yubeng on the quiet side away from construction, with sweeping views onto the mountains. Comfortable bedding and 24/7 hot water. Cost is high for what you get, although this is true of Yubeng more broadly. Staff could have been more involved but I appreciate there was a language barrier.

這次在 雨崩 的經歷，讓我們一家永遠記住了這裏的人情温度。
孩子在進山過程過於疲憊出現嚴重高反不適，甚至開始意識混亂，當時我們已經非常緊張。深夜求助酒店，工作人員沒有一句推諉，第一時間幫我們聯繫車隊，無償送我們很多氧氣，堅決不提價格，馬上幫助協調車輛連夜送出雨崩。
在那種路況和時間點下，這種幫助真的不是一句“謝謝”可以表達。
同時也非常感謝 德欽縣人民醫院 的醫護人員，專業、冷靜、迅速處理，讓孩子脱離危險。也感謝當地110在關鍵時刻給予的指引和保障。
這次經歷雖然驚險，但也讓我們看到了雨崩的的另一面——不僅有風景，更有人心。
當然！酒店的環境配套設施等各方面無可挑剔！
真心感謝酒店那位不知名女工作人員的擔當與温度。在困難時刻伸出的那衹手，我們會記一輩子。

It started off not too well. Our driver took us to a wrong hotel, a hotel which was grander, more beautiful and it faces the Meili Mountain! We were so disappointed when we found out that that was not the hotel we booked.
Even though Deqin Zangshan Yunju Hotel is not facing the Meili Mountain, it does provide shuttle to the viewing platform. The lady driver was waiting for us to take us there before the sunrise. It was a good thing too, our own guide and driver failed to show up to take us there!!!! When one can only see the sunrise on Meili for 67 days out of 365 days a year, it came as no surprise that we did not see the sunrise due to cloud cover. All is not lost though since this hotel faces the Baima Mountain and we did catch a beautiful sunrise from the hotel. The 4th floor rooftop is perfect for that. We had the 270 degree room which offers a fantastic view, but the windows were not cleaned as well, so taking photos from the room was not as good.
The breakfast was adequate. It would be nice if they could prepare a bit more. I am sure if I asked, they would make more for me though.
No regrets staying at this great hotel. The hotel is located close to the Fellei temple.

I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect—just about 20 minutes from the busy town center, which makes it wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Every morning, I woke up to an amazing mountain view that instantly set the tone for a relaxing day.
The property itself is stunning, especially the vineyard, which adds so much charm. I loved the free wine tasting sessions, and the hosts were incredibly kind, caring, and always eager to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience feel personal.
The food was excellent, with every meal prepared thoughtfully and bursting with flavor. For those who love a bit of adventure, the ATV facilities are a fantastic addition. We also enjoyed grape plucking right in the vineyard—such a unique and fun activity!
Overall, this place is a perfect blend of tranquility, great service, and memorable experiences. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature with a touch of adventure.
One small issue I had was that the air-conditioner was blowing warm air, but after I informed the team, they fixed it within a short time. Great service and quick response — really appreciated it!

Den främsta anledningen till att boka var eftersom hotellet ligger precis vid floden Lancang på en höjd av endast 2 100 meter, vilket kan undvika höjdsjuka. Det finns Yubeng Village, Mingyong-glaciären, Feilai-templet, osv mycket hygienisk, sängen är helt rätt, och det finns stora fönster från golv till tak När Bingzhongluo kom till hotellet via Degong Highway, regnade det och det låg ett moln och dimma utanför fönstret ett tag tittade jag ut genom fönstret igen och såg att molnen öppnade sig och Kawagbo Snow Mountain låg precis framför mig! ! ! Det finns fortfarande inga lämpliga ord för att beskriva spänningen vid den tiden. Sätt dig ner på hotellets utsiktsplattform, gör en kopp te och titta bara tyst på de snötäckta bergen, glaciärerna, Lancangfloden och de stora vingårdarna nära hotellet. Chefen sa att om vi kommer i augusti kommer druvor och andra frukter att vara mogna, men nu är druvorna fortfarande för sura. Till middag beställde jag stekt fläsk med svamp och grönsaker från min egen åker. Hotellbadrummet har en automatisk toalett, som kan ha uppgraderats senare. Det känns lite dyrt.

We spent an excellent time at ShanYu hotel , excellent location, majestic mountain views, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable.
The only upgrades we would have liked are air conditioning (it's pretty hot in August here, notwithstanding the 3200m altitude) and maybe a swimming pool / sauna? That would really help with the recovery after a day of tracking the nearby mountains.
