"如果來河口縣住一晚非常推薦，房子很有特色，就在海關大樓的旁邊，距離老車站鐵路橋郵局等打卡點都非常近，周邊吃飯咖啡也方便，樓下可以停車但車位不多，可以停在馬路對面停車場（酒店報銷）。海爾洗烘一體機一台，烘乾機一台。"

"在這個旅途中，我最喜歡的酒店就是這家了 大廳裝修大氣優雅。門口的停車場非常方便 從入住到退房，每一位工作人員都讓我感到賓至如歸。
1、房間非常整潔乾淨 設施齊全 24小時熱水，免費Wi-Fi ，房間裝修的也很漂亮，床也十分舒適讓我得以安享良好的睡眠，出行前台可以幫忙叫車很方便，走的時候買了不少越南特產前台小姐姐幫忙預約快遞小哥上門郵回家嘿嘿，十分方便。服務真的非常好，走的時候行李太多遺漏了私人物品，酒店還電話告知又郵給我[破涕為笑]，非常暖心。下次會繼續入住，五星推薦。

"Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower.
Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel.
Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!"

"Hotel was located about 15-20 mins walk away from Hekou/Lao Cai border. General cleanliness was there however, the room and lift reeks of cigarettes as the hotel allowed smoking in the rooms and although I requested for a non-smoking room, there were still cigarette scents everywhere in the room. Aside from that, basic amenities were provided and check in process was very quick."
