"The staff is very professional and helpful. We received a room upgrade without asking, and the room quality was amazing: very modern, clean, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities (kettle, tea, TV, fridge, great shower, armchairs).

早餐，我們住的那天可能出了什麼特殊情況，沒有炒菜，但粥包子煮蛋煎蛋牛奶水果等等都有，而且有現煮的米粉和陽春麪。是新疆返程途中住的舒服的酒店之一。"

호텔은 매우 청결하며 청소 상태도 양호하고 어메니티도 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 2박3일 투숙 기간중 안경 렌즈를 고정시켜주는 나사가 풀려 분실하였으나 리셉션 직원의 응급 조치로 큰 도움을 받았습니다. 더구나 체크아웃을 하고 호텔을 나왔지만 리셉션 직원이 호텔 밖 차도까지 따라나와 택시를 잡아주며 배웅을 해주어 너무나 고마웠습니다.
호텔 바로 옆에 대형 마트와 레스토랑이 밤늦게까지 영업을 하여 이 호텔의 편리성을 높여줍니다.
아주 좋은 호텔입니다.
내가 다시 호탄을 방문한다면 옥도 호텔을 다시 찿는데 주저함이 없을 것입니다. 엄지 척! 별 다섯입니다.☆☆☆☆☆"

酒店位於一個街角處，門前空間挺大的，停車位挺多的。各種設施都是挺精良的，使用感覺柔滑細膩。早餐是自助餐，品種繁多，用餐環境温馨舒適。但是仍然要再次吐槽的還是網絡問題，登陸手續繁雜不堪，即便登陸成功，也是虛掛的，連不上網的。希望酒店能從顧客的角度出發，確實改進一下，讓顧客的麻煩儘量少一點，再少一點。實際上其他的酒店的手續都是挺簡單的，衹要點一下網絡名稱，頂多再輸一下8個8密碼就行了。

房屋整體比較乾淨，非常適合臨時休息，離周圍景點免費的方便，基本上是到15分鐘的路程，不過周圍吃的有點缺乏，周圍的小吃街比較少，也沒有什麼特色，需要去市區才能吃到美食，主要住在這邊是可以攜帶寵物，對於寵物家庭比較方便。

橘子酒店今天8月份在張家口第一次入住，當時帶着朋友，朋友很滿意！這次在和田再一次選擇橘子性價比高的酒店！早餐的美味拯救了我在塔縣2天的胃。前台人員服務意識非常強，主要幫助拿東西，女保安出來進去打招呼！
有個小插曲，當我辦理入住時，才知道我還是華住會的會員，並且級別還不低，所以出現了房價有差別，甚至差到將近100元。秉持着這麼多年對攜程的信任，並且衹信任攜程的金鑽的我，進屋後撥打了攜程客服，客服再一次的展現了以客户利益最大化的服務宗旨，經過溝通發現早餐有差別，最後一算才差了33元，我就想算了，這麼點錢不值當的，但是攜程的客服並沒有就此結束服務，而是致電前台問清楚早餐價格，把差價退到我的攜程賬户中！
所以再一次體會擁有攜程，就相當於整個藍星任我遨遊！

I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch.
The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that.
The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

It feels like it's a bit hidden from the road but it's entrance is actually in very good location. The night market is very close and other restaurants and stores are near. The sound from the elementary school next to it was also a plus point for me. It becomes quiet in the evening. The hotel's name means ”of jade” and the whole city is quite serious about jade. You can actually find one at the river!

又一次出差入住體驗真的超驚喜！酒店位置特別便利，出門就是和田市中心，不管是逛商圈還是搭交通都很方便，前台服務熱情又貼心，辦理入住退房都超快，全程不用久等。房間收拾得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒服，睡起來特別安心，採光和通風也都很好，設施齊全又新凈，住得特別舒心。整體性價比超高，細節處滿滿用心，下次出行一定還選這家，真心推薦給大家！

強推這家大漠胡楊主題酒店！一進大堂就被滿屏的胡楊元素驚艷，木質樑柱搭配胡楊枯枝裝飾，牆上掛着大漠胡楊的攝影作品，瞬間把人拉進邊塞的蒼茫詩意裏。房間佈置超用心，胡楊紋樣的床品
服務更是沒話説，前台小姐姐貼心送上胡楊景區打卡攻略，二樓夜市的烤包子和奶茶超地道，逛累了回酒店泡個熱水澡，完美緩解了沙漠的乾燥。這次入住體驗滿分，已經推薦給所有要去大漠看胡楊的朋友，下次來還選這家！

The staff at the front desk were very kind. The hotel is located close to many attractions, and it’s in walking distance of the museum and night market. The manager 张健 is very kind, and even showed me where to get some good food. 热孜亚 at the front desk worked hard to provide assistance. Overall, the hotel is good value for money and I would reccomen it to any foreign traveler.
