"前段時間去琿春旅遊，入住了圖們江商務酒店，體驗比較複雜。一進酒店，就能明顯感覺到它接待了很多俄羅斯旅遊團 ，到處都是俄羅斯遊客，氛圍很國際化。不過，房間的設施陳舊感比較明顯，房間裏部分傢俱也有磨損的痕跡。但值得一提的是，房間打掃得還算乾淨，床品也沒有異味。讓我印象深刻的是，房間的天花板上竟然有鏡子，正對着床 ，這個設計真的讓人摸不着頭腦，一抬頭就看到自己，總覺得怪怪的，晚上睡覺都覺得不自在。雖然酒店有很多不盡如人意的地方，但在琿春當地，它的位置還不錯，前臨歐式步行街，後臨大型商場市場，購物休閑很便利。如果酒店能翻新一下設施，改善管理，應該會有更好的口碑。"

"This is a very good hotel! Everything here is very well organized. The hotel staff speaks English. The room has everything and even more for comfort to feel at home: soft pillows, comfortable beds. The hotel is located very conveniently: there are many shops and cafes nearby. Great and varied breakfast every day. Me and my friends really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I want to come back here again!"

"We stayed in a Business king Room at the Chaoman Hotel for three nights.
we were able to check in and check out smoothly and done within 5 mins. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Decor is a bit dated but rooms are spacious and well supplied. Shower is pretty efficient. Housekeeping is great and the lady was very helpful and sweet.
Consistently good service by staff across the hotel, from the front desk staff to restaurant.
Over all, a very pleasant 3-day stay."

"New clean hotel with very large rooms. The beds are big and comfortable. Staff at the reception and housekeeping are friendly. The location is quite a bit off the main shopping street and seafood street, it is at least a 15 minute walk. Overall highly recommended. I will stay again next time when I visit Hunchun"

"Расположение очень хорошее. Рядом большой продуктовый рынок, торговая улица в 10 минутах ходьбы,много кафе и магазинов. Персонал на рецепцепшене постоянно отсутствует,приходится звать и ждать, неулыбчивые, медлительные. Номер чистый, интернет нестабильный , кровать удобная. Ежедневно меняют полотенца ,ставят воду,выносят мусор, но уборку не производят. В шкафу жил таракан. Завтраки разнообразные,но из всех блюд 4-5 съедобные. Сок парошковый , чай полупрозрачный,обстановка в кафе вокзальная. В гостинице накурено, курят везде: хол, коридоры.Но при этом , возможно , это один из лучших вариантов вашего прибывания здесь за такие деньги."

"Excellent hotel! Absolutely top-notch for Hunchun. Clean rooms, wonderful beds, excellent quality of sleep. The best hotel we stayed at in Hunchun. Breakfasts are very basic, there's very little food, but otherwise everything is great!

"Overall it was a pleasant stay. Our room was super clean. The breakfast was pretty good considering it’s a small city. I particularly liked the laundry room. It’s so convenient. I’ve been visiting Hunchun for 25 years and it was the best stay so far. A couple of my suggestions are; tall mirror in the room and a switch to turn on only the light in the toilet space."

Отель оставляет двойственное впечатление, где яркие достоинства сильно омрачены серьезными недостатками в организации и сервисе.
Положительные стороны:
· Очень свежий, стильный и креативный дизайн в единой оранжевой гамме. Задумка действительно прекрасная.
· Просторные номера, что сразу ощущается.
· Вкусные завтраки, которые оставили хорошее впечатление.
· Приятная мелочь – мандаринки на ресепшене, поддерживающие общую концепцию.
Отрицательные стороны (к сожалению, их больше и они перевешивают):
1. Катастрофически плохая организация заселения. При официальном времени заселения с 12:00, к 15:00 ни один из трех забронированных нами номеров не был готов. Это абсолютно недопустимо для отеля, позиционирующего себя по ”не маленькой” цене.
2. Низкое качество уборки. В номере на первом этаже в коридоре и ванной комнате были обнаружены волосы и пыль. В номерах на втором и третьем этажах устойчиво воняло сигаретным дымом. Чистота – базовое требование, которое не было выполнено.
3. Полное отсутствие сервисной культуры и извинений. Ни при задержке заселения, ни при обнаружении недостатков уборки, от персонала не последовало ни искренних извинений, ни попыток оперативно и полноценно исправить ситуацию. Гостей фактически бросили решать проблемы самих.
4. Несоответствие цены и качества. Учитывая стоимость проживания по меркам Хуньчунь, уровень сервиса и внимания к гостю оказался крайне низким.
Итог: Orange Hotel – это пример отличной идеи, погубленной на этапе исполнения и управления. Прекрасный дизайн и хорошие завтраки не могут компенсировать грязь в номерах, запах табака и полное безразличие персонала к комфорту уставших после дороги гостей. Впечатление было полностью испорчено. Рекомендовать этот отель можно только с огромной оговоркой и только тем, кто готов мириться с подобным отношением. Пока кардинально не изменятся стандарты сервиса и чистоты, возвращаться сюда нет никакого желания.

this is a very beautiful and magnificent hotel! i am staying here for the first time! the guys at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. they speak different languages, which is very convenient for foreign guests. the hotel is made in beautiful color combinations. soft bed, wide and spacious room, delicious and varied breakfast. beautiful hall with a photo zone. i recommend this hotel and want to come back here again!

Для нас очень удобно расположена. Останавливаемся в ней уже второй раз. Чисто. Номера большие, летом в июне отлично работает кондиционер. Были в конце октября, в номере очень тепло. Питание хорошее. Жаль что нет фруктов, но всегда можно что поесть. На ресепшене всегда дают позвонить китайцам, если нужно. В общем очень довольны.

Бронировала для семьи из 4 человек (двое детей) номер Делюкс с двумя огромными кроватями (1,8 м). Они разместились прекрасно. Номер большой, удобный. Есть где детям поиграть в прятки даже. Туалет за непрозрачной стеной. Очень удобно, что есть отдельная кухня.
За детей взяли отдельно по 10 юаней за каждого за завтрак.
