"My short two days stay is the end, but feel reluctant to leave—really wish I could stay a little longer, This is the most wonderful Jiangnan water town I have ever visited—Xitan—natural,nostalgic, and peaceful.Everything here from food to accommodation, is incredibly convenient. The “Lao BanNiang” hostess is warm,attractive and thoughtful,making me feel the warmth of home even while traveling. In this fleeting journey of life,meeting kind and hardworking people is a true blessing and a stroke of fate. Xitang is beautiful because of its scenery, and genuine because of its people. I’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time."

"Love Xitang because of this hotel. The balcony is directly beside the river with breathtaking views. The hotel has free hanfu costumes experience and we just paid a little extra for makeup and photographers to follow us around in the village. Love this hotel"

"I rang the hotel the day before to ask for directions and they were very helpful with giving advice about getting discounted the entrance ticket for us as the hotel is located within the scenic area and the ticket is also valid for the 2 days we were there for. They also added me to a WeChat group with all their staff and everyone was extremely helpful in giving advice and recommendations. One thing was that the bathroom drain is a bit small and when I was washing my hair in the shower it got blocked by the hair (I have long hair that sheds a bit) and there was a bit of mini-flood happening in the shower, though that's more the design of the shower. Bonus: cats and bunny at the reception! Would definitely stay again if I'm visiting!"

"家裡有人在第一人民醫院，臨時找個落腳的地方，維也納也算是老牌子了，但這家店真的給人一種年久失修的感覺。衞浴的門關不上，燈控開關要重重按兩下才有反應，窗户是壞的關不嚴，但這些都不是什麼大問題。但早餐真的忍不了，雞蛋有壞蛋，數量還少，7-9點的用餐時間，我們8點下去竟然沒有什麼可以吃，炒飯見底，飲料牌子對不上，衹有煎蛋的師傅在忙。就這種早餐竟然標價38一位，太離譜了。如果選這家住的話，住170一間的無窗無早餐的吧。"

"En bokning som överträffade mina förväntningar: Detta var det bästa pensionatet jag någonsin bott på. Mitt första intryck när jag kom in var utmärkt: stenlagda stigar, trästolar, granatäppleträd, träd, trähus… kort sagt, det var helt enkelt elegant. Rummets layout var inriktad på yngre gäster: två bekväma dubbelsängar, tatamimattor, golvmattor och små trappsteg på golvet gav en känsla av djup. Att ha ett sådant ställe att bo på i den antika staden var otroligt trevligt. Naturligtvis fanns det några saker att notera. Luftkonditioneringsenheten var fäst vid väggen (utanför rummet), så det hördes ett intermittent mekaniskt ljud sent på kvällen. Jag är lite neurastenisk, så det störde mig, men min vän sov gott utan problem. Ägarna var också mycket välkomnande och berättade proaktivt för mig hur jag skulle navigera i den antika staden och vad jag skulle vara försiktig med… Sammantaget övervägde inte bristerna fördelarna; det är svårt att hitta ett pensionat i samma prisklass som kan konkurrera med det."

"桔子酒店在嘉善市中心，周邊商業配套很多，銀泰百貨，萬聯城都很近，房間也是乾淨整潔，智能化，機器人送餐到房間，房間通透，自助早餐是五星級水平，品種豐富好吃。下次還會選擇。"

"I booked the Five Lakes Riverside Balcony Room with Main Channel View and Bathroom at Regalia Riverside for Dec 30 and 31, 2025. The room looks exactly as it does in the photos. The balcony has plug ins, teapot, teacups and tea prepared for you. Across the balcony, you can see the famous bridge and the boat station. You can also see up and down the channel. Room size is good for 2 persons. In the room is a heater/AC which worked perfectly and Ms. Sun also kindly turned on the heater since she knew my arrival time. The room has a kettle but no cups, coffee. Luckily I had brought my own. Also, know that the hotel does not provide breakfast - not a problem for me but for those we eat breakfast, just step outside. Location is perfect, it's in the heart of ancient town so easy to walk everywhere. Outside your door is snack street and at the end of the street is a ”food court”. Despite it's central location and opposite of the boat station, the noise was manageable. When I closed the balcony doors, I didn't hear anything (maybe too cold for people to loiter around?). Everyone was very nice and kind. Ms. Sun went out of her way to help me with my return bus ticket to Hangzhou, giving me directions on how to arrive at the hotel/meeting point where she waited for me, and her colleague even walked and waited for my car when I departed for Hangzhou. Going from Hangzhou to Xitang was an adventure as I read many different versions and my hotel told me another in my research. All in all, i highly recommend Regalia and Xitang! Thank you to Ms Sun and everyone for making my 2026 new year experience so memorable!"

"大廳有兩個半開放式的六到十人座位區可以使用，房間走道就像一望無際的藝術廊一樣，有洗衣機洗烘功能可以使用，可惜的是，沒有其他全季酒店一樣提供茶包-洗衣液-洗衣袋可以直接自取，但是可以打電話跟櫃臺要，房間有提供礦泉水，還有茶包及一顆大白兔軟糖，跟一顆牛軋糖，因為入住的是兩個人，不夠分就又打電話給房務部，請他再送上來，整體的空間及清潔度看起來不錯，但就是房價太高，你覺得這個房價應該不是在嘉善地區的房價，一個晚上360是網上定的價錢還沒包早餐，第三張圖是我走到對面的土菜館點的菜"

Det är bra pris, det är mycket tillfredsställande att bo i West Shui."
