"1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice."

"We just had a very nice two-night stay here while visiting all the diaolou of the area. The location is excellent, about 2km from Zili and walking distance to Li Yuan. Other diaolou clusters are 10-20 mins away. The service was friendly and so helpful during our whole visit. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed beef noodles and tea eggs for breakfast the first day and then a simple buffet breakfast the second day of congee, sweet potatoes, noodles, corn. The room was really nice, very high tech and comfortable. The beds were a little hard for us. That was the only negative. We loved the outdoor space with lots of room to hang out during the day and evening. Overall, an excellent stay in Kaiping."

"Lavande Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Kaiping. The hotel has been opened since 2018; still somewhat relatively new. We booked a room for three people, and we were provided with a two bedroom unit. Excellent condition; comfortable beds and shower facilities. Cleaning service was excellent as they provided extra bottles of water and tea bags to consume. Situated in a location with many restaurants and shops. A mall is within walking distance. Highly recommend staying at Lavande Hotel when staying in Kaiping"

"The room was spacious and clean, plenty of room for 2 people with extra amenities such as kitchen available. The breakfast is in a separate hotel next door, it’s quite basic and Chinese food only, but generally alright. The staff at the reception was friendly and would go out of their way to help with any questions. As for the location, it’s quite central with lots of food places around. Overall, a solid spot."

"I always love to stay at this Hotel , Room is big , receptionist is good , location is perfect, one issue I hope the management will consider the corridors and room carpet to do a deep cleaning it's getting very dirty now , if my next trip there is no improvement I shall look into next hotel"

"The stay was pleasant! I stay here every work trip in Shuikou, this time they upgraded their fittings like basin waste, shower post and other shower fittings and replace it to a new one. I’m not sure if they replace new fittings in other rooms, but I can see the effort they put into maintaining for these few recent trips! Good try Vienne Hotel!"

"The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's 5 mins walking distance to almost everything (drink, food, supermarket, massage etc.) However the hotel facilities are getting a little bit aged compared to my stay couple years ago and the room felt quite humid and a little bit odd smell."
