"Very value for money. Airport transfer was included in our rate, which was great and convenient. Lobby and corridor is not as well maintained as the room, but honestly the room was a pleasant surprise. Wet - dry separation can be improved especially between shower and toilet bowl. Met our needs as a quick stay when we landed in Kunming in the middle of the night, before we transited to another city."

The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. "Very helpful and attentive, recommended for foreigner. The receptionist will use translator and inform you to add their wechat account to make communication easier. For breakfast I like that they also serve rose tea. They also provide pdf of summary for nearest or famous tourist places and how to get there. My luggage’s wheel is broken due to airport handling and I ask help from them for my travel insurance claim. They responded swiftly."

"Hotellet är ganska nytt mycket ren, platsen är perfekt för oss, vi fångar tåget så lätt, mycket bekvämt, närheten har många matställen som ger läckra lokala mat, många bekvämt butiker runt också, några minuters promenad finns en stor shopping mall, Receptionisterna var alla mycket ödmjuka, tjänsterna var bra, med leende ansikten hela tiden, så nära Kunming järnvägsstation söderstation, några minuter med tåg och mycket prisvärt....vill definitivt rekommendera vänner att stanna."

"The hotel is similar to other City Comfort Inn, the amenities good and room clean, toilet is good too. The staff servicing is wonderful., the counter told that their windows room does not have a city view instead its facing the residential units. Too bad, I was hoping for city view. My only concern on this hotel is that the location is not really near the main shopping district, you need to walk about 2km or take taxi. During my 5 days stay I still didnt manage to use the metro as a convenient transport, instead I walk or get ehailing driver to pick up. Another difficulty I have is that the drop off and pick up point for taxi or e hailing car is block by motorcycle lane, so its difficult to carry luggage and go through fast riding motorcyclist. There are many eateries within 10 minutes walk, and there are TCM pharmacy as well bread store just beside the hotel. Its fine if you are traveling lite and staying few days. Just don't expect its really at main shopping district or near mall."

"我們出差路過昆明，下高速就來到了這裏，酒店離火車站很近，交通便利，停車場很大還免費停車，對於開車的我們實在是太友好了，選擇了這裏！前台接待服務貼心，免費為我們升級房型，還送了牛奶麪包，新裝酒店房間寬大明亮，乾淨衞生，主要是很安靜！好入眠，下次還會回購！贊！"

"This is a nice hotel. It is located directly in the railway station area ，and I can walk to the railway station directly， and it's very convenient . there is also a subway station , so the transportation is very nice. and the hotel itself is good . so I would definitely recommend this hotel to you if you are staying one night near the railway station."

"Hotel was 15-20min ride away from the airport, not as close as I expected it to be. But they have free hotel shuttle to pick you to and fro the airport which is good. But bad thing is you will need to share the transport with other travellers and if they are late, you’ll have to wait for them. Room was spacious and relatively clean. However, we travelled in Jan and it was soooo cold even after turning on the heating in the room. The room’s heating has to be improved. It was even colder than the rooms we stayed in Harbin."
