這次入住體驗真的特別滿意，整體環境乾淨整潔、温馨舒適，房間佈置得很用心，隔音和床品都很舒服，完全能讓人安心休息，住得非常舒心。 最想誇的是酒店的工作人員，態度真的巨好，熱情又貼心，不管是辦理入住、諮詢問題，還是有小需求，都耐心細緻、響應超快，全程24小時都能及時提供幫助，讓人感覺特別踏實。從進門到離開，服務一直很周到，沒有一點敷衍，專業又有温度。 性價比很高，細節拉滿，住得特別放心又暖心，下次還會優先選擇這家，也真心推薦給朋友！

This hotel entrance facing the back of the road. Sharing common lift with other resident of the building. The building has another hotel, club and beauty center. There is a food street behind the hotel, Walmart is nearby. Metro station is a long walk.

Prime Location: Proximity to Cuihu and Kunming Old Street means you’re in the cultural heart of the city. • Connectivity: Being near a Metro station makes exploring easier. • Vibe & Convenience: Surrounded by cafes for easy caffeine fixes and chill atmosphere. • Value for Money: It manages to stay wallet-friendly without sacrificing cleanliness or comfort. • Service: Friendly staff can make a huge difference in how ”at home” you feel in a new city.

Hotel is located close to airport and they provide airport transfer services every half an hour starting at 430am. Room and building were very new and modern, well equipped as well. Please check the location of the hotel before going, as the previous location tends to appear on local maps and ride hailing services.

房間很乾凈，味道也香香的，床墊和枕頭非常舒服，熱水充足，而且周邊出行很方便，出酒店大門就有公交，打車也快捷。周邊還有很多當地吃飯的飯館根據司機師傅説這邊是昆明比較正宗的老百姓吃飯的地方。前台服務超nice，可以説是有求必應😊。下次來還會選擇華住會，選擇全季！

I really enjoyed my short stay here. The night receptionist while couldnt speak English, still helped me with finding a restaurant to eat and gave me a free upgrade. Their breakfast selection was filling and delicious, only improvement I would recommend is perhaps fresh coffee or tea would be good too. I love how the moment I walk out, I am able to explore the old Kunming street sights and try local street snacks. The best thing is that it is also located in the center of Kunming city! Overall, while the room was dated, the comfort level is very high! Lots of power point sockets, even in the bathroom. The mattress was also firm and soft. Had a very good rest that I decided to come back for another nap before I leave. Upon check out, they even gave me a littel goodie bag, which was perfect as I did not have time to shop for souveniers.

一定要給大家推薦這家民宿，民宿的衞生簡直棒呆了，讓我這個有潔癖的人也放心大膽地躺在床上，小院子更是舒適安逸，有種反覆置身於家中的感覺[得意] 民宿裏還藏着一個大大的驚喜，竟然有一個恆温泳池，水很乾凈，孩子們都超級喜歡[慶祝][煙花][哇] 游完泳還可以到汗蒸房裡蒸個桑拿，這裏還配置了鋼琴和健身房，滿足不同人羣的需求， 房東很熱情，會認真地為我們推薦周圍好玩的地方和美食，超級貼心[愛心] 這家民宿不僅讓我有了出門在外家的感覺，更讓我找到了一份温暖和安心。

This hotel has limit in using the air-conditioning for the room. They limit the usage from 6.00am-12 midnight. This is the first time I ever come across a hotel China that limit the usage of air-conditioning. The room can be very stuffy in the middle of the night if it is a hot and humid day. I book for 3 nights and have to wake up in the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep well because the shut the air-conditioning with the fan blowing.
