"The hotel was very good and staff friendly but in the last day we needed to go to Mainland through Zhuhai train station and we asked them to help us with taxi but was very crowded and in the end suggested us to take a publicbus but the instructions were not very clear and we almost lost the train. We waited a lot at the bus stop very crowded. We preferred that they suggest other options like free shuttle bus from casinos that they will bring you to the train station"

Taipa Village is very close by and a great place to visit and taste some local foods. We will for sure return to this hotel."

"The room itself was good - large, comfy bed and good shower. Location is great for Taipa and if you don’t mind walking for 15 mins it’s fine for the LRT and casino strip. Plenty of buses nearby. Many shops and restaurants. A few things to improve: the doors really would benefit from quiet closing mechanisms as they slam hard. I kept finding long hairs in the bathroom (probably the cleaner). But worst was at preliminary check in the guy was coughing constantly, all over everything and of course touching everything. I was reluctant to take my passport back!!! Later in the day I saw he did have a mask. I suspect a supervisor coming on shift told him to. A bit of training/reminders for staff would be good. Anyway, I would stay here again. By the way, it is also near a lift up to the Taipa National Park which is perfect for some morning exercise."

"This hotel is extremely stingy about giving extra towel and water. All needs to be charge. Even ask changing the bed sheet myself. Old hotel that smell rotten sweat on the pillow and moist on the floor."

"The hotel and room were clean overall, though the facilities look a bit dated. Location wise was convenient and near to bus stops and public transport. Also a short walk from MGM and Wynn casinos. Service was good and helpful, staff were willing to answer questions and many could speak English which was very helpful. Only shortcoming is amenities wise, a bit dissatisfied that only one small bottle each of soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, which was a bit insufficient for 2 guests. Feel that the hotel ought to be more generous and provide a dispenser to allow guests to use these products freely, or at the very least 2 bottles of each, especially knowing during online booking that there are 2 guests staying at the hotel."

Ppb_9We had a great stay at House of Art Macau. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven just a short walk away, which was very convenient.
The hotel is also close to the airport, and transportation was easy; there are buses that run directly between the airport and the hotel, making arrival and departure easy. The amenities provided were nice and full-sized, which I really appreciated, and the surrounding area felt very safe throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Macau and I would definitely stay here again.

The room is big enough and clean.
I was on the 5th floor, and I had direct access on the Terrasse.
The Staff is Very nice and helpul.
There's a nice spot next to the hotel if you like to run.

VVHIC DGI super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and casino! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible.
My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.

GGästanvändareThis was a fabulous hotel for the price. It's at least a 3 star and I've stayed in far more disappointing 4 star hotels. Plenty of in room amenities including toothbrush, razor etc. Room was a decent size with a good vanity mirror for 'her'. Spotlessly clean. Location is very very good as it is just 15 mins walk from the ferry pier, near lots of local shops and restaurants (including 7-11 and a bigger local style supermarket) and easy walking distance or shrt bus ride to the centre of Macau City.

JJulia031089I had a layover in Macau and chose Treasure Hotel because of its proximity to the airport. It’s literally 10 steps from the airport departure exit. You just cross the road and here you are. Note that the hotel lobby’s located on the 11th floor, check-in is only there. However , you can do express check-out on the first floor, just drop your key card in the special box and you’re good to go.
The room was super clean, beds were comfortable, there was all we needed for a good night sleep: hot shower, blackout curtains, quiet environment. My only complaint was that the room slightly smelled like dampness and the staff at the reception desk could have been more friendly. Otherwise it’s so worth it, you don’t have to worry about a taxi or public transportation, just cross the street. Definitely recommended!

AAnonym användareIt was fantastic experience in staying at this hotel. The hotel staff upgraded the room type with high floor level for my family that we could be able to enjoy a great sea view during the stay! My kid enjoyed a lot with fun and laugh during this trip and in hotel room.

GGästanvändareNice spacious double room. Had to pay 500hkd dollars as a deposit. They did not take visa but there was a bank across the road to access ATM. To get the deposit back at the end of our 3day stay we needed to give them the receipt, luckily we had not thrown it out.
