This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with such warmth and genuine care. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond in every way. It didn’t feel like a hotel — it felt like staying at a close friend’s beautiful home. The room was spotless, elegant, and unbelievably comfortable. The view was so stunning I almost didn’t want to leave the room! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and quality. What truly sets this place apart is the heart of the team. Their smiles, kindness, and dedication made this trip unforgettable. Thank you for making me feel so special. Good experience. 👍🏼 Nice service. Big room for 2 peoples. But poor location Nothing to eat No minimart no shop near the hotel.

Pros: - excellent location, lots of shopping and restaurants around the hotel which is right in the middle of the walking street - friendly reception staff who gave me the option to change the room type if I am unhappy with what I have booked - free laundry service and the laundry room is well equipped - rest area next to reception that has coffee, tea, mints, eye masks etc for guests to help themselves - Smart & clean room - very comfortable bed and 2 types of pillows given Cons: - soundproofing; I could hear someone snoring from another room

We booked the hotel again for our return trip after seeing great reviews and no regrets! Near junction of shopping street, very convenient. Can walk to 三街两巷. Service on the ground floor was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was basic local food. Overall stay was pleasant and like the huge space. The opposite park had people singing for both times we were there and they stopped at 10pm sharp. Felt the vibrant city and how the folks enjoy life! The night market behind Uniqlo had people offering good and cheap massage along the street. People on the streets were friendly too. There are a few hotels in the same building so look out for the correct check in lobby.

出差首選一直都是全季酒店，這次入住更是滿意，酒店各位前台服務都很好！之前出門趕車太急導致東西忘記帶了，打了電話以後前台第一時間響應就幫我把東西寄回到了家中。 並且在這一次入住更是一絕！能夠及時幫助的為我提供各種問題的解決方案，酒店清潔做得也很到位。

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, convenient location, good breakfast, and the option to rent umbrellas at the reception in case of rain are the reasons why we chose to stay here again. Close to subway

We spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

Pro : Just beside MRT & main road , very convenience , downstairs got convenience shop , walking distance to ChanYang Shopping Mall which got Starbucks , Chagee & KFC etc , walking distance to 西关夜市。 May walk to 三街二巷 around 10-15 minutes . Con : Hotel was inside a condominium which inside condominium got a lot different hotel . Got around 31st floor but only got 2 old type lift , while check out time , need long q to wait lift or u choose to go up 1st then go down again only manage to get lift to go down .

There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in & Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options. Value for Money: Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
