喜歡桔子酒店的裝修 很温馨 很時尚 也很乾凈 到酒店門口 門口的大爺 不知道是不是保安 反正就是很熱情 幫忙找合適的停車位 幫我們拿行李幫我們開門 酒店大堂在連鎖酒店裡看起來算大的了 還有獨立的空間 酒店給我們免費升級了房型 住的也挺舒服 房間很暖和 加濕器都有配備 早餐這方面的話 種類雖然不算特別多 但也夠吃 唯一想提個小小意見 烤麪包那邊能否配個小黃油塊 衹有草莓醬和藍莓醬 個人覺得實在太甜了 還是黃油和烤麪包最搭了 咖啡很好喝 用餐環境也不錯

PROS: - It’s very close to TANDAO 637, surrounded by many shopping malls. - The room was spacious and clean. - The staff were kind. CONS: - No air conditioning. It’s hard to sleep at night, because we cannot even open the window. - The room was quite old. - Staff cannot speak English. Google translate app is needed. But, no problem. - heater opens all night. - Poor lighting I got a room upgrade, because the staff misunderstood about my visa. I recommend this hotel for anyone who stays during winter or early spring.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle. The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat! What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient. To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend my sincere thanks to Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be choosing the Campanile again on my next visit to Xining! I forgot! It is walking distance from the bus and train station

Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

The location is perfect: walking distance to the train station and to the Great Dongguan Mosque. There are many food options in the area. The room is amazing and very ”high-tech”. Lights can be adjusted in detail via an electronic panel. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good. Since the hotel is next to a school, one wakes up with the student's morning exercise.

Clean room, good location, helpful staff who printed a document for me and tried to arrange courier service. I would definitely come back. Only thing is that the breakfast is just okay and no coffee. Need to pay separately for coffee.

The location is wonderful if you need the train, as it is literally just outside the train station, less than 10 minutes' walking from your train. We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.” 2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped.

唐道的酒店還是很不錯的，前台辦理入住也快，周邊的美食也多。進到房間也挺有特色的，好大一個圓床，馬桶還是智能的，不會關窗簾，喊了客房工作人員來幫忙，介紹了小歐管家，原來這窗簾 燈光 都不用手動，這價格真是值啊，房間温度也可以，實話是一次不錯的體驗。以後來西寧玩，還會選擇你們家。也祝店家生意興隆哈🌈🌈🌈

訂房時看了評價，知道是老裝修，沒抱太高期望，價格便宜，想着衹要乾淨就行了，結果體驗比預期好太多！很少評價，這裏值得推薦一下！房間裏的衣櫃、衞生間的洗手枱都是老款式，有磨損，但擦得鋥亮。房間裏還有單獨的寫字桌方便辦公，床單被罩是純棉的，整潔沒有異味。床的軟硬也剛好，不是那種一壓就塌的軟床墊，睡醒腰不酸，睡眠質量比預想中好。衞生間洗漱台確實老氣，但乾濕分離做得很到位，地面乾爽不滑，沒有積水。熱水來得快，水温也穩定，洗漱用品是小瓶裝的。早上出門遇到前台，還主動問要不要幫忙存行李，特別實在，下次還來。
