是過來出差的，在網上看到這家酒店評論都還不錯就預訂了，進門就迎來了橘子的歡迎問候語，辦理入住也很快，免按金入住就很省時間。房間寬敞明亮，視野超棒，細節處滿是貼心。床品柔軟舒服，洗漱用品品質在線，住得特別舒心。前台服務熱情又專業，有問必答超耐心，還主動告知酒店設施使用貼士。套房衞生超讚，桌面床品無一絲灰塵，衞生間乾爽無異味。服務響應快，窗外視野開闊，整體環境靜謐又舒適，體驗感拉滿！這次體驗遠超預期，下次來還選這裏，真心推薦給大家！

Hotel is plush. Just keep in mind this is rural. You'll be next to rice paddies. Dont let the locals rip you off for transportation. It's 4 yuan to go to the beach on the local bus and not 50. They'll also tell you you cant get back to Mazhangxizhan,but a bus comes every two hours and can be tracked with the chelaile app.Hot tip stay at Greentree Inn. That whole street has restaurants,a supermarket and other hotel and is even closer to Longhaitian.

I recently stayed at the Berman Hotel (Zhanjiang Dingsheng Plaza, Seaside Park) while visiting Zhanjiang, and it exceeded all my expectations! 入住很好，前台接待很熱情，連續住了兩天，打掃房間的阿姨也很好，我帶着小孩，還麻煩添多了兩瓶礦泉水馬上就送來了，帶我停車的保安叔也很不錯幫我拿行李，前台的小姐姐很温柔，我在忙工作聽電話，我小孩在大堂閑玩的時候還和我小孩子玩的很開心，電視投屏給小孩看也很清楚，房間也很乾凈沒有異味，帶小孩入住很安心，很值得入住很棒的酒店

The hotel room was extremely uncomfortable due to the centralized air conditioning system, which is controlled by hotel management. The temperature was set at 28°C with barely any cool air — on a hot summer day, this made the room feel stuffy and warm. The LED lights added even more heat, making it worse. When I contacted the front desk for assistance, they informed me that they couldn’t lower the temperature and instead provided a standing fan. For a hotel stay in such weather, this was quite disappointing.

Bus 6 will take you very close to this hotel,but some trains arrive late and taxi drivers like vultures will hover and ***** when you wont pay their ridiculous fare to go a mere 4.5KM. Zhanjiang is an armpit. A video on line made it seem so modern. It took more than an hour to cross this bombed out city to get train tickets at the south station. I also went on to Donghaidao. Overall with 9mil people you'd think they'd organize this disaster. Move on to Guangzhou,Zhuhai or Shenzhen.

酒店位置在木蘭大道上，酒店有地下停車場還有地上停車位置，大堂有熱茶可以喝，服務人員很快的辦理完入住。房間乾淨明亮，早餐有炒菜，涼拌菜，雞蛋，玉米山芋，還可以自製醃粉，還有麪包牛奶豆漿，中式粥，還有廣式蒸餃，蒸排骨等。

I chose this hotel because I trust Hanting brand, and it is only a 30-minute walk away from Chikan Ancient street area. My room was bright and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was fine (and varied each day). There is a supermarket downstairs, and a lot of cheap and simple restaurants nearby.

柏曼酒店（徐聞港口碼頭店）是我最近住過最好的一家酒店。酒店地理位置靠徐聞港口碼頭近，酒店設備設施保養維護的非常好，我以為是新開的。酒店早餐豐富，品種多味道好。特別特別感謝酒店的優質服務，我在定房時電話聯繫一位總枱服務員小李，告知我要一早需要約網約車去碼頭，徐聞網約車不好叫，能否提供幫助？小李立馬幫我們聯繫酒店駕駛員，告知幫我們解決。特別是那天店長親自開車送我們去碼頭讓我們特別感動，強烈推薦到徐聞入住柏曼酒店（徐聞港口碼頭店）。

Zhanjiang Xu Wen Tianrunhui store 20250207-08 Struggling to find reception, as on 2nd floor in building of shopping centre. They do not understand! Just keep saying don't understand: ”wǒ tīng bù dǒng”. Not helpful at all! Just keep on typing on translator and not in WeChat. Very difficult to know where to park in parking garage beneath the shopping centre building. After driving around, found a sign to hotel, but not at entrance to parking garage. Morning staff as unfriendly as evening staff. Just shouting at me! I kept on saying ”Weixin”. Lateron she registered... The trip.com awards were for 2020 and 2022 - definitely not for reception staff in 2025! 😰 Room can get the reward! Room and bathroom very clean. There are hooks for the towels, which are very rare. Shower floor didn't look good. USB ports to charge directly. Room is small. Bed very good. Large window and balcony. Big mirror with light around it in bathroom and full length mirror next to cupboard. Room doesn't have good sound proof - hear everything next door. Quite noisy from outside from early morning . Night market on street level in front of building and shopping centre. @
