Excellent hotel right on the main drag, with an amazing restaurant as the lobby. Fantastic staff and great service all around.

Plats, plats, plats.Vilken bra plats att utforska den gamla stan och julmarknaderna!Trots att vi var på huvudbandet var vårt rum inte alls bullrigt. Rummet är stort, servicen var utmärkt och frukost var bra.Jag rekommenderar definitivt som en bra plats att bo.

Très bon hôtel se trouve dans un quartier calme mais pas loin du centre ville. La chambre est immense et propose une cuisine et une grande salle de bain. Le personnel est très souriant et gentil. Je vous recommande à 100%.

The hotel is near the bridge, and staffs are friendly. But the room doesn’t face the river directly, so the view isn’t as expected.

The location is central on Hauptstraße which meant we could walk the old town and shop/eat/site see including the Old Bridge. The reception was helpful and responsive, and the accommodation was quiet

Sehr nettes Hotel, super geschlafen. Leider sind die Zimmer doch ein wenig unterschiedlicher. Die Lage zur Straße ist dann schon Nervig, wegen der Straßenbahn dafür sehr Zentral. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

All in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer. It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.

It was nicely located. Room was spacious then the picture. Bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower was good. It had a walk in closet too.

Very good service, and the breakfast from 7-11, lots of choices.

Kendinizi birden tarihi evlerin oldugu sokaklarda buluyorsunuz. Asansor yok. Odada cok guzel bir koltuk var. Keske birde sandalye olsaydi. Sac kurutma makinasi yok. Oda temiz ve konforlu. Biz cok memnun kaldik. Tekrar gelmeye calisacagiz.
