"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was okay, enough to set you up for the day and the gym was particularly good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is the about the air conditioning. My room was always very hot and when I asked why the AC couldn’t cool the room down, they told me that for winter there are no cold options on the ACs. My room was about 28 degrees and the staff suggested using the fan function but that only put more hot air in the room. It was cooler in the corridor than my room. I hope that they can reconsider this policy as I wasn’t able to get much sleep on my final night as the room was far too hot (even with the window open)"

"We arrived very very early in morning because of delayed flight but the check in was seamless and room was ready and we managed breakfast.
Cleanliness is excellent for its style and location which we enjoyed very much.
Location is perfect if you want to feel for real non tourist Cairo and all major points of interest are walkable distances.
It’s not the Hilton or Ritz but it is somewhere where you will feel at home.
Due to cultural differences you might want to stock up on tissue rolls and bottles 😅.
Hi recommended and will stay again without any thought.
The staff at Breakfast were especially warm and welcoming at every breakfast and the one dinner we had there, thank you Fouad."

Единственный минус:
У 106 номера делюкс окна выходят во двор и всю ночь был звук вытяжки с улицы. У меня чуткий сон и поэтому спала в берушах (беруши были не отельные, а свои) поэтому возьмите тоже беруши!"

MMohamedAkl1We spent one night at the Rivana Residence hotel. The location was confusing at first as it doesn't have big hotel signs. Once we got in we were welcomed by reception. We had a nice apartment which looks like we were one of the new users of the room or even the whole building. Everything was very clean, the room had a kettle and a microwave as well as some cutlery. The room also included a sofa and a big desk. Overall the stay was very nice and if I want somewhere near 5th district this would be definitely one of the first choices to book.
Only one improvement I can think of is that there were no teabags or instant coffee packets. This is usually included in most hotels and would've been great to have a cup of tea in the morning

GGästanvändareWe would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need
And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day.
They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality

GGästanvändareI must admit I hesitated when booking this hotel for my father and me: it is fairly new and there were still only a few reviews online. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff and the quality of the accommodation.
Our room 1204 was spacious, nicely decorated, and spotless. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom was fully functional.
The hotel is ideally located in the El Hussein and Al-Azhar area, just a few meters from Khan el-Khalili and Al-Muizz Street (a true open-air museum). In addition, within a 15–20 minute Uber ride, you can easily reach many other points of interest. And even though the neighborhood is very lively, El Rashedy Hotel is tucked away in a small side street, away from the noise.
We had initially planned to stay from November 17 to 22 and then finish our trip at another hotel in Zamalek, but we loved this place so much that we extended our stay until November 26.
A big thank you to the entire team—reception, management, and housekeeping—for their warm welcome, availability, and valuable advice.

JJamie ThooWe checked in very late, around 2:00am, as we arrived back late from Hurghada. We only managed to sleep for about 3 hours before heading out again for our desert tour, but even in such a short stay, the hospitality really stood out.
Thank you so much to the hotel for kindly helping us store our luggage, this small help made a big difference to our travel plans.
A very special thank you to Hazim. They were extremely helpful and genuinely kind. We had trouble booking an Uber, as drivers kept asking for extra money and rejecting foreign calls. In the end, Kasim patiently helped us book a car, guided us to the driver, and made sure everything was settled properly.
Their kindness and willingness to help, even in the early hours of the morning, truly meant a lot to us. This is the kind of service that travelers will always remember. Highly appreciated and thank you again 🙏

Вернусь ещё раз, когда буду в Каире снова. Рекомендация для владельца: добавьте в номера фен, батарейки во все пульты и больше полотенец.

GGästanvändareThese guys are scammers!!! They let us paid €100 for 3 person for Alexandria daily tour. The tour guide was boring. The route to alexandria and back was scary. The driver was watching a movie and was driving slow. He was driving 80 km/h on a 120 km/h route. The hotel said that they had a pick-up and bring service to the airport and if you stay longer than 3 nights that this service will be free. But when we said this to the staff, if ignored us. So overall this hotel is a SCAM, don’t choose this hotel.

立地も良かったし、割とすぐ見つかりました！6階！まーエジプト特有のエレベーターは私怖いので階段使ってました！

WWilleonShould improve the entrance. Quite difficult to locate. When I found the entrance, there were some wild dogs gathering in front of the entrance.
Staff should be in uniform. Look more professional. I did not feel some welcoming at the reception. But they still allow me for early check in. Appreciated that. Not a good impression.
Room seems quite new. But remember to bring your owe toothpaste and toothbrush. Its seem common in Egypt that all the accommodations doesn’t provide with them.
