"Nice 3 star hotel in the city center, the staff said it was renovated a few months ago. The receptionist was super kind and let us check in early and went further to help us get breakfast after a long flight. The style of the room is quite nice and the room ceilings super tall making the room feel more spacious than it actually is. Since it’s in Cairo center, be prepared to hear time to time a car honking. Other than that as I was tired I had a great sleep without too much disturbance from the city noises."

"Everything was perfect, the place is marvelous, the staff is extremely nice. We stayed in multiple different bedrooms because of us booking last minute, from dorms to private, but any kind was a great stay. Thank you again for your help, this is the real spirit of hosting."

"Historic bank on the outside, sophisticated boutique hotel on the inside, a brilliant merge! Despite its location being right in the bustling heart of Cairo, with many cafes & shops all around, the building is tucked into a little street with less traffic, so the noise levels are lower. The hotel itself was unassuming from the outside (there was no signage that said ”Saint J Hotel”), but we were warmly greeted by the friendly hotel staff. The lobby was simple but had a lovely, refreshing scent - a nice touch. The rooms were spacious, beautifully-designed & well-equipped with everything we needed & more. Our mother had so much fun cooking a bit of breakfast for the family daily. The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were such a delight - super strong rain shower, it was heavenly! There was a washer (with laundry detergent provided) in each room too, which was very handy. Just two things that needs to be improved: 1. Install sheer curtains behind the thick curtains so that guests can let natural light in without worrying about privacy 2. Install hooks or towel bars in the bathroom for guests to hang towels All in all, we were so happy we stayed here!"

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was okay, enough to set you up for the day and the gym was particularly good. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the about the air conditioning. My room was always very hot and when I asked why the AC couldn’t cool the room down, they told me that for winter there are no cold options on the ACs. My room was about 28 degrees and the staff suggested using the fan function but that only put more hot air in the room. It was cooler in the corridor than my room. I hope that they can reconsider this policy as I wasn’t able to get much sleep on my final night as the room was far too hot (even with the window open)"

"카이로 공항 새벽 3시 30분 도착이라 미리 픽업서비스 요청했고, 왓츠앱으로 사전에 약속도 다 했었음. 그런데 공항에 픽업 차량은 안왔고 호텔에 여러 차례 전화를 했으나 전화를 안받음. 할수없이 우버택시를 타고 갔는데 호텔 위치는 택시가 진입할 수 없는 구역에 있었음. 캄캄한 새벽에 구글맵을 켜고 찾아가야했고, 직원은졸고 있었고 픽업 차량을 보내주지 않은것도 미안해 하지 않음. 오히려 얼리체크인에 대한 비용을 과다하게 청구함.1주일전 아테네 호텔은 별도의 얼리체크인 비용 받지 않음. 호텔이 대로에서 멀리 떨어져 있어서 나일강 쿠르주를 신정했으나 픽업기사가 호텔로 나를 찾으러 오지 못해서 여러번 연락했으나 서로우 위치를 찾지못해 약속시간을 30분 넘겨서 겨우 만남. 방은 난방이 안되고 히터도 22도로 고정되어 있어 밤새 추위에 떨었음. 생각할수록 화가남."

"Bien ubicado, en una calle con mucho ambiente y zonas de comida y metro. Además en la habitación no se oye el ruido de la calle. Me subieron de categoría para tener baño privado, aunque fuera realmente pequeño. Personal de recepción mi amigable. Limpieza normal"
