For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool (60 x 16 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, terrace. Grocery, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 8 km, rocky beach "Cala Moraig" 1.8 km. Sports harbour 9 km, marina 9 km, golf course 11 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
