Very nice mini apartment. Place has everything. Room had everything from dishwasher, oven and washing machine. Nice little balcony. Fridge and freezer with ice available.

Hotel is lovely and the room is spacious and very clean. It’s very close to Helsinki city centre, about 15 minutes and just across the river. Buffet breakfast is delicious and fresh with plenty of options. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and in particular, the lovely lady in the kitchen is always smiling, warm, cheerful and greets everyone good morning on arrival for breakfast. It really makes a difference to the start of the day. If you don’t have a lot of luggage and arrive by train from the airport, this hotel is a short 15 minutes from from Helsinki Central station. Otherwise there is a train stop underground just a little to the left of the hotel and tram stop right in front of the hotel which is currently under renovations.

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

Don’t ever book this on Trip! If you want to stay here, book it on its official website instead because there is no front desk as you will receive a code for you to check in instead. I had to make a roaming international call to get my PIN code because Trip didn’t send it to me and it cost me €16 to make that call, not to mention the confusion and hassle. Management should also take blame for this and ensure that if the bookings are made through third party apps, that the customer properly gets the information required. The room itself was very clean and tidy and the location was great as well. There’s a nice Chinese restaurant called Nanking and some other nice bookstores, cat cafe, *** friendly bar etc in the neighbourhood.

Our stay at Omena Hotel Helsinki was absolutely fantastic! The hotel’s self-service concept was seamless and convenient, perfect for our family trip. We appreciated the 24/7 accessibility and the hassle-free check-in/check-out process. The value for money is exceptional, and the quiet atmosphere ensured a relaxing stay. Forenom Aparthotel is a good place to stay for students. I would like to say that overall it was good but the diagrammatic sound was bad. When people pass by the door we can actually clearly hear from inside. For this location, I would like to say that it can still be acceptable because I will take it as exercise 😂 as it needs to take a 10-20 mins walk from this place to railway station. Other than this, we can also found some stain on the bedsheet.Hopefully this can be improved next time.

I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!

It is a self check-in hotel that provides no front-desk services. It would have been a perfect practice if you preferred contactless and prompt check-in procedures (most of the process can be done days before online). Unfortunately, I actually needed the luggage storage service which is not provided by the hotel. Fortunately, there is a restaurant nearby which offers this service (but need to pay for it and the drop-off/pick up time is restricted to it’s opening hours). I would recommend this hotel if you are a backpacker instead of a traveller who carries many luggages like me :’(

The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was spacious and clean. The amenities were great from what we used, additionally the location is about 15-20 mins from city centre but not an issue in the slightest, also the airport is about 40 mins by public transport. All in all great experience and would recommend.

Struttura a pochi km da Helsinki, facilmente raggiungibile con i servizi Bolt, ecc. Camere ben disposte e con una buona pulizia. L'unica nota negativa è il servizio di cech-in, non ci è stato dato il codice di ingresso ed è stata dura entrare nella struttura. Sol grazie alla gentilezza e professionalità di Trip.com siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema, parlando con un ragazzo nella nostra lingua e molto bravo
