C’était notre première fois chez vous. Bonne emplacement de l’hôtel (des arrêts de bus à proximité). Facilité d’accès à notre chambre où vous avez répondu à nos attentes (lit supplémentaire pour notre fille de 15 mois) On as bien aimer notre séjour, avec cette chaleur la Clim était au rendez-vous. Par contre les petites coupures de courants c’était moins bien.

The location is perfect for short stay or need to transit to other places by train. The room size is ok and I am very happy with it. Private parking is a highlight. Very easy to access with clear instructions. We could access to the hotel directly from the basement parking. Staffs were helpful too.

Very helpful staff. Surprisingly vast array of food choices for breakfast. Room gives however a slightly cramped feeling, partly because of the bed being placed directly next to the door

Chambre N°36 :Tout le personnel était sympa. De jour comme de nuit. Emplacement parfait (juste en face de la gare et à moins de 10 minutes à pied des différentes places et d'Euralille). La chambre était suffisante pour notre séjour à Lille. Propreté super. Excellente literie. Chauffage nickel. Pas de visu sur la rue (juste sur une cour intérieure), ce qui est parfait pour passer une bonne nuit au calme sauf un bruit émanant de turbines ou autres (je ne sais pas !) mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé. La salle de bain de notre chambre n'est pas très grande et ne convient pas pour des personnes de grandes tailles ou à forte corpulence. Il y avait une petite attention pour notre arrivée (Nouvel An), un petit mot gentil, des bons voeux et un petit présent. C'était sympa. D'ailleurs je les remercie encore pour cette petite attention car je n'ai pas su répondre (pas de stylo!) à la lettre. Le petit déjeuné est largement suffisant et est franchement très bien. L'ascenseur est très étroit et petit mais suffisant. Attention : moquette dans la chambre et dans les couloirs. A vérifier pour les allergiques !! En résumé : Hôtel 2 étoiles qui mérite d'être connu. Franchement un très bon 2 étoiles +++++. Un petit 2 étoiles

Ideally located between the railway station and the old city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast with home-made treats (the cake is not to be missed!) Excellent price-performance ratio. Highly recommended.

Fairly good location but other Ibis hotels are right in the heart of the city for only a few pounds more. Ended up getting taxis home at night as there are some quite dark, lonely sections on the road home. Service was excellent for such an affordable hotel- staff brought extra pillow on request, iron and ironing board, they were always smiling, polite and proficient. In the room, there was one small, high up window making the room feel dark and hot. We were on level 1, higher bedrooms seemed to have better windows. Mattress was comfortable but not attached or anchored in- it tended to surf away from the hard headboard and your one pillow then fell down between the gap. The pillows themselves were crap- I felt like a I was sleeping on a water balloon- when you rested your head on one section, it would go flat and inflate the other. We requested extras because I had recently had surgery and needed extra support and one extra was provided. I ended up using towels for extra support which was less than ideal. Bathroom was clean, modern and had a nice, powerful shower. TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. The air conditioning was FANTASTIC and powerful when it was on but then it inexplicably would turn off maybe 2/3 times a night and the heat would wake us up which was a shame. We run hot and like a colder bedroom so this might not be a deal breaker for you but it’s very important for me and affected my quality of sleep.

Trevligt hotell, men inget spa. Frukosten var extremt besvikande med tanke på prislappen på 14 euro. Det fanns väldigt lite sötsaker att välja mellan. Ingen naturell yoghurt, ingen lönnsirap, ingen pundkaka, madeleines eller brioche... Dessutom var allt slut i lager, och när det var mycket folk fanns det absolut ingenting kvar att äta. Vissa väntade nästan 20 minuter bara för att få en croissant.

Bon hôtel, extrêmement bien situé, personnel agréable et sympathique. Espace petit déjeuner cependant trop étroit et isolation phonique problématique.

We travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

Très belles prestations. Bon accueil.  Une CB mention spéciale pour le restaurant. Serveur très professionnel et sympathique. Bravo.
