"I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price! The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town. My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient. We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo). Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests. To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience. Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget."

"Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious, clean, and neat. I especially loved the scent of the hand soap. The location is convenient, situated at the end of a metro line and just a 2–4 minute walk to the station. There is also a supermarket and a McDonald’s nearby. For budget-friendly bottled water, the fruit shop sells 50cl bottles for only €0.50."

"Jag gillade verkligen hotellet. Det ligger i ett tryggt och vackert område i Nice. Det är 10 minuters promenad till strandpromenaden, det finns gott om restauranger i närheten och städningen var utmärkt. Jag vill särskilt nämna hotellpersonalen, som alltid var villiga att hjälpa till och är verkligt varmhjärtade."

"Det allmänna området är trevligt, personalen (broder Hei och de två tjejerna är mycket trevliga), tack bror Hei för vattnet. Hotellet har ett bra läge. Nackdelar: Wi-Fi-signalen är inte särskilt bra. 1) Bokad för tre dagar. Jag förnyade mitt ursprungliga rum eftersom jag inte ville checka in ofta. Men i tre dagar fanns det ingen säng i ett rum. Som ett resultat var jag i tre dagar tvungen att lämna hotellet vid 10-tiden och checka in vid 2-tiden varje dag. Turen var uppdelad i N delar. Extremt obekvämt. Och en dag låg sängen i tre dagar fortfarande i byggnaden bredvid. Inga lakan eller något. (Det finns definitivt inga handdukar eller något liknande). 2) Inte särskilt rent. Jag stannade i tre dagar och sängen var lite smutsig under två av de två dagarna. Det låg kaksmulor på sängen. Huset är en enda röra. 3) Bodde i så många hem. Den enda som tar ut pengar för utskrift. Detta leder till en dålig reseupplevelse i Frankrike som helhet."

"Det är mycket nära till flygplatsen. Det tar 6 minuter att gå till flygplatsen linje L2. Du kan ta ett stopp till flygplatsen gratis. Det finns också en busshållplats i närheten för att ta dig till stadens centrum. Det finns bestick, porslin och diskmaskin, vilket är ett mycket kostnadseffektivt hotell i Frankrike."

However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit."
