The room is clean, but it was too small. The bathroom was really small and it was too difficult to use it. The room has kettle and some tea and coffee. There was not any noise in the room during our stay. Their servicing was good and every day clean the room if you want. The location of hotel is good enough for walking around the city and there are a lot of cafe and restaurant nearby. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. Also there are a coffee machine in the lobby and you can have free coffee, also have the water machine which have 3 types of water. I like this hotel but actually I don’t want to stay there again as the bathroom was not good enough. Also there isn’t any view.

This hotel locates in front of the train station and near to be Petite Village so nothing to complain about this strategic location. The hotel looks very artistic and clean. The staffs are also very friendly and supportive.

I had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the standout features of this hotel is their excellent luggage storage service. They allowed us to securely store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much more convenient. It gave us the freedom to explore the city without worrying about carrying our bags around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, which was fresh, varied, and reasonably priced—a great start to the day. Overall, Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville offers great value for money, excellent service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel with Big room we stay at a family room for three people and the room is spacious with beds for everyone and a table in the middle of the room. It has 24 hour cafe

Nice hotel just outside of the historic district. The hotel was clean and nice, breakfast was a full Hot breakfast not just cold cereals and bread. Would definitely stay again.

A good location in between the old town and European Parliament, with both within walking distance. Not a lot of food in the area in the summer, as many places were closed for holidays or closed early/opened late. However, the hotel itself was clean and quiet with standard amenities. The area is also very safe.

The aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. Thing to call out: - The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn. - The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin. - The air conditioning is not adjustable.  - Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest. - Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash. - Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

Great location between the train station and the Christmas market (main town). The morning-shift staff made me feel a little uncomfortable, they didn’t allow me to bring my small luggage into the breakfast room which I understood, but afterward two men (different time/room) were allowed to bring their checked luggage and sat right next to me that made me wonder why.. But despite that, the stay was really good

스트라스부르역에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 걸어서 다닐만한 거리고 유명 관광지 인근이어서 좋은 점도 있었습니다 룸 컨디션도 좋고, 넓습니다. 무엇보다 주방이 갖춰져 있어 장점인데, 그 이유로 전 사용자가 남긴 음식냄새가 단점이기도 합니다 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다

Ca 15-20 min fußläufig in die Innenstadt, saubere großzügige Zimmer, Klimaanlage funktioniert, Dusche super, Mikrowelle/Küchenzeile nicht benutzt aber vorhanden, funktionale Zimmer ohne Seele. Fahrstuhl funktioniert nicht, Parkplatz angeblich nicht mehr vorhanden, parken an der Straße möglich, aber max 3h für 35€, sehr laut in Lobby und Frühstücksraum
