"Hotel was clean, people were friendly, not to far from tower etc
pictures made hotel room look bigger than it is, it's very small. I paid for bed and breakfast, if I knew what breakfast would be like I would have skipped it.
U get small chopped tomatoes from tin which aren't even hot, would have prefers a real tomato. You get a small bowl of beans which is about a table spoon worth. The fried bread isn't even 1 slice or half a slice it's quarter slice . And 1 hash brown. Toast was cold aswell. Small glass of orange juice and coffee. Out of all that I drank orange and coffee and 1 slice of toast , couldn't eat rest. Others may find it ok but wasn't for me
Tv wasn't working and could only connect to WiFi in reception area.
Staff were lovely though ."

2) bar staff (gent) too cocky let the team down
3) no comeback when they checked my room out for cigarette smoke (from designated outside smoking area).

"It's a little far from Blackpool North Station, but the rooms are very spacious. It's not a super luxury hotel, but it's very clean and comfortable. There is also an elevator.
The Henson hotel is a little far from the station and downtown, so if you have a large suitcase, it's a good idea to take a taxi.
There are buses and trams running so it's fine even at night."

"Everything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again."

"The hotel is grand, but dated.
It’s in a lovely position on the promenade and Gynn Square tram stop directly opposite.
There is a Premier shop just around the corner for essential items.
The room wasn’t ready, despite me being quite a bit past check in time, but the staff quickly rectified in a friendly and efficient manner.
The room was adequate and clean. Great to have an iron and ironing board. Nice touch!
I didn’t eat there, but had plenty of bits to make a drink in room.
TV in room and felt quite at home with the distant sounds of the seagulls reminding me I was at the seaside.

JJamesHallGreat friendly couple running this hotel, booked during a period where a lot of hotels were booked up, usually I go to travlelodges/premierinns/holidayinns but this for the price this was way better and more personable. Granted it is a long old running Hotel, the reviews I see of this place are correct! Nice hot showers, hot chocolate and water bottles were an amazing bonus, just a continental breakfast which was free and all I personally needed to start my day. Right next to a convenience store for those quick forgotten items and even a bar if you wish to have a drink or hang out at the hotel. One thing I'll mention is stairs, might be difficult for anyone with a walking disability. Even the extra little services they offer are nice, like leaving your bags at the reception if your return journey is after check out if you plan to spend the day in Blackpool is a nice touch.

Nnatasha6792Fabulous stay at the Best Western Carlton in Blackpool. The staff could not have done more to help, and the lady on the front desk was so friendly and chatty. They helped immediately when they realised I had a pram, toddler and 2 bags and was alone - even changing our room to make things easier. Lovely people!
Only downside was the thin walls, meaning we could hear every word of the 4am argument in the room next door!!

GGästanvändareHotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

GGästanvändareomg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

GGästanvändareClean, tidy, and COMPACT accommodation. Used as a base going out during the day and eating breakfast and evening meals at local venues.
The location was excellent for walking to the Blackpool Tower and along the promenade.
The onsite staff were available, cheerful, and helpful.
Amenities were adequate. The en-suite included a GOOD shower, but it was NOT spacious. The fridge in the room was very useful for fruit etc. Kettle in the room for tea or coffee.
Iron and ironing board available on the premises.
Note that parking, one space at the side of the property, was an extra charge per night, otherwise parking on the street, or at locally managed car parks at various rates.

The room was very comfortable, very clean, great shower, beverage condiments I,towels,soap,shampoo all included.
Location is a bit of a pity,maybe it’s me being old but would ideally suit younger party goers looking at the hotels around the area, but ideal for waterfront,football,pleasure beach and Blackpool night life.
Question is would 为 say here again, the answer is yes but just a short say and that is down to the fantastic host.
