"The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people."

"Prachtig boetiekhotel gebouwd in een rots aan het water van de oude haven van Skiathos. De manager kun je werkelijk alles vragen, en zeer snel antwoord ook. Mijn reis was net voor het seizoen, dus de naastgelegen cocktailbar en restaurant waren gesloten. Vanaf het balkon kijk je op Bourtzi, zeker een aanrader om te bezoeken of wat te drinken. Elke dag housekeeping, koffie op de begane grond en gratis toiletartikelen zoals een tandenborstel, shampoo, conditioner, bodylotion en nog meer. Een echte aanrader! Wanneer je de ramen en deuren sluit dan merk je echt hoe geluiddicht de kamer is!"

服務挺利落的，入住時前台查證件、辦手續沒拖沓，還主動問要不要延到下午2點退房，説商務客人常需要緩沖時間，這點挺貼心。有次早上趕會議忘帶充電器，給前台打電話，5分鐘就送來了適配的，沒耽誤事。

The staff were very helpful even though it was nearly the end of the season. My room on the first floor (no lift) had an electric kettle and mugs, a small refrigerator and a hair dryer. It was a double room with a balcony. (I was on my own but there is no discount for single occupancy, but this appears to be normal everywhere). The room might seem small to some, but I found it's compact design, including large walk in shower, separate wash basin and separate toilet, very acceptable. Maps of the island and the town are provided in reception. The guest house is very close to the town centre, a short walk down a little hill and you are immediately in all the little streets that run down towards the port and front. There are many cafes and restaurants on the front, just be aware you will always pay more to drink or eat at these and there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a little inland. Think twice about hiring a car because the bus service is excellent.
NB This is for Trip.com: you were not very helpful when I received a message regarding opening times for reception, which meant my flight would arrive too late in the afternoon to get into 8Kto. I used your live chat and was told to use the 8Kto number to which I could never get a response. I tried live chat again and was assured that you would find out what I should do before my arrival date (mid-September) - you never did. Using the net I finally found an email address for the guest house and they immediately responded to my message, giving me instructions on how to get in and find my room when I arrive. Surely you should have been able to give me the email address in the first place, especially as you advertise your service as always giving immediate support to travellers.
