Hotellet ligger långt från spårvagnen, men mycket nära tunnelbanelinje 3, bara två minuter bort. Hotellrummet är relativt litet och faciliteterna är enkla, men det har alla grundläggande behov. "Super convenient just next to Madame Tussauds. I travelled in Nov so it’s also right next to the Christmas market and main shopping street. Came by train and it’s only 10 mins walk to the hotel from the nearest metro. Its also an easy walk to the castle and for a stroll next tot the river. Due to the location, everywhere s walkable and k don’t even need to use the metro for a 3 days trip. I Room is well equipped but due to that, it’s a little small but comfortable enough. Breakfast is okay with good options."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the station, making it super convenient for travelers. It also offers easy access to various tourist attractions, which made getting around the city hassle-free.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The bed was cozy, and I had a restful night’s sleep.
Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for comfort and convenience. I would definitely stay here again!"

Rooms were clean, nice and warm. Heating could be adjusted to your own preference.

"I had urgent night to stay. Difficult to find because no sign, luckily when I arrived the lady at counter still there to help me contact staff and they are were nice.
Hotel staff add my WhatsApp guide how to check in. But it will be more easier if you just make check in instructions by photos send to WhatsApp. Unlock the door need to download app which it very difficult if you no internet. Toilet no curtain to prevent water when I use their bath towel wipes toilet floor was dusty. Hotel not provide drinking water."

"Fun playful hotel with video game-themed decor and a console gaming station in the lobby. A little on the old side, room was quite small but for the price one cannot complain. Not a fan of the bathroom design where there is no proper shower curtain so it's impossible to avoid wetting the rest of bathroom when taking a shower. Breakfast was included and quite good especially the scrambled eggs with ham."

"The hotel is in an old building very close to the river and to the main attractions. However is in a bad estate. The rooms are well spacious, but the building is very strange. It seems improvised. The team is very sympathetic and well educated. The breakfast is in the fourth floor and is fine. It was a good experience in the end but I would look for better options."

"The hotel is conveniently located to major tourist attractions. Take 100E from airport to Deak Ferenc Ter & a 11min walk to hotel. Nearest train station is just less than 5 mins walk to hotel. There are many bus and tram routes just less than 5mins walk around the hotel. We could do day walks around the district and admire the architectural buildings. The hotel offers decent complimentary breakfast to all guests which is so convenient. St Stephen’s Basilica is just less than 8mins walk from the hotel. The advent markets started when we arrived. There are also several cafes and restaurants around. The service desks staff are very helpful and friendly. My check-in and checkout was a breeze. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel."

BBrunoLMWe stayed for one night and, while the experience was acceptable, we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
Although we had booked a premium double room, we were given a twin room instead. We had to push the beds together, which was not ideal. The room felt outdated and could use renovation. There were no light sensors or automatic switches to save energy. The bathroom had a noticeable drain smell. Also, the kettle was placed in a spot without a power socket, so we had to move it to the dresser to make tea — though the tea selection was good.
Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was ready earlier than expected, which we appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with gluten-free options and plant-based milks. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
The elevator was very slow and noisy. In the early morning, we could clearly hear doors slamming and elevator sounds from our room.
A decent option for a short stay, but we’ll look elsewhere next time.

The breakfast was good, but I have experienced better ones, there could have been more fresh salads. We stayed 4 nights, before the last night the room was not cleaned, even though we left a note on the door at 11 am: it can be cleaned. The cleaning trolleys were still in the hallway by our room. Our friends' room was cleaned every day. So the service was variable. The air conditioning worked well, once you learned how to unlock it. The beds were good. If you choose twinbeds, they are just moved apart and the passage to the glass-walled shower and washbasin is very cramped. You had to move the beds together if you wanted to walk without falling. Our friends' room was different, the space next to the beds was wider. A separate toilet is a good idea, but there should have been a small hand basin, especially if the toilet is in the hallway and the basin is on the other side of the room. The floor of each room is slightly different. Typical 3 star hotel.

EEeeeeeeeeThe receptionist was very nice and explained clearly on stay and breakfast. Some stains were found on the bed linen but in general the room was clean and comfortable. All electrical appliances worked well. Best of all was the breakfast, providing a variety of options. Location was perfect, right at the city centre

KKelly KlarStayed for 1 night at this hotel together with my mom. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Would like to thanks all staff for doing their job very nice and for being nice and attentive to all guests even though the hotel is full.
Room was clean, big and cosy, breakfast - amazing, you can find there everything according to you taste. One more thing I would like to highlight: you have an option to leave your luggage locker for free after check out. That's cool, cause in most hotels you have to pay at least 5€ for luggage storage.
We're very satisfied with conditions offered and hope one day we'll get a chance to stay here once again. Thank you so much!

I took FlixBus from Vienna Central Station to Budapest, Népliget. I saw the hotel when I got off the bus. It was about a 4-minute walk to the hotel. It only takes 20 minutes to get to the city center by tram 1 or subway M3. The transportation is very convenient. Take tram 1 for 2 stops to Mester utca / Könyves Kálmán körút station ID: F01509, where there is a shopping mall with 2 large supermarkets and a food court. The hotel's continental breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious and good quality, and is a 4-star breakfast level; the hotel room is about 88% new, with 2 single beds. Although the room is not big, it can accommodate 2 24-inch suitcases; there are small tables, seats, TVs, hangers and small safes, but there are no electric kettles and small refrigerators, which is inconvenient. In addition, there are enough power sockets, the bed sheets are white, clean and comfortable, the central air conditioner is cold and quiet, and the WIFI speed is fast. The toilet and bathroom are separated into dry and wet areas, with a bathtub , the tap water is clear, the toilet is clean and drains quickly, and the hot water in the shower is OK. This hotel is cost-effective and I will consider it again when I come to Budapest.

Сотрудники на стойке регистрации приветливые, терпеливо отвечают на вопросы. Номер достаточно просторный, есть маленькая прихожая со шкафом, в комнате стол, стулья, мини-холодильник, кондиционер, чайник. Приятно, что есть кофе и чай (в отличие от одноименного отеля). Везде чисто, хорошее постельное белье, новые полотенца. Wifi хороший. Хотя внутри двора машины, довольно тихо.
Завтрак дороговат - около 11 евро. Явный минус - мини-холодильник работает плохо, почти не охлаждает даже на максимальном режиме.
В целом впечатление благоприятное, смело можно рекомендовать.

RRomstarFun from the very start. You gò to reception on floor 1/2 in a moaning old lift. Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating. You couldn't get any closer to St. Stephens cathedral!! The room we stayed in was a studio on the 4th floor, but facing away from the views. No problem, as it's right outside the front door!! Close to many wonderful sights, metro, trams, and bus stops. Some of the kitchen items could do with an upgrade. Unsure if off season travel and prices effected the cleaning service? But we saw leftover moments from previous guests all over the room. And we couldn't make the tv work, but who needs tv when in Budapest??! But for short-term term visit, great central location!! 👍
