Many thanks to all the staff at Neo Hotel for their excellent hospitality and warm friendliness. I booked 8 rooms during our stay, and all of them were clean and well-maintained daily. What I appreciated most was that the rooms felt new, were very spacious, and offered a beautiful city view. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and the breakfast menu changed daily, which kept things fresh and interesting. The hotel is also in a strategic location, surrounded by many cafés and restaurants. There’s a small swimming pool on the third floor along with a rooftop-style bar, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience."

Use too much fabric softener on the bed sheet, the smell is too strong.

GGästanvändareThe place was nice but the window was right up against a wall and some motorcyclist were racing all night so it was difficult to find quiet in order to sleep. Everything else was fine and service was good so was the location but those motorcyclists riding around and revving the engines were not what I needed after a long day. At least on Sunday the area was apart of the no motorised vehicles day.

Nearby to eateries and spa outlets.
In a quiet street for which you will get a good night sleep.
Food was great breakfast and restaurant
But the toilet smell of sewage at time...
And stain on sofa.. for which a reupholstered to a darker tone of color will do good

SSams_awThe unit provided was different from what was ordered. In terms of cleanliness, it was fairly clean; however, the amenities were very minimal. There were no towels, shampoo, or soap provided, and there was not even any drinking water. The hot water did not work properly, although the air conditioning was cold and the TV worked well. Even at that price, it is expected that the unit matches what is advertised.

Beverages offered on the rooftop restsurant is insufficiently restocked since day 1 till we left on day 3. Operator need improvement.to stay in highly recommended accommodation status.

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
