⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay – perfect little hideaway in Kuta! We absolutely loved our stay at Lavella Villas. The whole team – from the friendly manager to every member of staff – were so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The small, cosy room was exactly what we needed, clean and comfortable with everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. The pool area is lovely and peaceful — perfect for unwinding after exploring. And the location is great too — just a short walk to the town centre, but far enough to enjoy the calm atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing base in Kuta Lombok with genuinely kind people running it.

Fantastische villa met private pool. Ver van Kuta, je moet een behoorlijk eindje over jl. Mawun met de scooter om bij Olea villas te komen. Maar je komt wel thuis in een heerlijke villa met fantastisch zwembadje. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Ontbijt ( wat overigens heerlijk is ) komen ze brengen bij de villa, scooter kan je via hun huren tegen prima prijs ( wij hadden een 125cc voor 100.000 pd ). Ze doen de was voor 20.000 per kilo. Echt top! De eerste avond hadden we 2 dikke spinnen in de kamer, die hingen in een hoek boven bij de gordijnen. Niet goed gecheckt dus tijdens schoonmaak. Verder zijn er veel rupsjes in en om de villa. Je zit een beetje op een berg en met veel groen om je heen, dus je ontkomt er niet aan. De laatste dag hadden we een aap op onze muur. Prijs kwaliteit is dik in orde. Laatste dag konden we laat uitchecken, vervoer van/naar airport kan ook voor 250.000. Alles gaat via whatsapp, reactie komt altijd heel snel en is keurig. Al met al dik tevreden hier. Aanrader.

It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location. Pros: - Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated. - room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access. - overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone. - room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved. Cons - the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper. - it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now. - restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer. - wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

Lovely stay in the main hub of Kuta. Very central location close to shops and hustle bustle. Lovely service and a great team of staff. Extended my stay twice. Would recommend!! Thank you

Room: the resort is open since a few weeks and some hanging stuffs were missing in the room (blank wall). Tons of mosquitoes, even if we looked for avoiding them… (they entered from the bathroom?). So no mosquito net for the bed (which is maybe something to look for in the future). No soap, no toothbrush (just to mention it, wasn’t a problem for us). People: the staff were really nice and there was a surfing vibes. So if you are people looking for that, definitely it’s the place for you! Location: a bit away from the central road, which gives you a bit of quietness.  Breakfast was included, and you have the choice to choose almost everything!

Das Matahari Inn hat seine besten Jahre definitiv sehr lange hinter sich! Wahrscheinlich war es mal ein sehr gutes Hotel, wurde aber einfach nicht gepflegt und bedarf dringend einer Komplettrenovierung! Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, auch die Betten angenehm groß. Allerdings sieht man in den Zimmern, dass lange nichts renoviert wurde! Risse in den Fliesen und auch die Sauberkeit eher unterdurchschnittlich! Dies war aber einigermaßen noch o.k. ABER die Bäder sind eine absolute Zumutung und es ist eigentlich unmöglich die Zimmer mit solchen Badezimmern zu vermieten! Wir waren 3 Paare, in allen 3 Zimmern dasselbe! Die kompletten Armaturen verrostet und korrodiert! In unserem Badezimmer war der Duschhalter gebrochen, so dass die Duschbrause immer in der Hand gehalten werden musste! Am Waschbecken gab es keine Seife, keine Gläser für die Zahnbürsten, auch gab es nur ein Duschtuch, kein zusätzliches Handtuch! Toilettenpapier war nur immer eine Rolle im Bad, keine Reserve. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings wird überall deutlich, dass das Management de Hotels absolut ungenügend ist! Wenn die Zimmer „gereinigt“ werden, werden lediglich die Betten gemacht, das Badezimmer wir gar nicht geputzt! Beim Frühstück muss das Personal immer wieder aufmerksam gemacht werden, wenn etwas fehlt oder fertig war! Es waren immer genügend Servicemitarbeiter vorhanden, aber keiner hat selbstständig geschaut, ob alles zur Verfügung stand. Auch die Tassen und vor allem die Untertassen waren sehr alt und nicht einladend seinen Kaffee daraus zu trinken! Überall wird deutlich, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht angelernt wurden und nicht kontrolliert oder geschult werden! Der Junior Manager erzählte uns, dass das Hotel 7 Jahre leer gestanden hat und das merkt man! Dieses Hotel hat soviel Potenzial, da es in absoluter Toplage liegt, aber solange es so geführt wird, wie derzeit kann ich nur sagen, nie wieder!

Нам понравилось здесь быть, были 5 или 6 ночей. Убирались каждый день очень хорошо, персонал был дружелюбным и всегда нам помогал, на территории свой ресторан, все что ели - было вкусно, на завтраки выбор был довольно хороший. Каждый вечер проводили на патио или на веранде ресторана - играли в карты ( в доступе для гостей, также как игра уно и книги на разных языках) и просто общались, для чилла отличное место. Есть парковка для байков с охраной. Воспользовались услугой стирки - все круто, постирано, высушено и очень аккуратно сложено. Также есть трансфер в разные места от отеля. Территория зеленая и красивая, бассейном не пользовались, он небольшой, у бассейна хорошая зона и для загара, и зона в тени. Есть кулер, чашки, чай. Номер был прям хороший, за все время минусов не заметили. Единственное, что без байка конечно будет неудобно - до центра пешком идти будет некомфортно. В общем, рекомендую, мне все понравилось.

Отель находится в центре всех событий. Ребята на ресепшене всегда улыбаются и помогают во всем. Хотелось бы чтобы отель немного отреставрировали

I really like the place. The bungalows (the mid-size ones that I rent.. forgot the name 😁) are in Lombok traditional house style. The garden is well kept and looks lovely with the guitar-shaped pool. I feel comfy staying here. The cleanliness is good, it's neat! And it is easy to find food and drinks. So many stores, mini markets, cafes/restaurants around in the neighborhood.. full of them. Easy to find, enough parking space.. and you can walk to the beach. The staffs are nice and NOT annoying with ”too friendly” acts :) so we had a good time!
