We all know that the staff are the first thing that gives us our first impression of a hotel. For me, the staff at Noormans Hotel were friendly and helpful. On the first night, I complained about the AC and asked the receptionist to change my room. I waited only a few seconds, and the staff were ready with the key and a cart to help me move my things. The food was also good; your tummy will be happy. I loved how clean the room was and that the amenities were complete. All in all, I loved my stay at Noormans Hotel.

Mencoba hotel baru yang sempat viral. Lokasi persis di daerah kota lama. Mungkin karena masih baru maka kebersihan, fasilitas, dan pelayanan masih terjaga. Kamarnya nyaman dan sangat oke. Hanya saja sayangnya menggunakan ac biasa (bukan ac dalam) sehingga terasa seperti kamar biasa pada umumnya.

Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

What impressed me the most was the breakfast, which is why I sent the pictures while enjoying it. There were various meal options, and all of them were delicious. The room was fine; I didn’t take pictures, but it was clean, and I was very comfortable during my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic and the distance from the city center, but overall, it was still a great value for the price.

the towels are not suitable for use. I asked for a replacement but it wasn't replaced. the carpet in the room corridor was very dirty

The location is strategic and nexr door is convenience store for 24hour. Enjoy the car free day just out from the hotel on Sunday morning. Towel is time to replace with new because already overused. The thread can find on the edge on the side.

I just stayed for a night. Its a new renovated hotel all good i love all the interior but unfortunately I feel the renovated dust still stick on the floor. Idk its just me bcs Im so sensitive of dust. But the bed is so comfortable, especially the pillow, i slept well eventhough I was sick. The AC worked well too, even I turn off tbe AC i still can feel the coldness. Overall i highly recommended this hotel if you visit semarang! Oh ya, its very near simpang lima so you just walk around 100m. Good location!

I stayed at Hotel Pantes Simpang Lima for two nights while visiting Semarang. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Simpang Lima square and major malls. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed: air-conditioning, WiFi, and free parking. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. For the price, I felt I got great value. If I were to pick one thing to improve, it would be the breakfast options and maybe some room-upkeep touches. Overall, I’d happily stay here again on my next visit to Semarang.
