Nice room and clean. Near food paradise especially Pasar Lama Food Street. Great friendly staff. Quiet and relaxing. The only thing is room window don't have much view but it's alright.

Staff was slacking not attentive upon check in. Almost given a wrong room type, until I double check and notify. Room was good, location was good too. The thing I love about this hotel, tranquil and serene with many greens, plants and look more like a resort style. There is a mini fridge but cannot be used as the wire cord was cut. No hangers provided upon check in. Check out was fast

Good location and good service overall. Breakfast food taste good also. However, the check in time was too strict and wifi is very slow

New apartment, new interior, new things inside, the facilities were completed (nice furniture and decoration), full of kitchen utilities (stove, refigerator, plates, knifes, spoon fork, etc), easy access, near to IKEA, JPO and mall Alam Sutera, lot of parking area (minus: paid parking one day max on 50k rupiah). Thanks to ms. Arie who always assist us when we stayed here). Keep the unit clean and neat, surely will come back soon..

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel. Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower. - No room slipper provided. - No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor. - No facial tissue available in the room. Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.

The hotels value for money as included breakfast. The room of the hotel is outdated but still clean overall. Just the floor is a bit dusty. However the lobby area is clean. The breakfast menu is sufficient for the price such as rice, bakso, flat rice noodle, fried rice, lontong, omelette, crackers, chicken, vegetables, spaghetti, donut , bread ,cereals, coffee, teas, fresh milk, soursop juice.

Convenient & affordable. Cleanness is not bad for the room but the washroom is quite dirty. Hopefully they can improve & ensure the washroom is washed with a better smell before letting any customer check-in. Thank you. Ya Waduud 💚

For the age of the place it was Very Clean and tidy..with a very cheap Rate.. Reasonable distance to Jakarta Airport 20 minutes away with a regular Shuttle service. The Staff Very helpful ..the Restaurant had pleasant Service staff with refreshing drinks and hot food available until.11pm with Room Service 24/7..
