Room no 113. aminities are good, excluding AC. poor working condition. check out procedure was too horrible. i was checked out before 7am due to an emergency. at the time of check out staff ask me to wait there. they need to check my room. there is no value for my time?. this is my first time experience. i am not feeling good. i can understand, it may ur policy matter.iam assuring, that is not comfort for me. also for others. i feel i was insulted there. take necessary actions instead of these type of policy. best wishes.

"The location of the hotel was on point.. we were able to travel very easily from and to airport. We had a good big room with good amenities like bath tub. It's kids friendly and has vast breakfast spread. Staff was courteous and helpful . Overall it's a 10/10 stay."

"The rooms are pretty old and the fittings in the bathroom were all rusted and no holders on the wall for shower handles. We picked a suite but even that had damaged faucets in the wash basin area. Guess it’s time to renovate as it wasn’t a very economic one as i had paid 3800 for a night bichulal i guess it’s too low for a night. However it is good for a 1800 to 2000 max range"

"Pros - 1) spacious room. 2) location. Right in the centre of the city. Cons - 1) the staff in the reception where incompatible for their basic jobs. They asked me to handover my car keys at the reception, but i was called down to the lobby to remove the car myself so that another car could be moved, and the reason they stated was the staff who was supposed to do the job went out for something. So basically the guest have to work as acting-staff if any of them decide to go out during their duty time. 2) all the electrical switches were in pathetic condition and kept falling out of the socket whenever i switched on or off the lights."

Here are some key points from my experience: # positives: 1. *room quality: the room itself was good, featuring a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The overall ambience of the room was pleasant, which made for a comfortable stay. # negatives: 1. *lack of elevator: one of the major drawbacks of this hotel is the absence of a lift, which could be a significant inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. 2. *inflexible checkout policy: despite checking in at 6 pm, the hotel was inflexible regarding the checkout time. They did not accommodate my request to extend the checkout time to 2 pm. 3. *limited space for extra bed: while the hotel allowed an extra bed, the space to place it was quite limited, which could be an issue for families or groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. 4. *service delays: towels were not readily available in the bathroom and had to be requested from the reception, indicating a lapse in prompt service. Overall, park residency offers a decent stay in terms of room quality and cleanliness but has several service and facility-related issues that need addressing.

GGästanvändareIt's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

TTraveling TanI stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the manager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by many restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.

GGästanvändareExcellent stay! i recently had the pleasure of staying at the sea queen hotel, calicut and i must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The views of kozhikode beach were stunning, and the cool breeze in the evening made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, beautiful views, and warm hospitality. Looking forward to my next stay!

GGästanvändareAvarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude

GGästanvändareI am writing to formally address a concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked two deluxe bedrooms for four people. However, upon arrival, I was informed that our reserved rooms were no longer available, and we were instead provided with a single deluxe room.
This unexpected change not only caused inconvenience but also failed to meet the accommodation requirements we had planned and paid for. It is disappointing that our reserved rooms were given to other guests despite our confirmed booking.
I kindly request an explanation for this mishandling of our reservation and seek appropriate compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience caused. Compensation could include a partial refund or other suitable remedies, such as complimentary services.
I hope you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to your response.
