We had a fantastic stay at this quirky little boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were offered a massive breakfast completely free of charge while we waited, which was such a generous touch. Not only that, but we were also invited to relax by the pool until our rooms were ready — a perfect way to unwind after traveling. The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and slightly unconventional stay in Palermo!

How important it is to stay in a clean, tidy and safe B&B for one's trip! I was lucky to choose Giusi and her dad's B&B ❤️ They were so conscientious and welcoming, and I finally got to eat the breakfast prepared by the old gentleman on the morning of my last day, which was so rich! On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

Ottima esperienza, il personale è stato gentile, colazione abbastanza ricca, unica pecca non c’è tanta scelta per intolleranza al lattosio, solo delle fette biscottate e marmellate! Le camere sono abbastanza pulite, gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti ogni giorno!

Det är en blandning av vandrarhem och hotell, med fördelarna med båda, men också nackdelarna, och enligt min mening överväger nackdelarna. Personalens service skulle kunna förbättras (vi väntade i femton minuter på ett fordon utan att receptionisten ens varnade oss för att vi var tvungna att hämta det utanför, trots att vi satt precis framför henne). Frukosten skulle också kunna förbättras, och rummet, och särskilt badrummet, skulle kunna förbättras avsevärt. Å andra sidan är det ett mycket centralt hotell, och det är högt värderat i Palermo.

Отель очень близко к вокзалу,это нам было удобно.Есть ресепшен,быстрое заселение.Номер конечно маленький,но все необходимое имеется.Хороший бюджетный вариант для путешествий.

Hôtel très calme, propre, accueillant. Le personnel est attentif et prévenant. Seul petit bémol, un peu isolé du centre de Palerme

The moment I entered the room I could smell a little bit of cigarette, but when I switch on the aircon, the smell disappeared. The room, the bedsheets and the towels were really clean. The only problem was that I could hear people going in and out the room and it’s super loud. My stay include breakfast, but I think it could do better specially the eggs. And the coffee machine only provided espresso when I pressed macchiato or cappuccino. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Здание находится хотя и вне туристической зоны, но буквально в 150-200 м от нее, сразу за Норманнским замком с капеллой Палатина. Я не сразу нашла по гугл-картам, запуталась в развилках улиц. Удобнее всего оказалось не поворачивать сразу направо, а пройти чуть вперед до первого пешеходного перехода и на противоположной стороне спуститься через арку по лестнице, потом налево и после поворота улицы направо на пешеходном переходе перейти на параллельную левую улицу к кондитерской. В первом доме в переулке слева Camelot. Долгое объяснение, на самом деле очень близко от ворот замка. Нужно обязательно связаться по телефону накануне, сообщить время приезда, постоянной стойки регистрации там нет. Номер был очень чистый, белье свежее, отличные завтраки, дружелюбные сотрудники, спасибо
