Three-room holiday home for rent located in Torre dell’Orso and located on the ground floor. The house is located on the ground floor with a courtyard and parking space at the front and an open space at the back with shaded areas thanks to the protection of a large resealable awning. The house can accommodate up to six people, and consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, in both cases with wrought iron beds and new furniture, a living room with sofa bed and dining area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The house boasts a washing machine, split for air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The sandy beaches are 1400 meters away, in the vicinity there are several villages and residences with swimming pool, which can be accessed for a fee. The coast is sandy, with white and very fine sand. In our structure only small / medium-sized pets (no more than 8 kg) are allowed, but, it must be said, with a supplement of 100 euros per stay. Linen and towels are not included. The parking space measures 4.30 meters in length and 2.70 meters in width.

NB The structure has no Bidet Three-room holiday home on the first floor accessible via a small private road, 550 meters on foot from the beach of Torre dell'Orso. The house is equipped with air conditioning, boasts 5 beds. The house is close to the center and is 150 meters from the seafront and 450 meters as the crow flies from the enchanting sandy beach of Torre Dell'orso, one of the marinas of Melendugno. The accommodation consists of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and fridge, as well as two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cubicle. The house also boasts a flat screen TV and an outdoor shower. The house allows the hospitality of pets, to be communicated at the time of booking indicating the weight of the 4-legged friend. Small pets are accepted (kg not exceeding 8 kg) and a supplement of 100 euros is required for the entire stay. Linen and towels are not included.

Of the two-room type, the holiday home can comfortably accommodate 4 people, just a few minutes' walk from the beach of Torre dell'Orso. The seafront, the city center and the large bay are 400 and 450 meters away from the house. The accommodation is located on the first floor close to the Baké Restaurant, renowned for its cuisine with large open pots placed in an original location with an outdoor area. A few steps away you can also reach the stop of a special extra-urban transport service, which allows you to reach some of the most important summer events in the Province of Lecce; but around the corner you can also find the Oltregusto Gelateria, the Christian Bar, Carlito's Pub Torre Dell'orso and the Fresh Hair & Beauty, all establishments located along the path to the sea and within a maximum of two blocks away. The house boasts a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a washing machine. The house is also equipped with a balcony with an outdoor dining area, comfortable and livable spaces where you can spend time relaxing, there is no shortage of flat-screen TV and an individually regulated air conditioning system. Sheets and towels unfortunately cannot be provided. The house is not equipped with tablecloths or tea towels. But in the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating.
