"This hotel near Venezia Mestre station (5-6 min walk) is a fantastic find. The rooms are super clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and strong heating. The staff are friendly and provide free luggage storage. While the design is basic, the thoughtful amenities (the shower room has a handy chair for your clothes, and single-use cups are provided) make it very practical. Don't miss the Chinese food on the street behind it—'Panda Fly' comes highly recommended!"

"The room was big and spacious; there was a double bed and a set of twin beds. There were two small balconies from which you could see the national library. The toilet was ok, the shower would flood and there was a wooden beam kinda hanging loose. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof and you can hear the noise from the upstairs and neighbouring rooms (especially the toilet noises)."

"酒店是今年新開的，房間很新很乾凈，還有一個陽台可以採光。房間裏面提供了飲用水和拖鞋，這倆東西在歐洲的酒店裡麪可不常見，大多數酒店都不給。 老闆是中國人，非常熱情好客，隔壁的川菜館和旅店是一家的，味道很不錯。我入住期間都是在那裡吃的飯，很實惠而且老闆還給打了折。臨走那天我的火車是下午五點，用完晚飯後老闆讓我就坐在飯店裡等就好，還送了一杯咖啡。真的非常熱情非常讓人感動。 酒店的位置極好，火車站出來30米就到，來威尼斯旅遊住在大陸是絕對合適的，島上不僅貴房子也都很老。而且在威尼斯旅遊如果買通票的話是包含來回大陸和主島的火車的。 總體來講這家酒店真的非常好，尤其是對於中國遊客來説，堪稱賓至如歸！"

"Hotellet ligger nära järnvägsstationen och priset är måttligt. Servicen är bra och frukosten är rik. På grund av tidsbrist dagen efter kunde vi inte hinna i tid till hotellets frukosttid, så hotellet packade specialfrukost åt oss. Tack igen!"

"The hotel reception blamed Trip.com, saying they should not and cannot charge the city tax, and then asked me to pay again. Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel, but the reception staff need better training. When I checked out, the receptionist asked me to pay the city tax. I told her that my booking clearly included the city tax, but she kept insisting that what I had prepaid did not cover it. At that moment, I couldn’t find the booking receipt in my email, so I couldn’t show her proof right away. Because she kept saying I was wrong, my teenage son started to believe her and argued with me, saying, “If she asks for it, just pay, it’s only €14.” This was upsetting, not because of the money, but because it set the wrong example for my son. In the end, I paid the €14 again and then took about 10 minutes to search through my email. When I finally found the booking receipt, I went back to show it to her — proving that I was right and the city tax had already been included. At that point, she asked someone else for help (possibly a manager), and instead of apologizing, they blamed Trip.com, saying I should ask the agent for a refund. I later contacted Trip.com, and they processed the refund without any issues. I’ve used Trip.com many times before, and I’ve never had a problem like this. The real issue here is not the money but the lack of professionalism at the hotel reception."

"Hotel Tito in Venice Mestre turned out to be much nicer and more convenient than many reviews had led me to expect. The location was perfect for getting around, and I appreciated simple comforts like the mini fridge in the room and the shared kettle and microwave in the common area. While the space was generally pleasant, it could use a bit more dusting and some upgraded duvet covers. The walls are a bit thin toward the shared hallway, so you can hear very late arrivals if they're loud, though I never heard anything through the actual bedroom walls. Overall, I genuinely liked my stay and found it to be a straightforward, comfortable base for exploring the area!!"
