"I really like this hotel ！The staff there are enthusiastic and nice! I lost my card and they told me it’s ok, I really appreciate that. The onsen is also amazing , I could admire the snow and enjoy. And after that, I could have ice cream. The chocolate one tasted good! The only downside is that the pillow is a little high to me. I hope I can have chance to stay there for several nights!"

"Less than 5 mins walk to and from JR Shin-Aomori Station (East exit) which also houses the Aomori Tourist Information Centre.
I chose to stay near this JR Shin-Aomori station instead of JR Aomori station as the shinkansen doesn’t go to JR Aomori station. I need to take the shinkansen early in the morning on the following day to go to Akita and then transfer to the Akita shinkansen to head to my next accommodation in Tazawako.
From JR Shin-Aomori station, it’s convenient to take limited express trains direct to Hirosaki station to visit Hirosaki Castle and Park. It’s also a short journey to JR Aomori station which is where the city centre of Aomori is located.
Other than the F&B shops within Shin-Aomori station which close very early around 8pm if I recall correctly, there aren’t any F&B shops around the hotel.
Both Family Mart and Lawsons convenience stores are located a few mins walk from the South exit of the train station which is located on the other end of the station."

"The hotel is 1km from Aomori Station. Even though it is a small one with only four storeys (including ground floor), it provides almost everything that budget travellers need. The hotel is clean inside, and supplies can be obtained on every floor on your own need. The only concern is probably the floor height on 2/F to 4/F — tall travellers may have to be careful when walking along the corridors on those floors!"

Well the room is the conventional small size of most Japanese hotel. Opening up a 30’ luggage is tricky
Location is the bonus point. We were lucky to be still able to catch a great dinner around the hotel when most restaurants are closed.
Hotel provides great amenities and is very clean. It’s totally worth the price we paid"

"This family alike hot spring hotel is really nice.
When we first arrived at the hotel, their staff was already waiting outside in cold weather, he passionately direct us for parking and also help alight our luggages. He also have a big smile on his face which made us feel very welcome. Their staff are also very friendly and helpful too. Their hot spring is really cosy and the outdoor one is really comfortable. There are also a lot of tourist spots can be visited too.
Our room is very big and comfortable. Their staff will help set up the bed for us when we head for the dinner. Their dinner and breakfast were very tasty and fresh, feels like living in a real Japanese family."

"喜歡安靜小眾行程的首選 淺蟲温泉附近最值得推薦的旅館，每天晚上8:30大廳有日本傳統樂器表演🎤小孩子很喜歡，早上到下午三點多有帶時刻表的淺蟲水族館接駁車，就是要提前預約下比較好，確保能有車接 車送，去的時候我們遲到了，酒店專門為我們打電話叫來車送了一趟，反過來沒有預約，就沒有等到車，最後衹能等一個小時一班的公交車🚌除了公共交通，一切都很推薦。到的第一天吃到了利用當地食材做的日式料理自助，住的每一天 每一餐都有不同的定食，很有特色！吃到了王林
剛健算很大的了，就是六歲男童一泊二食也按照成人人頭收費這點有點不合理，
最後退房匆忙，落下的鞋子和褲子，事隔幾天都回國了，聯繫攜程聯繫酒店後，也幫我發到了大阪朋友家裡，宅急便運費自理。很貼心"

We are a group of family with a young child (8yo.). Appreciate your warm welcome to us. Though we cannot speak Japanese, i think there was no big communication issue - with a Google translator. This ryokan provided all that I have imagined about Ryokan experience in Japan. I personally feel that this place is very very authentic, comparing to several ryokans that i have been to. The food is spectacular as everyone state. i was amazed more by the traditional hospitality!! 한국인 후기가 없는 것 같아 적어둠 : 엄청난 환대를 느꼈습니다. 아오모리에 가는 분들은 방문 후보로 고려하세요. 해산물을 좋아하는 이들에게는 정말 천국. 고양이가 좋다면 플러스. 노천탕은 없지만 작은 탕에 사람이 없으면 프라이빗한 느낌이라 이것도 좋았습니다.

핫코다산 중턱에 한적하고 조용한 호텔이었습니다. 시설도 훌륭하고
특히 저녁 식사 프랑스 코스 요리가 아주 훌륭했어요.
온천도 시설이 잘 되어 있어서 아주 기분 좋은 힐링 여행이었습니다.
다음에 가족과 함께 다시 가겠습니다.

Staff are friendly. Rooms are true to pictures as shown in booking page. I managed to get here with their city bus before picking up a rental car.
There's a tonkatsu place just across the street.
Convenient spot to settle in.

We stayed at Asamushi Onsen (about 20mins drive from Aomori downtown) as part of our 2025 Spring trip to Aomori area, and booked Tstsumikan Onsen hotel to stay for the night. The hotel location is great. I think all guest rooms come with open ocean view. No private hot spring tub in the guest room but the large gender-specific hot spring pools are open privately to the overnight stay guests from 8PM to the next morning. The stay comes with 2 meals. The food is good and the dinner was served directly in the guest room. The next morning Japanese breakfast was served in the great tatami dinning room, and the breakfast package even comes with free coffee in the gift shop café after the meal. The staff are warm, and the service is good. My recommendation to this hotel come with no hesitation.

Alles inorde. Goed bed. Zeer proper. Beetje ver lopen van het station. Ongeveer een kwartiertje. Wel vlakbij een kleine levendige buurt savonds met leuke bars en restaurants.
