The only disappointed is there is a Group of HK people arrived, there is a man full of tatoo get in public onsen. I checked the rules at front door. It mentioned Tatoo is prohibited. This kind of stupid HK people is a shame for HK when they travel around in Japan. Dont understand the culture of Japan.
No parking area for loading, Car parking needs to use next hotel, a bit inconvenience if you carrying few luggages. 🧳"

Location abit far and hilly from town. That will be good if you are driving. They also provide free shuttle bus go train station.

"This hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out."

"Overall, it could be rated excellent as a local ryokan but may not be ready for international clients. It has won Rakuten bronze award 2023. I am particular about smoking and the non smoking room was full of smoky smell. Also surprised that I have to set up my own tatami bed etc. Staff dependent on google translate but stranded when there's no WiFi. They could have translated common phrases in text. Nice garden."

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Oonoya. One of the perks was the free shuttle bus from Atami Station to the hotel. However, the map provided on the website seems outdated, which caused some initial confusion. Thankfully, the station staff was very helpful and directed us to the correct bus bay.
A highlight of our trip was catching the Atami fireworks from the hotel’s rooftop — the view was absolutely perfect and made for a memorable evening. The indoor hot spring was also a standout feature: it’s spacious, spotlessly clean, and very relaxing after a long day of travel.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Just be sure to double-check shuttle bus details upon arrival!"

AAnonym användareお部屋はとても清潔感があり、広くて快適でした。チェックインや館内ではスタッフや利用客とすれ違うことがほとんどないです。落ち着いている一方で、人の気配があまりなく少し怖かったです。商店街の方から歩いてホテルに向かったのですが、とても急な坂道で雨も降っていて荷物も持っていたので、徒歩だとかなりきつかったです。車でない方はタクシーが良いと思います。駅からはすぐなので配車アプリでもとてもスムーズに移動できます。夏は虫が出るそうです。個人的に卓球台があるのが嬉しかったです。また機会があれば利用したいです！

GGästanvändareIt was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities.
The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami!
I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future.

GGästanvändareHotel is near to Sun beach and a shopping district. It also provides shuttle bus service to the train station and is really convenient. Shout out to staff Fukumara Imelda! Excellent service from her and she acceded to my request for a change in room (with a top up fee) and made the procedures real smooth! Worth a stay for families as the rooms with tatamis are huge.

Rrptsha看得出是有年頭的酒店了，設施比較老舊，像房門鑰匙、開關、插座、座便器這些看着就是十幾年前國內3星酒店的標準。因為在海邊的關係吧，房間一進去就是潮濕的黴味，不過房間裏面有放凈化器。在花火大會當晚能訂到房，已經不容易了，雖然相比平時價格可能翻了3倍。房費包含2大1小的一泊二食，按3人鋪好了床、擺了洗漱用品。
早晚餐都是自助餐，要注意的是晚飯最好提前跟酒店約時間，我們不知道，去了現場被告知晚飯時間衹有第二場20點開始，還好我們的司機大姐跟前台軟磨硬泡，説我們要去海邊現場看花火的，給我們調到了18:30的第一場。自助餐品質雖然不多，但是味道很不錯，尤其炸蝦、蛋炒飯、牛排。軟飲、啤酒也是暢飲的，用餐時間70分鐘。
吃完飯，從酒店溜達到親水公園google map有兩條路，一條經過熱海銀座，人多車多店鋪多走起來慢，想感受熱鬧的可以走這。我們選了沿着系川河有台階的小路，去海邊是下坡走起來不累，大概12、3分鐘就能到親水公園，這邊看煙花正好。如果不想去海邊，酒店的5樓也有露台能看（當天有看到一塊指示牌），不過會被前面的樓擋住一些。
看好花火回酒店，還能去2樓大澡堂洗澡、泡温泉，舒服。第二天早餐最晚入場時間是9點。

GGästanvändare本來打算從清水去長野，後來覺得旅程實在折騰就臨時定了這家。
點評數量多少其實一般不在我考慮的範圍。
看到評論説味道，自己鋪床什麼還是挺猶豫的。
但是考慮到熱海酒店價格和房間大小，還是覺得這個性價比不錯的。
實際入住感受：
衞生條件符合日本酒店的預期，挺乾淨的。
交通上，有些不便利，離車站是不遠，但是因為熱海這個山城特性，在熱海南面的酒店拖箱子很不方便，第一天兩個箱子就累夠嗆，尤其當趕車的時候真的酸爽。
設施的確老舊，但是習慣了也就這樣，電視小是問題，但是把桌子移過去，一家人晚上看電視到也不錯。自己鋪床是有點麻煩，但是這也是樂趣，而且套被子什麼還是比較容易的。
服務上，一開始把我需要補的錢算錯了，在前台耗了滿多時間，而且那個眼鏡阿姨態度也不是特別友好，這點是減分項。
温泉是大加分項，自助無料貸切很方便，掃描二維碼就可以看哪裡空直接去就行。如果是別的日歸温泉的貸切可是很貴的。
總體算是不錯的入住體驗，就是日劇中的日本公寓的樣子，空間也挪的開，還有微波爐和冰箱。
值得推薦一下。

GGästanvändare有班車到熱海站，比較方便。雖然是可以看到海，但是房間在三層，陽台前面有一顆很高大的棕櫚樹，很遮擋視線，本館房間設施很老舊，應該有個幾十年的歷史了，一進屋就有一股不太舒服的味道。餐食方面，自助餐要分時段限流，取餐時比較擁擠，總之就是非常一般的體驗，煙火大會當晚漲價明顯，不過和周圍酒店相比還是有價格優勢的。
