純正的日式旅館 ，若要體驗日式服務 和食文化 值得來住。服務員kuromi服務貼心 ，温泉（室內和室外）都超棒、乾淨衞生。晚餐可口，早餐豐盛。從旅館打車到熱海站 1000日元左右。

Overall, it could be rated excellent as a local ryokan but may not be ready for international clients. It has won Rakuten bronze award 2023. I am particular about smoking and the non smoking room was full of smoky smell. Also surprised that I have to set up my own tatami bed etc. Staff dependent on google translate but stranded when there's no WiFi. They could have translated common phrases in text. Nice garden.

It was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities. The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami! I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Oonoya. One of the perks was the free shuttle bus from Atami Station to the hotel. However, the map provided on the website seems outdated, which caused some initial confusion. Thankfully, the station staff was very helpful and directed us to the correct bus bay. A highlight of our trip was catching the Atami fireworks from the hotel’s rooftop — the view was absolutely perfect and made for a memorable evening. The indoor hot spring was also a standout feature: it’s spacious, spotlessly clean, and very relaxing after a long day of travel. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Just be sure to double-check shuttle bus details upon arrival!

去熱海看花火大會住了一晚，交通方便，周圍有便利店和小酒館，夜裡到也不用擔心。作為和室體驗不錯，露天風呂基本沒有其他顧客，很放鬆。老闆很有禮貌，擔心我們吃不上晚飯推薦了很多餐廳，怕我們走錯方向，店裡有會講英文的服務人員，熱情。

Very comfort and big room with nice sea view. Onsen was good all the time. Location abit far and hilly from town. That will be good if you are driving. They also provide free shuttle bus go train station. Be prepare you own food before stay in if you dint get their dinner and break fast. Good chill and relaxing hotel.

Hotel is near to Sun beach and a shopping district. It also provides shuttle bus service to the train station and is really convenient. Shout out to staff Fukumara Imelda! Excellent service from her and she acceded to my request for a change in room (with a top up fee) and made the procedures real smooth! Worth a stay for families as the rooms with tatamis are huge.

看得出是有年頭的酒店了，設施比較老舊，像房門鑰匙、開關、插座、座便器這些看着就是十幾年前國內3星酒店的標準。因為在海邊的關係吧，房間一進去就是潮濕的黴味，不過房間裏面有放凈化器。在花火大會當晚能訂到房，已經不容易了，雖然相比平時價格可能翻了3倍。房費包含2大1小的一泊二食，按3人鋪好了床、擺了洗漱用品。 早晚餐都是自助餐，要注意的是晚飯最好提前跟酒店約時間，我們不知道，去了現場被告知晚飯時間衹有第二場20點開始，還好我們的司機大姐跟前台軟磨硬泡，説我們要去海邊現場看花火的，給我們調到了18:30的第一場。自助餐品質雖然不多，但是味道很不錯，尤其炸蝦、蛋炒飯、牛排。軟飲、啤酒也是暢飲的，用餐時間70分鐘。 吃完飯，從酒店溜達到親水公園google map有兩條路，一條經過熱海銀座，人多車多店鋪多走起來慢，想感受熱鬧的可以走這。我們選了沿着系川河有台階的小路，去海邊是下坡走起來不累，大概12、3分鐘就能到親水公園，這邊看煙花正好。如果不想去海邊，酒店的5樓也有露台能看（當天有看到一塊指示牌），不過會被前面的樓擋住一些。 看好花火回酒店，還能去2樓大澡堂洗澡、泡温泉，舒服。第二天早餐最晚入場時間是9點。

Room was spacious. Nice traditional style design. My room only has a toilet. No private bath. If you don’t mind the public bath with the onsen, go for it. Amazing view of the sea. Downside is the hill + stairs climbing if you come at a timing outside of the transport service.
