"A very modest inn but overall the experience was decent. Water was only provided on the first day during checkin and subsequent days were a bit confusing as they are not in the room. Some Japanese is needed to have a smoother breakfast experience but was decent."

"本來打算從清水去長野，後來覺得旅程實在折騰就臨時定了這家。 點評數量多少其實一般不在我考慮的範圍。 看到評論説味道，自己鋪床什麼還是挺猶豫的。 但是考慮到熱海酒店價格和房間大小，還是覺得這個性價比不錯的。 實際入住感受： 衞生條件符合日本酒店的預期，挺乾淨的。 交通上，有些不便利，離車站是不遠，但是因為熱海這個山城特性，在熱海南面的酒店拖箱子很不方便，第一天兩個箱子就累夠嗆，尤其當趕車的時候真的酸爽。 設施的確老舊，但是習慣了也就這樣，電視小是問題，但是把桌子移過去，一家人晚上看電視到也不錯。自己鋪床是有點麻煩，但是這也是樂趣，而且套被子什麼還是比較容易的。 服務上，一開始把我需要補的錢算錯了，在前台耗了滿多時間，而且那個眼鏡阿姨態度也不是特別友好，這點是減分項。 温泉是大加分項，自助無料貸切很方便，掃描二維碼就可以看哪裡空直接去就行。如果是別的日歸温泉的貸切可是很貴的。 總體算是不錯的入住體驗，就是日劇中的日本公寓的樣子，空間也挪的開，還有微波爐和冰箱。 值得推薦一下。"

"The host couple were wonderful, accommodative and helpful, as mentioned in many reviews. Although a little confusing to locate initially, it is actually quite accessible to the shopping and restaurant areas. We love the spaciousness and layout of the room. The Hinoki bath was a star feature for us. We will definitely want to visit again. Thank you to the special hosts🙏🏼"

"This hotel really great for locationwise.. nearby all those eatery places and souvenirs shops. The onsen really good as well and the room quite big and clean. The only upset us since we booked another day through differrent apps but when we checked in we told the lady and also pay all the tax at the same time but we hv to check out and change the room. On the day we change the room the man charge us again the tax eventhough i already explained and ask him to doublechecked. On the last day we asked again and show them the receipt so they gave us back the tax money. Its not about the amount of money but their serve that i want to point it out."

"Rummet är större än Tokyo, det är komplett, nära stationen, fem minuters promenad. Dörren är direkt till Moa Art Museum och Moa Art Museum.Det är värt att gå.Moa Art Museum är mycket liten. Rummen kan se havet, röka och röka inte, och ljud isolering är bättre.Sängen är också stor."

"對面就有7-11, 很方便。適合晚上到埗的遊客，房間有微波爐，可以買吃的。 位置挺好的，十分鐘左右步行至主要的餐廳街。5分鐘左右到去初島的碼頭。十分鐘到纜車車站。附近很安靜。staff也很helpful, 只是酒店沒有電梯，如果有很重的行李需要留意一下。可以讓職員幫忙。酒店可能有一定的歷史，設施比較久，但是可以接受的。"

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Oonoya. One of the perks was the free shuttle bus from Atami Station to the hotel. However, the map provided on the website seems outdated, which caused some initial confusion. Thankfully, the station staff was very helpful and directed us to the correct bus bay. A highlight of our trip was catching the Atami fireworks from the hotel’s rooftop — the view was absolutely perfect and made for a memorable evening. The indoor hot spring was also a standout feature: it’s spacious, spotlessly clean, and very relaxing after a long day of travel. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Just be sure to double-check shuttle bus details upon arrival!"

"Hotel is near to Sun beach and a shopping district. It also provides shuttle bus service to the train station and is really convenient. Shout out to staff Fukumara Imelda! Excellent service from her and she acceded to my request for a change in room (with a top up fee) and made the procedures real smooth! Worth a stay for families as the rooms with tatamis are huge."

"熱海站到酒店打電話可以安排接送，自己走實在不方便，因為熱海是山坡路，酒店在山上，如果有行李，真的很夠嗆。酒店不大算不上星級，就是普通的温泉小旅館，有點陳舊，温泉是在別館的地下一樓，我們是臨時決定在熱海住一晚，大部分酒店都已經滿房，因為日本人也休假，所以導致房價跟平時相比翻了五倍😓衹能説隨便住住還馬馬虎虎吧。"

"It was a quaint, cozy hotel situated close to JR Atami Station. The hotel has very good food for both dinner and breakfast! The staff are friendly and even though they can't speak good English, they tried their best to communicate to the best of their knowledge and I really appreciate it! I especially enjoyed my time at the onsen on the rooftop, it has good facilities. The only thing is the cleanliness of the room, since there is still water in the kettle from the previous guests, I didn't want to drink any water from the kettle because of it. They should replace it with a new kettle or clean it. Otherwise, the room is also very cozy, they give yukatas for guests to wear them around the hotel and they also offer free transport to JR Atami station. Otherwise, I would have struggled to get around since there is lack of public transportation at Atami! I still have a very good time and enjoyed my time because of the friendly staff at the hotel, they are very helpful! 10/10 will come back again with my friends or family in the future."
