The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel feels new overall. However, there were a few minor imperfections in my room, such as a chipped corner of the baseboard. I stayed in December and used the air conditioner for heating, which worked fine. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, with access by room key via the elevator. The selection is quite good and includes European options. The menu changes slightly, so it does not get boring. There are signs asking guests to return their used trays themselves, so please keep that in mind. Regarding the signs, I was surprised that in this hotel you need to specifically request room cleaning at the reception. I have stayed in many hotels where the door sign has two sides, “Do Not Disturb” and “Please Clean the Room”. Here, the sign had only one side, “Do Not Disturb”. I think this is something the hotel could improve, as it is not very convenient to ask for room cleaning separately. It would also be helpful to add more English translations. For example, all the buttons on the TV remote control are labeled only in Japanese, and the notice on the slippers saying “please do not take them home” is also only in Japanese. I can understand some Japanese, but for other foreign guests this may be confusing.

·這家是無人酒店，2/10剛開業，底樓放了很多開業花籃。入住前手續有點麻煩需要提前在官網輸入入住客人的訊息，上傳護照照片等。 ·離【千葉中央站】很近，出站一分鐘左右到達。 ·前台無人，需要住店客人在機器上自助辦理入住，以後會吐出一張寫了房間和樓層密碼的紙，但是我們入住時系統出現問題衹顯示房間密碼，導致我們沒辦法及時進入五樓區域（電梯上來後還有一道門禁），不過工作人員來得很快，也很誠懇地向我們道歉了，態度非常好。 ·訂的雙床豪華房，挺寬敞，衞浴分離，傳統日本浴室，單獨馬桶間，這在一般的酒店不多見。有兩三瓶礦泉水，牙刷牙膏等房間裏都有。不得不提這個浴室裏有一個噴汽按摩浴缸（JAXSON牌），很舒服！！！超級舒服！！走了一天的疲勞都被這個浴缸治癒………

I traveled with my family and stayed at Dormy Inn Soga for 3 nights. It was our first time staying in Soga, Chiba. Soga is 2 train stops from Chiba. We enjoyed the ramen supper every night, it was delicious ! The onsen water is superb, eased my muscle stiffness and I am able to walk better even after return home from Japan. I want to enjoy the onsen at Dormy Inn Soga soon

Clean, basic and quiet hotel for locals. They make up the room everyday. Free parking with 7-eleven, supermarket and restaurants around. Great non-touristy hotel to travel around yokohama, chiba, narita & funabashi at affordable price.

Hotel was very clean friendly staff went above and beyond location was quiet and unique, did you know they have palm trees in this prefecture? Yes they got palm trees. If you’re looking for a great place to stay away from the choas of Tokyo and cost effective then this place is it! When I do go back to Japan I will definitely be staying here as it was one of the best options I picked, oh and not to mention it’s close to the mitsui outlet mall which has great options to do any type of shopping! You won’t regret staying here and don’t read into the negative reviews because this place was very clean and up to par! 👏🏾

ベッドの大きいお部屋にしましたがお部屋自体も窮屈な感じはなく、快適にのんびり過ごすことが出来ました。 朝食はエビとイカがおすすめです。そしてとろとろフレンチトーストが絶品で焼き立てを待って2つもいただいてしまいました。焼き立てを待っているのをスタッフの方が見ていてくれて、出来上がったらお持ちしますと笑顔で対応くださり美味しさが増しました。 事前にカトラリーをお願いしておりましたが用意がなくフロントへ相談に行きました。お部屋にグラスと何かお茶かコーヒーの用意があるとありがたいなと思いました。

Tjänsten från personalen var trevlig. Faciliteter var okej. Läget var nära tågstationen. Vi gillade inte områdets vibe särskilt på natten. Det kändes som om säkerheten i området var mycket fattig.Det finns alltid många människor som campar runt från tågstationen hela vägen till hotellet, försöker begrava människor som är ensamma.De stirrar alltid på mig och min man varje gång vi går tillbaka. Från tågstationen.Under vår första natt vistelse gick min man ner till den närliggande Combini ensam och en Obaasan höll sig efter honom och frågade om han ville ha massageservice från hotellet till Combini och tillbaka till hotellet.Sen en annan natt såg vi en flicka fånga Hon var uppenbarligen orolig men vi kunde inte göra något eftersom vi var för många.Vi ville inte få problem så vi kan bara gå bort med skuld så fort vi kunde gå tillbaka till hotellet. Inga poliser i synen under de få nätterna vi var där också.Det finns definitivt inget problem med hotellet, men vi kommer inte tillbaka till Chiba igen.

My family love this place! Very reasonable price for family accommodations of 4 person. Comes with simple delicious free Japanese breakfast from 06:30-09:00 daily in hotel lobby and free tea or coffee until 10:00. Very nice helpful staff. 200 yen for Wash one load of clothes for 30 minutes and 100 yen for drying also 30 minutes, large wash loads should split into 2 loads for drying if wanted to dry quicker. Near shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Chiba JR train station (specially good if you going to Disneyland or Disney Sea area). 5/5 stars. Would book again if coming to Chiba.

這次旅行是為了看 VNL 的比賽，因為會場在千葉港體育館，所以以 JR千葉站為搜尋點去找。 當初找住宿點時就發現預算內東京的旅宿房間普遍不大，這間飯店的房間大小和別人相當不同，看評論提到飯店設施方向偏“愛情賓館”，雖然心裡有些忐忑，想說有伴還是訂了。 實際住宿後發現房間真的非常大，浴廁分離外，浴室很大（浴缸可整個人躺進去），洗手台旁有可梳妝空間，卧室除了床還有個小客廳，2個行李箱打開完全沒問題，除了房內，飯店大廳還提供很多備品（與房內不同品牌的洗髮精、浴鹽、簡單的保養品等）、簡單的小點心、紅、白酒（不過沒吃過，不知口味如何），看海報還有一些免費設施可以預約（岩盤浴、卡拉OK那些），我們是沒運用，不知道實際使用會如何，此次的住宿含早餐，早餐也是蠻美味可口，整體住宿起來很舒適，而且離京成電鐵千葉中央站步行非常近，要轉乘至東京是方便的。 說完優點，來說說缺點😆首先，以房間的設備來看真的很有可能是日本人的“love hotel‘’，床旁柱子有薄紗可以放下（公主床？），卧室和浴室的燈光可以調整（氣氛？），飯店裡一直播放著巴里島氣氛的音樂，當然這是和我之前住宿過的飯店比較而來。整體住宿比較大的缺點是晚上出飯店後馬路二側整路站了滿滿的牛郎，雖然他們知道我們是外國人不會來招惹，但是要去車站附近的超商、店家，得硬著頭皮穿過他們，心裡還是覺得很有壓力，獨旅的女生如果計劃要住這個飯店，請務必將這個部分列入考量。

It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available. Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point. Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time. suggestions: (1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues. (2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.
