Excellent experience at a traditional ryokan! I gave 4/5 stars for location because there are no particular views (it's right in the middle of the town), but the other features more than compensate for this. All the staff we met were very courteous and professional. Meals were traditional and introduced us to many interesting dishes. Onsens were small but since this hotel only has eight room, they are never crowded. Also the onsens are open through the night which I especially appreciated.

千曲、屋代、戸倉方面な出張の際にいつもお世話になっております。長野駅周辺の出張の際も時間が許せば利用させて貰っています。チェックインが24時でもOKなのが助かります、何より温泉が素晴らしい。基本的に夜のみならず、朝のお風呂も楽しませて貰ってます。

步行5分鐘就到車站，非常方便，小地方沒什麼人環境也清凈。設施設備齊全，早餐是自助日式，想體驗日本鄉鎮的可以試試

除了設施有些陳舊，價格很合理
