"Very conveniently located near the Chithose train station , the hotel will cover the Taxi fare from there which is ¥620. The room is spacious with Japanese standards, plenty of amenities offered at the lobby, the breakfast was brilliant, Very nice fish and salad. Dinner options was also reasonable. The staffs are all super friendly and helpful, the hotel offers free shuttle buses to the airport and train station. We enjoyed the stay very much and will not hesitate to recommend it."

"I had a wonderful stay at Air Terminal Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect since the hotel is directly inside the airport, making it extremely convenient, especially for travelers with early morning flights.
The airport itself has many shops, restaurants, snack stores, and convenience stores, so it’s very easy to find food, drinks, and anything you might need.
The room is compact but clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the window view overlooking the airplanes — it was a unique and beautiful sight.✈️
😋Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers access to an onsen, which is a great feature, although I didn’t get the chance to try it because the queue was quite long.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and easy access at the airport.👍"

"Originally, we only stayed here for one night due to a flight connection, but the experience far exceeded our expectations! The hotel offers great amenities like an on-site hot spring, massage chairs, and a gym. Plus, the complimentary ochazuke (tea rice) for late-night snacks was such a nice touch—perfect after a long day of traveling. What’s more, they provide free airport shuttle service, which saved us a lot of trouble.
In the morning, the golden sunlight streaming through the courtyard was absolutely stunning, adding a peaceful and beautiful start to our day.
Considering all these, the price is really reasonable and worth it. Highly recommend this place for transit travelers!"

"I booked this hotel as I needed to fly out early from Chitose. Overall I would stay again. I arrived at 12pm but wasn't able to check in until 3pm but my luggage could be stored. The rooms are SMALL but practical, no complaints. The TV has all the local stations - couldn't find any english stations. It is closeby the train station and shopping mall, so easy to go out and grab a bite to eat. I noticed that the airline crew were staying here as well.
As I had skis with me, I couldn't take the free shuttle provided, but the staff were kind enough to book a taxi for me."

"The hotel staff is very nice in helping us checking in and gave us 4 tokens for the vending machine (we're a group of 5). Each coin worth 150 JPY. The onsen is clean and safe, separate floor for men and women onsen. For women, there will be a code to enter when entering the onsen on the 14th floor. The room is clean and the AC works well. Great overall experience. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the airport. 8 people per bus."

"A very modern and new hotel because the room I booked was a newly extended block. The hotel is in front of a bus stop. Comfortable stay but parking space are limited. They have a big laundry room, breakfast having choice of traditional Japanese or Western style."

All amenities, room, and facility are OK. They has a small Onsen tub. I stayed here to plan to get to the airport in the morning fast. It is only 2 stations away from New Chitose Airport and very close to Chitose station in 1 mins walk. Pretty expensive during snow festival tho.

It’s a compact hotel located near the JR station, just a few minutes walk to the hotel. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, but you have to show your intention when checking in. The reception staff is very attentive. The room is fully equipped. I will come back to stay here again when I have a chance.

千歳空港からキャリーケースを持って雪道の中を歩きで移動するのは大変で、少し遠く感じましたが、近くにセイコーマートがあったり部屋は広く荷物を広げられるスペースが充分にあったので満足です。

It is near to the airport. Provided free shuttle service to airport on condition , one person per piece with you. Due two of my family members have more than two cases, we have to take cab to the airport. The staff is helpful at the front desk to help me book the cab right away when I cannot book through their app.

My Stay at a Hot Spring Hotel in Lake Shikotsu
Marukoma Onsen Ryokan is truly a hidden hot spring hotel that few people know about. It's a rare outdoor hot spring hotel in Hokkaido, directly facing the unfrozen Lake Shikotsu. The scenery is incredibly beautiful!
However the transportation is terrible 😞😞😞. It's close to New Chitose Airport, and is too far away from the city. There are only 3-4 public buses per day and it took hours to get there. 🥹🥹😭😭😭 But if you're driving on a self-drive trip, then forget it.
The hotel occupies a large area by the lake, and there are no restaurants around since its secluded location 🥹🥹. If you don't book meals in advance, you can only buy instant food from the hotel's convenience store. Fortunately, you may have a high chance of encountering deer.
Anyway, the outdoor hot spring is free. In the morning, there are usually no people around, so you can take photos.
Private Hot Springs: There are two private hot - spring pools, one indoor and one semi -enclosed facing the outside. But! You must book it during the daytime. It gets dark early in winter. If you booked it at 7 p.m. then you couldn't see anything.
The breakfast is good.

The hotel English name is not available in Google Map search, only Japanese name, causing us a little difficult to navigate from New Chitose airport to the hotel. Free on site parking for hotel guest is available. Breakfast is cozy Japanese meals in buffet style, delicious.

체크인 시스템도 엄청 복잡함. 키오스크로 5명 전원 개인정보 등록하고 여권사진 찍고 화상통화로 연결되어야 체크인해준다. 하지만 화상통화에서 일본어 못하면 대화도 안되고 문제 발생시 대응이 안된다.
