環境：酒店位於山裡，空氣非常清新，夜晚很安靜，旁邊還有一個小河道和小瀑布。酒店距離箱根神社、蘆之湖等景點的距離也不遠。 服務：服務很周到，早飯很豐富，還可以預訂午餐和晚餐。 設施：酒店整體裝修還比較新，房間面積比起東京同價位酒店要大很多。酒店的温泉有室內和室外的，非常乾淨，聽着外面小瀑布的水聲泡着温泉很愜意。

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The traditional Japanese room was spacious and super comfy. The onsen facilities were definitely the highlight, way better than I expected for the price we paid. They have 3 types: 1 indoor, 1 outdoor and 1 mixed. All these are bookable throughout the day, from 7am to 11pm and they are completely private. The ryokan is 15 minutes walking from Gora station, so if you arrive by train and you have luggage I recommend you check on google map how to get there with a bus, otherwise you’ll have to walk uphill for a while. The only negative point I can find is probably the breakfast, I tried both western and Japanese style, they are both quite pricy for what they are and I personally did not enjoy the Japanese one. Despite this I would totally come back if I ever visit Hakone again.

20 min uphill hike from Gora station. Or you can take cable train up hill for two stations and walk on flatland for about 8 minutes to hotel. Hotel has shuttle bus. They dropped us off on the way back. You can possibly call to pick you up at Gora station. Trip.com reservation options show you prices for one adult. It's very hard to book for 3 people to stay in one room to save money. I sent a custom request to the hotel exactly this - 3 people in one room. Trip.com charged me $270 and when I got to the hotel, they said I have to pay $300+ more for 2 more people. That was not clearly communicated to me by either Trip.com or hotel. There's a language and cultural barrier. In Japan, you pay per person - not by rooms. They scan your all passports of everyone staying - not just the person who books. With last minute notice, I had no choice but to pay more as other hotels nearby are filled up and we were very tired from 4 hours train transfers dragging our bags plus 8 minutes walk to the hotel. All in all, if trip.com room selections are not a perfect fit, I can't recommend booking this hotel. Custom messages are not recognized. Communication is lacking. You will get charged last minute without any alternatives left. For $570 a night, we could have a way better hotel in Hakone. The breakfast also wasn't memorable and you have to reserve it ahead of time. I would not come back.

We got to the hotel in the beautiful location just before 3pm and we got given a little tour of the place and then got shown to our room. The staff are very friendly and do their best to speak English. A lovely lady was in charge of our hospitality throughout our stay and she first showed us that there is a public hot spring and a private hot spring and asked us if we would like to book a time to use the private hot spring, we booked a time as we checked in but then we didn’t use it as we were happy with our private hot spring in the room. We also booked a time for dinner and they arrived at that time Promptly with A LOT of food. We also got a choice for a staple food and we chose some steak which was high quality and delicious, as well as the lobster (on the menu it said grilled prawn but a lobster is what came and it was delicious). We ordered a few beers and a bottle of wine with room service and it always came quickly and was nice and cold. The private hot spring is absolutely boiling but it’s a good experience and there’s ice water provided which helps. Breakfast came at 8.30am and it was also huge! It didn’t come with coffee but I ordered some and that was easy enough. The lady who served our food explained every dish and how to eat it and she was always extremely friendly and attentive. Would recommend!

We arrived at noon and found that check in proses was so simple, the owner sent me a pin code to open the door. The room looks exactly the same as what shows on photos, including all amenities. Rooms are clean and cozy, spacious for 4 persons event more. I love the bathtub waters adjustment for spas, and it is so relaxing. Only the hot water is a bit difficult to adjust . Toilet are separate from bathroom and provide handwash as well . We didn't cook our meal because all the stores nearby were closed at 3 pm. Make sure to bring your own food because it's not easy to find in Hakone. Easy to walk to the station and Harbor for boat tours, to the cable car and Black Eggs. Overall, the impression is positive, and we thank the staff for their care. However, the ryokan is quite old, and inside all the rooms there is a smell of age, which makes it not very pleasant to stay there. The Japanese food is very specific — it’s just my personal taste, but I couldn’t have breakfast or lunch there. Considering that this was the most expensive “hotel” during our 14-day trip around Japan, our expectations were a bit higher. In any case, we thank the staff for this unique experience.

Such a great find! Calming ryokan in a peaceful part of the mountain. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating of us as tourists who didn’t speak Japanese. Every meal was delicious and the staff took time to tell us what each little dish was and even gave us some extra mini dishes to help us try different things. They were all delicious! The onsens were also very relaxing and had everything you could need. My boyfriend and I booked the private onsen our last night and looking out over the mountain at night when it was raining was a great experience. We got the Japanese style room and it was very spacious and the tatami floors were very comfortable. View over the mountains was also terrific. The ryokan shuttle took us to the nearest two train stations (Gora or Sounzan) in the morning when we requested and picked us up at the end of the day so it was very convenient getting to the ryokan even without a car. Highly recommend this stay!!

Jämfört med hotell i närheten, även om den ligger några minuter längre bort, erbjuder den mer valuta för pengarna. Rummet i japansk stil har ett eget badrum inuti, men ingen dusch, så man måste gå till det offentliga badet nere. Duscharna är ganska ljusa, hästoljeschampo och duschtvål är användbara och vattnet är tillräckligt varmt för ett bekvämt bad. Det enda problemet är att hårtorken var på låg effekt och det tog lång tid att torka håret. Servicen var minimal, förutom en kort stunds hjälp med bagaget vid incheckningen. Det fanns ingen städning under incheckningen och ingen dörr-till-dörr-service vid avresa. Detta var dock acceptabelt eftersom de inte tog ut någon städavgift eller andra extra avgifter. Rumsdörren kändes sliten; den var låst, men den kändes lite lös. Allt är bra, men det mest otillfredsställande är att det inte finns något fönster som kan öppnas i rummet. Fönstret i rummet är inte utrustat med gardiner. Fönstret är ljusgenomsläppligt när man sover på natten, och solljuset är mycket bländande när man vaknar på morgonen, vilket påverkar sömnen.

寝るだけなのでドミトリーを選び、あまり期待はしていませんでした。 しかし、ベッドの上にタオル(バスタオルとフェイスタオル)や浴衣、歯ブラシ、耳栓が用意されてました。 お風呂には洗顔・シャンプー・ボディソープはもちろん、コットンやヘアブラシや化粧水・乳液もあり、ホテルとなんら変わりませんでした。 大浴場の明かりが点滅していたのが少し気になりました。 シャンプー・ボディソープは2種類あり、1つは香りが良かったです。 個人的には大浴場に水が置いてあったのが好印象です。 2段ベッドの上だったので、下や横の人が動くとかなり揺れました。自分も動く時はなるべくゆっくりするように心がけました。 事前に口コミを見て行ったので、夜ご飯はコンビニで買いました。 外国の方もいて、部屋で話してる声が聞こえてくることもありましたが、夜中に騒いだりする人はいなかったので、で比較的快適に過ごせました。 時間帯にもよるのか、ネットが少し繋がりにくいです。 今度また箱根に来る時も利用したいです。
