"Like most of the hotels in Japan tiny little rooms for too much money. I wasn t able to open my suitcase on the floor. The onsen was good, breakfast also, even though no food items were labelled in English, which is a no go in a tourist city like Hiroshima. Moved to another hotel the next day, much bigger room and cheaper."

"The hotel is easily accessible by foot and surprisingly a big hotel with escalators (easy for travellers with luggage) and a big hotel lobby (considering that it is a business hotel in Japan). Stayed as a family of 3 (with a child). The room was fine with 2 beds but no space for big luggage. We actually paid extra at the Front Desk for my child to stay together but was disappointed that it does not come with an extra bathroom towel nor room slippers. I asked for 1 more pillow and was rejected too. But one of the male staff at the Front Desk was extremely helpful which was a bonus. He gave a suggestion in passing me 2 blankets which I can stack them and use as a pillow. We liked the view from our room too. We are able to see the the busy train tracks with Shinkansen and cargo trains. The stay comes with breakfast and dinner too. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you."

"The room was very clean but the set up was very awkward with a sink in the bedroom and the shower and toilet separate. It was quite a long walk from Hiroshima station. Closest transport was a tram which isn't covered by JR pass so I ended up paying extra to get to and from the station. You had to collect your own toiletries from reception. Was ok for a night stay but wouldn't stay longer than that as no space to even store a suitcase and had to leave it by the door."

FFelicia198Very happy I chose this hotel, location within minutes from Hiroshima Station and diagonally across the intersection from a big supermarket YouMe. The room layout is spacious and seems recently renovated. Amenities are good and the public bath was absolutely amazing.

OOlmerInitially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer.
And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,.
He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it.
Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality.
The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.

JJan LowHotel is not big. Room is not big but it is fully equipped. Room looks new n is very clean. Housekeeping though is every 4 days but they provide clean towels n trash bag in plastic bag n hang it at room door. All staff from parking staff, front desk n kitchen staff were all very friendly. English is adequately understood. Mechanical lift car park service is provided by hotel at ¥1000 per day. It was quite nervous to manoeuvre the car into the tight spaced garage. 2nd night, car was mechanically park incorrectly. This part was rather troublesome as the hotel had to call the car lift company to fix the error. Other parking areas nearby available too. Free breakfast at lobby is various types of onigiri, miso soup n 1 more soup (french onion/ mushroom). Location is perfect, short walk to so many restaurants, departmental store, supermarket, convenient stores. First time tried this hotel n it’s really good. Will come back/ will try out their hotels in other cities as well.

EEterNaL_The Washington hotel in Hiroshima is positionally one of the best hotels that I had the pleasure of staying at as it is located directly beside a PARCO and a Don Quijote. In addition to that, directly opposite of the hotel is a Familymart convenience store and there is also a Sukiya positioned behind the hotel.
The hotel is also located roughly 15-20 minutes away from Hiroshima station ( by streetcar) and roughly 10 minutes away is a round one stadium.
The hotel’s staff were helpful and accomodating and when my friend and I encountered an error with the check in counter, one of the staff dropped what they were doing just to manually check us in. We would recommend this hotel for those who wish to have great convenience at their fingertips along with a very comfortable stay in Hiroshima

AALI SARFRAZ RATH JOIYAIt was great experience there to stay with urbain Hiroshima central. They keep your luggage safely if you have visit around even your stay already finish so it helps a lot.
I have one suggestion please change checkin time because 3 pm too late if someone fly from other cities or country. It should be from 9 am.

GGästanvändareThough the decor is dated, the hotel's location (right opposite the park) is hard to beat. It is a 10-min walk to the Hiroshima Bus Centre with easy access to major shopping centres and stripes.
There is an amenities basket in the lobby where you can help yourself with sponges (for a bath), toothbrushes and hairbrushes etc.
The room itself is small, but everything is functional. WiFi is smooth and stable. You are able to open the window (slightly like a two-inch gap) to air the room, which I needed to because my room had a musky smell, but not unbearable.
The room / floor is quite so you can't hear your neighbours.
For the price, location and its no-frills approach, I have no complaints.

MMarius ZEasy to reach on foot from the Hiroshima train station and easy to go anywhere, there’s nearby tram line 2 which can take you to Miyajima ferry terminal or the A Bomb dome. The check in was a bit chaotic as the check in machines had some technical issue, but the staff was kind and tried their best to solve. They let in the room without a key card and then brought key cards within an hour to the room. My room was spacious for Japan standards and quite nice bathroom. Breakfast was included and was a decent selection of Japanese and western food. Though the juices tasted very cheap - from a concentrate. Anyway, the rest was good and they even offer free coffee till noon.

DDe XingThe hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help when you enter the hotel. They also understands English when my Japanese fails me haha.
They have a coffee machine that one can use once a day behind the staircase.
They also have breakfast in buffet style only for ¥500. I find it quite delicious, you can purchase the ticket at the counter. You have buy in advance as it might run out.
The location is very convenient its less than 5 minutes walk to the closest tram station. It is also close the atomic bomb museum. You can also borrow mama chari(bicycle) from the hotel for up to 4 hours. It is convenient for getting food or go to the peace park.
They have sleepwear and amenities you can take opposite the front desk.

Toilets and shower were very clean.
All in all a nice hostel to stay for 1 or two nights. For a longer stay I would recommend a different one because the beds weren’t that comfortable:))
