"Full of surprises when you can stay at a local hourly hotel. The sex toys, tub and the amenities are fab. Room size is excellent and we have enjoyed the free parking.
The breakfast is soso. The door lock is out of order and you can’t go out the room. The most important thing is l suffered fungi problems on my skin. It is terrible for the room hygiene."

Jag stannade nyligen på Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kobe Sannomiya.Medan hotellets hårdvara är bra påverkade vissa politik och servicebrister märkbart min vistelsekomfort.
På den positiva sidan är hygienstandarderna här utmärkta.Rummet var spottlöst och mycket modernt, vilket är alltid den mest kritiska faktorn för mig när jag reser.Jag vill också uttrycka min uppskattning för bagagehållningsarrangemanget. Att kunna lagra mina väskor säkert och enkelt både före incheckning och efter utcheckning var ett stort hjälpmedel, vilket gjorde att jag kunde utforska Kobe fritt utan att behöva tunga bagage.
Internationella resenärer måste dock vara medvetna om en stor grotta: detta är ett strikt ”kontantlöst” hotell.Jag försökte betala kontant för att undvika bankavgifter, men blev nekat.Jag tvingades använda mitt Visa-kort, Jag var träffad av utländska transaktioner och växelavgifter som uppgick till ungefär en extra 5% kostnad på min resa.Jag fann denna politik mycket rigid och frustrerad för gäster som föredrar att använda kontanter.
Dessutom var inredningen och servicen besvikande.Gästerna bör veta att rummen är helt oväsentliga.Det finns inga rökare, tandborstar eller tandpasta som tillhandahålls i rummet. Att inse detta sent på natten orsakade onödiga problem.Dessutom saknade hushållstjänsten uppmärksamhet på detaljer; även om min Yukata (sömnkläder) var tydligt använd och lämnades ut för att bytas, ersatte personalen inte den med en färsk.
Generellt sett erbjuder Sotetsu Fresa Inn en mycket ren miljö, men bristen på grundläggande inredningsmöjligheter och den strikta betalningspolitiken gör det svårt för mig att helt rekommendera det till resenärer som försöker hantera sin budget och bekvämlighet."

"The location is so strategic and I had a good stay. The room is pretty, bed is comfortable, and they have free water and coffee from 11:00~6:00. The amenities is a bit lacking (there’s no face lotion, hair ties and stuffs), and they have hair iron but I have to take it to the receptionist by myself (usually they deliver stuffs like this to your room). But overall, it was a good stay and worth the money I guess."

"A nice and clean budget stay. Nice staff service. Happy to find a nice and clean microwave oven when I just needed one. All guests are civilized in all aspects. No noise at all at night although many clients sharing a same room. In summary, a nice and comfortable one-night short stay for me."

"The hotel was actually in the opposite side of the JR station and was difficult to locate using Google map. I walked to the Roynet premier hotel and was given a map to walk back to this hotel. It was not the usual standard of the Roynet group, but breakfast was good."

"The location was perfect and parking nearby was convenient. The room was tiny but comfortable, and overall it was a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast was extremely disappointing — it consisted mainly of leftover curry with a few pieces of chicken and no healthy options. There was no choice other than Indian food, mostly carbs and not ideal for starting the day. The hotel website should clearly mention that breakfast is limited to Indian cuisine."

GGästanvändareWhat an amazing stay! It exceeded all expectations. The place is super nice with design interior, rooms are warm, spacious and comfortable. The whole place is modern, yet has a very traditional authentic feel and feels serene.
The staff is very attentive, caring and fulfills your every need - they make you feel welcome, and explain everything to you very well even if you are a foreigner, there was no problem communicating in english.
You are guaranteed 2 private stays in the private onsen spa of your chice - one in the evening and one in the morning, the time slots are more than enough to cover guest capacity and you have choice. The public onsen is pretty awesome too, although i felt so relaxed after private onsen for so long i went there just because of curiosity lol.
The dinner and breakfast are HUGE and are SUPER tasty. Excellent products and execution, it was my first time tasting a5 wagyu. I recommend you do not eat lunch before coming to the ryokan for dinner, maybe just breakfast or something small because you will want to eat everything in this amazing meal set. I still feel kind of full 1 day after checking out.
The hotel has nice common areas with free beverages, board games, ping pong ans some slot machines for entertainment. You can reserve karaoke room or get massaged in the automatic massage chairs. After we chcecked in at 3pm we did not need to go anywhere away from the hotel and just enjoyed our time there.
If you want to book very specific timeslots for the private spa come in at that 3pm, because people queue up 30 min before in the lobby. Although i felt this was not really necessarry because like i said, the capacity is calculated well and you are guaranteed 2 entramces with available time slots. The first time slot starts at 4pm and is in 1hr intervals - with 5 available onsens up until the night. Morning onsen had plenty of free slots.
They also offer free shuttle bus and it was always quick, we even called from public telephone in Arima when before checkin and had no problems arranging pickup in english.
What i wish is if they were a little bit more flexible with breakfast times, because you also reserve a time slot but it's not like it's a course meal but traditional breakfast + buffet and you have to decide at the check in, which is kind of soon to think about when you want to have morning meal, but it's not too big problem. I guess it is a way to prevent everyone rushing in 5 min before closing time like some people do. The breakfast has plenty of variety and you even get a preheated own grill!
Overall, we couldn't pick a better place for our visit in Arima, we are so relaxed and it was oje of the best places we have ever been to!

AAzy LiThe service was a little short of. I read reviews that they are very friendly but i felt that it’s not like this. I felt they were very curt in the way they speak and look tired. Nonetheless, the location was good. Just right at the side of the Chinatown. The hotel is very budget not matching to its price, considering that I’ve been to 4 hotels during my stay. The lights goes off quickly at the foyer. The water flow was small. But it’s ok, it’s eco-friendly i guess. The miso soup at breakfast was the yummiest. The carpark was expensive and they will charge you if you arrive early or leave the car at their carpark accordingly after the check in and out hours. This is understandable but this is where the hotel lost some sense of touch here.

AAnonym användareNot sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

LlimmaysallyMost comfortable bed that I stay in Japan for the past 2 months. Lucky we stay here for 4 nights. Bed is very firm but not hard which is good for our back. Room is very clean and bathroom is spaces that I can sit on bath tub and shower. It would be perfect if the room is slightly bigger. They charge parking for 2000¥ for night which is too high for me but the front desk young lady ( ********* girl) who was very friendly and helpful, she recommended me to park my car at nearby coin parking which cost me on 800¥ for 24 hours. Thank you so much Miss 余.

GGästanvändare一個字”正”。這間名小都里是對上面另一間温泉酒店的別苑。有供應懷石料理，火煱晚膳。晚上食餐要向上走一分鐘，所以必定是去7/F共浴温泉先浸浸，然後去用餐。每天每房可以訂家庭共俗間(其兩間)45分鐘。到步前可以打電話約車在車站接送，酒店會事先發電郵告知。包兩餐都很豐富，食材味美，有牛和魚供應。中間大堂有自助水吧，有冷熱綠茶，咖啡等。入住房間沒廁所，要使用共廁，不過十分乾淨。走路下去温泉街約10分鐘，那裏可以花上半天時間。

CCamilla TamI booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.
