오키나와 여행 숙소중에 최고였습니다. 일정으로 하루밖에 숙박하지 못 한 것이 아쉬울 정도 였어요. 오키나와 전통가옥의 외관과 일본의 가옥에서 볼 수 있는 다다미구조와 깔끔하게 정비되어있는 현대식 주방과 욕실도 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 숙소 뒷편에있는 바다에 갈 때에는 수풀이 우거져있어서 조금 힘들었지만 바다가 나오는 순간 기분이 좋아졌습니다. 수건도 넉넉하고 세탁기,건조기,세탁세제도 구비되어있어서 수영후에 수영복 관리에도 좋았어요. 전자레인지,포트,토스터기 모두 있어서 외부에서 음식 사와서 데워먹기에도 편했습니다. 에어컨성능도 좋고, 수압도 잘 나와서 머무는 동안 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 밤 사이에 비가왔는데 숙소 밖의 풀벌레의 우렁찬 소리에 아침을 맞이했습니다. 아이가 제일 기억에 남는 숙소라고 합니다. 숙박동안의 유일한 단점은 체크인시에 문 열기가 좀 힘들었어요. 열쇠를 이용해서 수동으로 문을 여는 방식인데 잠금쇠가 너무 작아서 열리는 느낌이 잘 나지않아서 그런것도 같아요. 저희는 너무 안 열려서 옆동에 먼저와서 숙박중이신 외국인 손님께 도움요청해서 열었습니다. 그 분 말씀도 처음에 문 열때 힘드셨었다고 하셨어요.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Churaumi Village. The house we rented was perfectly equipped and very functional. The warm and efficient welcome made everything easy — from booking a truly authentic restaurant in Motobu to getting recommendations for the Bise Beach that we loved, where we saw the most amazing litlle fishes. Breakfast was traditional Okinawan and delicious, and the room had clear information folders that made our stay even smoother. I should also mention that I forgot my glasses, and Juri and Suzuki went above and beyond to send them back to us in France. Their patience and professionalism were truly outstanding — one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We would return without a second thought!”

Det är verkligen svårt att inte ha en bil, särskilt eftersom tyfonen isolerade Lawson, som kräver 10 minuters promenad och en 10-minuters diagonal väg att jag blev så bortblåst av vinden att jag inte ens kunde köpa mat. Fast han slog mig när han såg mig när jag gick ner, men en dag är en anställd bättre än en matlåda för mig🥺. Även om landskapet är la så är det ett litet hav🗿.

The location and facilities inside the room are nice, however, the customer service is not ideal. It is normally assumed that after booking a hotel online with a booking confirmation, all necessary information is already on the confirmation letter. However, travelers who stay at this property will still have to actively reach out to the hotel for check-in ID in order to do self-check-in via iPad. It would be great if the hotel could reach out to the traveler before their check-in. What's even worse is that during the check-in process, we did a face-to-face meeting via iPad, and there was no information provided by the staff that we would need a password to enter the hotel after certain hours. After dinner outside, when we returned to the hotel, we were locked outside the hotel, and luckily, we were able to call the Japanese phone number via the public phone. It would have been a nightmare if there had been no public phone or if no one from the hotel had picked up the phone.

Det är inte illa för barn att leka på första våningen. Barnen gick och lekte efter frukost. Bredvid ligger Churaumi Aquarium som ligger bara 5 minuters promenad bort När vi kom till hotellet på eftermiddagen på incheckningsdagen var det ännu inte incheckningstid, men servicepersonalen var snäll. tillräckligt för att låta oss checka in först, och sedan lämna tillbaka nycklarna till hotellet och gå till disken för att hämta dem, så vi lade vårt bagage i bilen (bär värdesaker med oss) och efter att ha parkerat bilen gick vi för att se hajarna i akvariet Nästa morgon gick vi för att se den söta sköldpadds- och delfinshowen utanför akvariet, och sjökåorna var också väldigt söta saker som jag inte har besökt än, så jag sparar dem till nästa gång.

We brought our 3+ years old boy on a 2 night stay during golden week (May 2024) and opted in for a dinner buffet on the first night. It was 2200 yen per adult n foc for my boy. The spread was limited but worth all its penny as the beef was so tender and juicy so i feasted on it. All other dishes were also very good. The private beach was convenient and the water was so clear it looked like mineral water. There was a 50% discount voucher you can get from the hotel reception for the banana boat ride at the private beach and our boy enjoyed this and another ride. The young instructor who pulled us out on a jet ski for our water rides was friendly and went at a good speed for our 3 year old who was doing the water actitivties for the first time without us having to tell him to do so. He even went to the coral reefs and picked up a starfish n a sea cucumber to show our boy before returning it back to the sea. The water activites was affordable with the discount, price similar to Msia/Thailand/Indonesia resorts i have been to. I was apprehensive booking this resort after reading the reviews on the state of the hotel showing signs of aging. However, the place was well maintained. There was an unpleasant smell when i opened the door to our room but its actually just the tatami which needed some airing. After opening the windows to let in the natural breeze, all was good. Cleaniness for toilet was good too; just need to figure out the temp control for the shower. The onsite onsen was clean and easily accessible at the basement, and wld have cost us at least 1200yen for a visit to a public onsite iin naha. Totally recommend this resort for a fam outing with young children. I understand they have barrier free access rooms on the first floor of the resort so there were some families with elderly too.

Bird photography at the hotel backyard is not allowed which is ridiculous as there is no warning sign or whatsoever. A lady just came to say something with probably not a polite attitude. As a bird photographer who selects this hotel especially for bird photography and this special need cannot be accepted at their backyard! This is no fun at all. If the hotel doesn’t allow photographers to take bird photos at their backyard, they have to make it very clear in their Facebook or at least upon checking in !

Place was a little harder to find at night as it is located in a remote area. The self check in was a little troublesome through trip as the check in code was not provided. Call the staff using the iPad to verify your identity. The room is big and relatively comfortable.

Lovely place but in the middle of nowhere. Close to Manzamo Cliffs. The original room they checked me into had issues with the AC so they moved me into a new room. The only thing is I had to wait til the front desk opened. (15:00 - 21:00). The parking spaces in front of the hotel were good.

大変良かったです。機会があれば再度利用したいです。
