"It is a nice new hotel. We stayed in a family room, which is a nice size. There is microwave in the room which is a plus point. Love the fridge with the freezing compartment too. Tv is huge! QR check in. May be challenging but getting to room is easy. Hotel does not offer luggage services to another location. Need to go find family mart nearby for assistance. Breakfast is unique. Cafe style instead of the usual hotel breakfast."

"firstly the location is not far from sakae station so it is very convenient, second the staff can understand english well so no problem in communicating, but you can not early check in before 3pm but can leave your luggages, and the amenities have all what you need they even provide pajamas daily"

"Although the room is quite small, the room is very clean and well equipped. Just got to adjust abit and you will find space haha I love how they offer all the toiletries at the lobby! Super convenient location with food and convenience stores downstairs/nearby. Few mins walk from Nagoya stations with all the malls side by side. You can even walk underground (mister donut direction)."

"Room price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed."

"This hotel is close to Nagoya JR station. One can walk with 10 mins. Very convenient. A lot of eateries near by. Check in counter is on the second floor. Guest room is small per usual Japanese hotel. However bathroom is bigger than most of hotel I have stayed. The room was clean. Windows can be opened but cigarette smoke from street below could enter to the room."

"Everything is good but the design of bathroom is not very suitable for me. There is no place to hang towel in bathroom and is all open area. More suit for couple instead of family. No hidden place for changing area as well."

"about 8 mins walk from sakae metro and there is a mall nearby though not many food options in there. room was spacious enough to open 2 large luggages. only gripe is that bc the corridor outside rooms is outdoors, cold air gets in easily from below the main door so it gets chilly in winter. you can also hear the wind blowing pretty easily especially if you’re a light sleeper. special thanks to MINE (front counter staff) for assisting us when we lost our wallet at a train station — we managed to get it back eventually!"
