Stayed at Enokiya Ryokan and had a really pleasant, relaxing experience. It’s a bit of a walk from Yufuin Station, but a short taxi ride is easy and not expensive, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The location is also great, just a short walk to Yufuin Floral Village and the main shopping street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Do note there’s no shower in the room, only a sink and toilet, but you can shower at the onsen and it was not inconvenient at all. The onsen itself is private and can be booked via their app, which I really liked. I had dinner at the ryokan. It’s on the pricier side but not unreasonable, and the omakase style meal was really good. Breakfast was also nicely done with local ingredients. Staff speak English, which made everything smooth and easy. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend booking dinner

This must be the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in Japan. It is a traditional Ryokan with 3 Private Onsen available for reservation upon arrival. The scenery and ambience around the hotel were peaceful & very gorgeous. The mountain view from our room was fantastic. Besides, it took less than 10 mins walking distance to the famous Kinrik Lake! 😌🎐 Each guest could pick a 👘 for free too. The services was great and the staffs were attentive too. We stored all our biggest luggages at Yufuin Station and only brought along light luggage because it is far away from station. Gentle reminder for the guest to book a taxi at least one day earlier before your departure. By the way, it was a lucky morning when it started to snow during our ryokan checked out! It made the Ryokan looked even more amazing! ❄️ The only regret was breakfast and dinner were both unavailable during reservation and there is no ryokan contact was available before arrival. It would be 100% if I were to taste the すきやき, Sukiyaki! 🥩🍲

I stayed in this beautiful place with my mom. The house is spotless clean, room is spacious and beds are so comfy. Enjoy the view and feel relax with private indoor onsen (also outdoor onsen). The owners are kind and friendly. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Overall i love this place. Perfect for people who wants to relax in quite vibes. The location is a bit far from the major tourist spots but not too far from the station. But it might not be suitable with the elder people because it takes around 10 mins walk to the house and also rooms are on the 2nd floor.

Att stanna på detta varma vårhotell under kirseblåsssäsongen skapade underbara minnen för min familj och mig. Hotellet erbjuder en bekväm shuttle service.Bara ett snabbt samtal från stationen, och inom tio minuter kommer en bil att ta gäster direkt till hotellet. Personalen var utomordentligt snäll och uppmärksam.När min far använde en kanel, ordnade de vänligt ett rum för oss utan trappor, vilket garanterade en bekväm vistelse. Boendet var rymligt, med en privat örn och en massagestol, vilket gjorde upplevelsen ännu mer avslappnad.Eftersom hotellet är nära bergen, fanns det några insekter, men det var inte en stor fråga. Maten var smakfull och vackert presenterad, och på morgonen kunde gästerna få färsk mjölk med frukost.Hotellets plats var idealisk.Bara en kort avstånd från shoppinggatan och Lake Kinrin, vilket gjorde det lätt att utforska området. Det var en fantastisk vistelse, och vi njöt verkligen av erfarenheten.

Is a good experience, I liked the Japanese style of it, the location is good, away from the Main Street for around 5mins walking distance. There is a local supermarket near by. staffs can’t speak other languages but Japanese we used Google translate which worked well. I stayed 2 nights, breakfast and dinner were very good too.

비싼 료칸이 아니라 크게 기대는 안 하고 갔는데 만족하고 푹 쉬다 왔어요 역에서 도보로 5분 좀 더 걸리지만 직선으로 쭉 내려오면 되서 찾아오기 편했고 방 상태도 만족스러웠습니다 코타츠도 처음 체험해보고 난방도 완전 따뜻하게 틀어졌어요 온천은 저녁에 제일 인기있는 온천, 아침에 실내 작은 온천 이렇게 이용했고 제일 인기있는 온천은 항상 사람이 있고 저녁시간대에 빠지는데 저녁먹고 씻을거 챙겨서 앞에 있는 의자에서 1시간 안쪽으로 대기하니까 들어갈 수 있었어요. 저녁시간대를 정해주시는데 전 6시 30분이었고 6시부터 있는거같은데 대략 7시 20분쯤 저녁먹은 사람이 처음 사용하는거 같더라구요. 대충 한 타임에 30분 ~ 50분 정도 쿨 돈다고 생각하고 기다리면 될거 같아요 조식은 늦잠자느라 먹진 않았습니다

第一次到由布院，謝謝雅格拉為我們留下美好的回憶…… 先說優點…，即便返回台灣已經2週，仍對雅格拉和由布院念念不忘！服務人員親切，其中有一位外籍工作人員 英文非常流利！溝通很順利。房間空間雖然不大，但保持著日式古樸的氛圍，我個人很喜歡！連保險箱都還是木製鑰匙鎖！很有趣！家裡長輩也很融入。總共房間不多，因此還保有私密感，很驚喜！溫泉的部分 因為天氣太冷，房間內露天的湯池我沒有嘗試，但大眾湯池還不錯！最最最重要的是 他們家的餐點太優秀了！ 我們續住兩晚，每天都能品嚐到不同款式 精緻又美味的餐點！第一天是燒肉，第二天火鍋，肉品、烤魚、日式涼菜 完全沒有雷（納豆除外，只是不習慣而已）！連長輩都讚不絕口！走的時候買了好幾包他們特製的味增回家！乾煎魚排的時候搭配 太好吃了！！所以每天最期待的就是用餐時間！餐點是我住過的溫泉旅館中的top！給予五星評價！ 優點說完來說缺點，由於我們有包車，所以交通于我們而言並不是問題，但如果是自己搭大衆交通出行，可能會比較不便，在山上的位置距離由布院鬧區有段距離，開車大概5～10分鐘。其次房間內沒有提供飲水，我們每天早餐時間都會拿著水壺請工作人員幫我們裝滿再帶回。最後就是大衆湯池的部分，由於我們一家有5位女性，人數較多，都會乾脆一起去洗浴，發現的問題也較多！例如 梳理的地方只有一台吹風機！沒有提供毛巾，必須從房間帶，還要再帶回去；沒有提供飲水，泡澡結束後口渴就回房間再補充水分；沒有暖氣，所以一出浴場非常冷！穿衣服要盡快，我們有長輩、有嬰兒要照顧，更加要速度……甚至還有日本人在裡面使用手機！這個我真的很不解！只能用蹩腳的日語請她收起來，這是連我們都知道的常識……所以我們後來就決定晚一點再去大眾池，大概8：00過後就幾乎包場，順利了一些，也留下很特別的回憶！ 以上是分享，如果下次還是單獨自由行，還會想回到雅格拉，但如果有長輩和小寶寶，建議還是選擇浴室在房間內的比較方便！總歸來說還是很值得的！謝謝雅格拉親切的招待！

The hotel is slightly over 1km from Kirin Lake and the shopping lane but it offers free bikes for use by guests and cycling to the attractions is a breeze from the hotel. In addition, the hotel offers booking for three of their onsen amenities - open air, semi open air and we xtra hot osen. Guest can book the preferred slot at one of the onsen location and by about 8pm, the hotel will allow guests to book any additional slots at any of their onsens. We managed to have slots for all three of the onsens, each was well maintained and provides you to have privacy of quiet onsens. There is a hotel lounge where you can have free flow of cold and old drinks too...

The accommodation is beautiful, the surrounding atmosphere is good, and there is an onsen hot spring to soak in. The food is delicious. **But what I am not very impressed with is the control of other service providers. Mostly, 99% on the day I stayed were Koreans who were not very polite. They did not know even the etiquette and rules of using the public hot spring. I am not sure if the owner of the accommodation has informed the rules of using the hot spring, which is something I cannot accept. They were loud, threw the earbuds on the floor, and were not orderly. They also wore shoes in the common area of the dressing room in the hot spring. I was very disappointed. It was a rather disappointing vacation, even though it should have been a good day for me. I lost the mood to soak in the atmosphere. I did not even have the heart to take pictures of the atmosphere with the accommodation.
