"This was my first time in dorm # 2 and after not being vowed by the first impression (closer to the noise, door a bit slammy, no wash basin outside the two bathrooms) I had the luck of being placed furthest away from the door and around the corner, I actually prefer this dorm now. I had the Spaghetti Bolognese with garlic bread and the portion was really small (see photo). I mean, pasta is so cheap, why not give people a good size portion? You end up paying $6 for not much food right across from an All You Can Eat place for ($7.80)."

The bed was soft and cozy, which made it easy to relax and sleep well after a long day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and all the facilities in the room were in great condition. The bathroom was very clean and hot water available at all times. Housekeeping did an excellent, keeping everything fresh and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. The hotel location is also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. "Room was spacious and bright. Came with a LG smart TV that allows you to watch Youtube. Huge plus compared to other hotels which don't have this feature. Great location. 5 mins walking distance to the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. However, hotel is situated at an intersection and traffic can get pretty bad from 6pm-7pm on weekdays Room doesn't come with a fridge but did not found this to be an issue. Would have preferred that amenities are readily placed in the room instead of having to request for them at the counter though."
